As shown in fig. 1 to 8, the portable seating system for the automobile seat comprises a base plate 14, a rotating plate 2 rotatably connected with the base plate 14 through a recliner 1 and a slide rail unlocking rocker arm 4 for unlocking a seat slide rail, wherein the rotating plate 2 has a seating position (shown in fig. 1 and 2), a slide rail unlocking starting position (shown in fig. 3 and 4), a slide rail unlocking completion position (shown in fig. 5 and 6) and a backrest flat position (shown in fig. 7 and 8), a seat backrest unlocking mechanism, a seat slide rail unlocking mechanism and a limit pulling piece 12 are arranged on the base plate 14, and the limit pulling piece 12 has a backrest unlocking position (shown in fig. 8), an initial position (shown in fig. 2) and a slide rail unlocking position (shown in fig. 6).

Specifically, the functional hole 131 includes two arc segments 131a and two protruding segments 131b that are disposed in two opposite directions, the maximum aperture of the protruding segments 131b is smaller than the aperture of the arc segment 131a, each protruding segment 131b has at least one interference point, and the length of the arc segment 111a is smaller than that of the arc segment 131a, and since the length of the arc segment 111a is smaller than that of the arc segment 131a, the shaft 111 of the recliner unlocking tip 11 can rotate in the functional hole 131 of the recliner unlocking link 13 at a certain angle to idle, i.e. the recliner unlocking tip 11 rotates without driving the recliner unlocking link 13 to rotate. Referring to fig. 12, when the recliner unlocking head 11 rotates clockwise from the locked position to the unlocked position, the recliner unlocking link 13 is not driven to rotate. Referring to fig. 11, due to the protruding section 131b, when the recliner unlocking link 13 rotates clockwise from the locked position to the unlocked position, the recliner unlocking end 11 can be driven to rotate clockwise from the locked position to the unlocked position.
Further, in order to make the outer peripheral surface of the shaft portion 11 of the unlocking end 11 of the angle adjuster and the inner wall of the functional hole 131 of the unlocking connecting rod 13 of the angle adjuster better in fitting degree, the following design is made, namely, the matching of the outer peripheral surface and the inner wall is more stable and reliable, and abnormal sound can be prevented: the curvature of the arc section 111a is equal to that of the arc section 131a, the protruding section 131b is of a V-shaped plane structure which is matched with the inner cutting section 111b, so that the functional hole 131 of the angle adjuster unlocking connecting rod 13 is of a butterfly-shaped structure, two planes of the whole protruding section 131b which are in a V shape are interference surfaces which are matched with the inner cutting section 111b, and when the shaft part 11 is abutted with the functional hole 131, the two inner cutting sections 111b of the shaft part 11 are respectively in surface contact with one protruding section 131b, the reliability is good, the abrasion is small, and the service life is long.
Referring to fig. 1 and 7, the operating linkage includes an unlocking rocker 17 and an intermediate link i 18, one end of the intermediate link i 18 is hinged to one end of the recliner unlocking link 13 away from the intermediate link ii 15, the other end is hinged to one end of the unlocking rocker 17, and the middle part of the unlocking rocker 17 is rotatably mounted on the base plate 14.
Referring to fig. 1, 2, 7 and 8, the actuating linkage includes an actuating link 16 and an intermediate link ii 15, the middle of the actuating link 16 is rotatably mounted on the base plate 14, one end of the actuating link 16 is used for driving the limiting dial 12 to rotate, the other end is hinged to one end of the intermediate link ii 15, and the other end of the intermediate link ii 15 is hinged to one end of the recliner unlocking link 13.
Referring to fig. 1 and fig. 7, the unlocking rocker 17 is lifted upwards (rotated anticlockwise), the unlocking rocker 17 pulls the intermediate link i 18 downwards, the intermediate link i 18 drives the recliner unlocking link 13 to rotate clockwise to unlock the recliner 2, so that the angle of the seat back is adjustable, meanwhile, the recliner unlocking link 13 pulls the intermediate link ii 15 upwards, referring to fig. 2 and fig. 8, at this time, the intermediate link ii 15 drives the actuating link 16 to rotate anticlockwise, and finally the limiting pulling piece 12 rotates anticlockwise under the action of the torsion spring, and the limiting pulling piece 12 is bent over the rotating plate 2, so that the seat back can rotate to a larger extent until the seat back is flat.
Referring to fig. 1, 2, 7 and 8, the unlocking rocker 17, the intermediate link i 18, the recliner unlocking link 13 and the intermediate link ii 15 are located on one side surface of the base plate 14, and the supporting and limiting plectrum 12 and the actuating link 16 are located on the other side surface of the base plate 14. The design can greatly reduce the whole volume, so that the whole structure is more compact, and the device can be installed in a narrow space.
Further, referring to fig. 2, 7 and 8, the base plate 14 has a guiding and limiting hole 141, the intermediate link ii 15 and the actuating link 16 are hinged by a pin 19, and the pin 19 passes through the guiding and limiting hole 141 to limit the unlocking mechanism of the seat back.
As shown in fig. 1 to 6, the seat slide unlocking mechanism includes an unlocking lever 10, and the unlocking lever 10 is fixedly connected with an unlocking end 11 of the recliner, and is used for driving the unlocking end 11 of the recliner to rotate.
