When the pedal is put flat, the return spring is compressed, and because the resistance (including gravity) of the folding ladder is larger than the elastic force of the return spring, the limit switch cannot actively reset after the folding ladder is installed, and an operator can climb up the press machine through the folding ladder, so that the folding ladder is safe to operate. When the folding ladder is folded or taken away, the limit switch is reset, and the press can be normally operated.
Compared with the prior art, the invention has the following advantages:
1. the folding ladder can be directly folded and taken down for storage, so that the whole volume of the press machine is reduced, and the folding ladder can be placed on other press machines, thereby achieving multiple purposes. In a certain range, the folding ladder can use machine tools with different heights, and the pedal can be horizontal or at a proper angle when the folding ladder is matched with a new press machine by finely adjusting the height of the adjusting platform, so that the folding ladder is suitable for trampling, and meanwhile, the touch sliding block can be pressed.
2. The touch support device has two functions: one is to support the pedal assembly so that it can be in a horizontal position; the other is to touch the limit switch, so that the press is in a power-off state after the unfolded folding ladder is placed, and the safety of workers is ensured.
