The outer wall of the flaring core 3 and the inner wall of the cavity die 1 are provided with gaps, the specific size of the gaps corresponds to plastic pipes needing flaring, the outer wall of the positioning core 4 is tightly matched with the inner wall of the cavity die 1, the cavity die 1 comprises two opposite cavity half dies 8 with the same shape and size, and the two cavity half dies 8 are mutually attached under the action of external force to form the cavity die 1. The external force refers to the clamping force, that is, the clamping of the two cavity half-molds 8 into the cavity mold 1, and the clamping can be performed by a hydraulic system or other mechanical force.

The flaring core 3 is provided with a sealing ring 13 in sealing fit with the positioning flange 12, the sealing ring 13 is used for preventing air leakage, the end part of the positioning flange 12 extends to the edge close to the annular flaring slot 6, and one end of the positioning flange 12 close to the annular flaring slot 6 is provided with a cylindrical overflow channel 14.
The applicant has surprisingly found that the provision of the sealing ring 13 in combination with the close fit of the outer wall of the positioning flange 12 to the inner wall of the cavity die 1 creates a relatively closed area between the outer wall of the flaring core 3 and the inner wall of the positioning flange 12, whereby when the compressed air in the annular flaring channel 6 is pressurized, the plastic tubing 100 deforms and ends into the overflow channel 14, thereby compressing the area between the outer wall of the flaring core 3 and the inner wall of the positioning flange 12, which area is pressurized, and when the pressure is pressurized to a level substantially equal to the pressure of the compressed air, the ends of the plastic tubing 100 no longer extend, and that the applicant can control the degree of extension of the ends of the plastic tubing 100 by controlling the pressure of the compressed air, as the pressure is directly related to the volume change of the gas, which is very convenient.
The inner wall of the cavity half die 8 is provided with a feeding cavity 15, a transition cavity 16, a flaring cavity 17 and a sealing groove forming cavity 18 which are connected with each other, the aperture of the flaring cavity 17 is larger than that of the feeding cavity 15, the aperture of the transition cavity 16 is gradually enlarged from the feeding cavity 15 to the flaring cavity 17, the aperture of the sealing groove forming cavity 18 is larger than that of the flaring cavity 17, when the core die 2 is inserted into the cavity die 1, the annular flaring groove 6 on the flaring core 3 is positioned in the sealing groove forming cavity 18, and the parts on the flaring core 3 and in front of the annular flaring groove 6 are respectively matched with the feeding cavity 15, the transition cavity 16 and the flaring cavity 17.
The end of the flaring core 3 remote from the positioning core 4 is detachably connected with a guiding positioning head 19, and a gap is formed between the guiding positioning head 19 and the inner wall of the feeding cavity 15, and the gap can be specifically set according to the plastic pipe, and is generally a wall thickness of the plastic pipe.

The wall scraping ring 20 is attached to the inner wall of the plastic pipe in the process that the core mold 2 is inserted into the cavity mold, so that the inner wall of the plastic pipe is kept smooth, and the air flow buffer groove 21 is arranged, so that the flaring core 3 is prevented from being normally inserted due to the fact that vacuum is generated when the flaring core 3 is tightly contacted with the inner wall of the plastic pipe.
