Abstract
The invention provides an air conditioner. The air conditioner comprises an air conditioner body, wherein the air conditioner body is provided with a wiring cavity, and the wiring cavity is independently arranged in the air conditioner body and isolates inflammables of the air conditioner body from the inside of the wiring cavity. According to the air conditioner provided by the invention, the safety of the air conditioner can be obviously improved.

Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of air conditioning, and particularly relates to an air conditioner.
Background
In order to make the space inside the air conditioner more compact, a large number of strong electric circuits, such as power lines and signal control lines, are often arranged inside the air conditioner in a compact manner or in a close range, are contacted with connecting pipes (such as refrigerant pipes and downpipes) of the internal and external machines of the air conditioner, and are led out from a wire passing port of the connecting pipes together. Once the circuit is aged or sparks are generated due to the fact that rats and insects bite the circuit, inflammables such as foam or a filter screen in the air conditioner can be ignited, and certain potential safety hazards exist; particularly for the suspension-angle air conditioner, when the suspension-angle air conditioner is actually installed, the upper side surface of the suspension-angle air conditioner is often required to be turned over by 180 degrees, the existing suspension-angle air conditioner is fixed to a cable by adopting a wiring constraint mode formed by a cable guide post, and when the suspension-angle air conditioner is turned over by 180 degrees, the wiring constraint mode of the guide post is disabled, so that the wiring of the air conditioner is complex and messy.

Preferably, the suspension angle type air conditioner comprises two groups of cross flow fan assemblies, and driving motors of the two groups of cross flow fan assemblies are respectively fixed on the opposite wall surfaces of the peripheral wall.
Preferably, the wiring cavity is arranged at a middle position in the length direction of the air conditioner.
According to the air conditioner provided by the invention, the wiring cavity and inflammables in the air conditioner body such as inflammable pipelines, foam parts, filter screens and the like are isolated from each other independently, so that the fire hazard phenomenon caused by cable damage due to too close distance between an internal power line of the air conditioner and the inflammables in the air conditioner body in the prior art is avoided, the safety of the air conditioner is greatly improved, and the technical scheme can be widely applied to various air conditioners such as cabinet air conditioners, wall-mounted air conditioners, suspended-angle air conditioners and the like.

Referring to fig. 1 to 4 in combination, according to an embodiment of the present invention, there is provided an air conditioner including an air conditioner body 1, the air conditioner body 1 having a wiring cavity 2, the wiring cavity 2 being independently provided in the air conditioner body 1 and isolating inflammables of the air conditioner body 1 from the inside of the wiring cavity 2. In the technical scheme, the wiring cavity 2 and inflammables in the air conditioner body 1 such as inflammable pipelines, foam parts, filter screens and the like are isolated from each other independently, so that the fire hazard phenomenon caused by cable damage or aging due to too close distance between an internal power line of the air conditioner and the inflammables in the air conditioner body 1 in the prior art is avoided, the safety of the air conditioner is greatly improved, and the technical scheme can be widely applied to various air conditioners such as cabinet air conditioners, wall-mounted air conditioners, angle-suspended air conditioners and the like.
In order to facilitate the installation of the electrical components in the wiring cavity 2, preferably, the wiring cavity 2 has a peripheral wall 6, and a cover plate capable of being opened and closed is disposed on the peripheral wall 6 to close an installation hand opening formed on the peripheral wall 6. After the electric components are installed, the cover plate is closed, so that the wiring cavity 2 is relatively closed, and the safety of the air conditioner is further improved.
In order to prevent the electrical components in the wiring cavity 2 from spreading to other parts of the air conditioner when sparks or even fire hazards occur, the material of the peripheral wall 6 is preferably metal, and the metal is a flame retardant material with a certain rigidity, such as iron, copper, aluminum, alloy, etc.
The display module 4 is a window for a user to know the operation condition of the air conditioner, and at this time, the display module 4 is embedded on the peripheral wall 6, so that the display screen of the display module 4 faces the outside of the air conditioner, and the wiring side of the display module 4 faces the inside of the wiring cavity 2, that is, the cable of the display module 4 is accommodated in the wiring cavity 2, thereby improving the safety of the air conditioner.
Of course, in order to concentrate the cable wires of the air conditioner in the wiring cavity 2, the electrical box 3 is installed in the wiring cavity 2, and at this time, a cable inlet is opened in the peripheral wall 6 to allow the power supply wires to penetrate. The power line is connected with corresponding parts in the electrical box 3.
As shown in fig. 4, the suspension-angle air conditioner is often hung at the corner position of the building space, and has the characteristics of greatly saving the building space and improving the utilization rate of the building space, when the suspension-angle air conditioner is installed, 180 degrees of the upper surface and the lower surface of the suspension-angle air conditioner are often required to be adjusted according to different requirements of the building space, and the suspension-angle air conditioner adopting the technical scheme of the invention can be well adapted to the application condition of the suspension-angle air conditioner needing to be adjusted by 180 degrees, on one hand, the air inlet and outlet directions of the suspension-angle air conditioner all run along the wall, so that the refrigerating and heating performances of the suspension-angle air conditioner after adjusting 180 degrees are not influenced; on the other hand, as the wiring cavity 2 and the wiring cavity are independent of each other, and the outward in-out of the cable is through the cable inlet, after the angle-suspended air conditioner is adjusted by 180 degrees, the position change caused by the azimuth change does not exist between the pipeline and the cable, and the cable and the pipeline are tidier and not messy, so that the appearance aesthetic feeling of the angle-suspended air conditioner is improved.
As a specific embodiment, preferably, the suspension angle air conditioner includes at least one group of cross-flow fan assemblies 5, the cross-flow fan assemblies include cross-flow fan blades 51 and a driving motor 52, the driving motor 52 is used for driving the cross-flow fan blades 51, and the driving motor 52 is fixed on the peripheral wall 6; as another specific embodiment, the suspension angle air conditioner preferably includes two groups of through-flow fan assemblies 5, and the driving motors 52 of the two groups of through-flow fan assemblies 5 are respectively fixed on opposite wall surfaces of the peripheral wall 6. That is, one end of the cross-flow fan assembly 5 is fixed on the peripheral wall 6 of the wiring cavity 2, so that the installation stability of the cross-flow fan assembly 5 is improved.
In order to further improve the aesthetic appearance of the air conditioner, preferably, the routing cavity 2 is disposed at a middle position in a length direction of the air conditioner, and when the air conditioner is installed upside down by 180 °, the routing cavity 2 is disposed at the middle position of the air conditioner, and the display module 4 embedded on the peripheral wall 6 is also disposed at the middle position, so that it is apparent that the aesthetic appearance of the air conditioner is not greatly different due to whether the air conditioner is installed upside down.
