The second left support rod 24 and the second right support rod 25 are square pipes, the cross sections of the square pipes are U-shaped, the square pipes are composed of a middle plate and side plates at two sides, bearing plates extend out of the edges of the inner ends of the two side plates, the two bearing plates are clamped at two sides of the upright post, the bearing plates are provided with hinge holes and are hinged to the upright post in cooperation with a rotating shaft; when the second left support bar 24 and the second right support bar 25 are flipped to a horizontal position, the inner end edges of the intermediate plate abut the upright, thereby limiting its continued flip-down, i.e. the second left support bar 24 and the second right support bar 25 can only be flipped from vertical to horizontal or tilted slightly upwards.
The outer ends of the second left support bar 24 and the second right support bar 25 are provided with upwardly protruding restricting members, specifically protruding members extending vertically upwards from the upper edges of the outer ends of the side plates.
The second set of columns and the third set of columns have a space therebetween, a horizontal left roller 81 is connected between the lower end of the second left column 21 and the lower end of the third left column 31, a horizontal right roller 82 is connected between the lower end of the second right column 22 and the lower end of the third right column 32, and the left roller 81 and the right roller 82 are at the same horizontal height, so that the second storage space 92 is formed by the second set of columns, the third set of columns, the left roller 81, the right roller 82 and the bottom plate.
The lower half part of the third group of upright posts is fixedly connected with a third plate 33 between a third left upright post 31 and a third right upright post 32; in the lower half of the fourth group of columns, a fourth plate 43 is fastened and connected between the fourth left column 41 and the fourth right column 42, meanwhile, a third left side plate 34 is fastened and connected between the third left column 31 and the fourth left column 41, and a third right side plate 35 is fastened and connected between the third right column 32 and the fourth right column 42, so that the third plate 33, the third left side plate 34, the fourth plate 43, the third right side plate 35 and the bottom plate surround the third storage space 93, and the interior of the third storage space 93 is divided into four storage compartments by three partition boards, as shown in fig. 4. The plate and the side plate are provided with folded edges, and are fixedly connected with the upright post through the folded edges.
The upper part of the third group of upright posts is fixedly connected with a second hanging plate 54 between the third left upright post 31 and the third right upright post 32, the surface of the second hanging plate 54 is a hollowed square grid surface, and the grid area is large; the second hanging plate 54 has the same specification as the first hanging plate 51, and the second hanging plate 54 has the same height as the first hanging plate 51.
Two laterally extending horizontal support frames 83 are connected to the second right upright 22 and the third right upright 32 at the same time, and the two horizontal support frames 83 are arranged up and down; the horizontal supporting frame 83 is formed by connecting three rod pieces, specifically, two parallel horizontal rod pieces, and the outer ends of the two rod pieces are simultaneously and vertically connected with the other rod piece; wherein two side-by-side bars are vertically fastened to the second right column 22 and the third right column 32, respectively.
The lower ends of the first left upright 11, the first right upright 12, the fourth left upright 41 and the fourth right upright 42 are respectively connected with the roller assembly 10 below the base, and the roller assembly 10 mainly comprises a wheel frame, wheels and a brake device; the upper part of the wheel frame is square pipe sleeve, the cross section of the wheel frame is U-shaped, the wheel frame consists of a middle plate and two side plates, the two side plates are tightly adhered to the side wall of the upright post, the two side plates are provided with a horizontal through connecting hole, meanwhile, the side wall at the lower end of the upright post is correspondingly provided with the horizontal through connecting hole, the wheel frame and the upright post are detachably connected through an elastic bolt, and the elastic bolt adopts a structure of combining U-shaped steel threads with bolts; the lower part of the wheel frame is a bearing seat, the bearing seat is provided with a shaft hole, and two ends of a wheel shaft of the wheel are connected with the shaft hole; the brake device is arranged at the outer end of the bearing seat of the wheel frame, the inner end of the brake piece is hinged with the bearing seat, and the brake piece is stepped to a braking position to brake the wheel.

Claims (10)

1. The workbench type storage rack comprises a base frame, a table top supported by the base frame and a storage mechanism arranged on the base frame and used for storing objects, and is characterized in that the base frame comprises a base (1) and a plurality of upright posts supported by the base;
the upright posts comprise four groups of upright posts from front to back, namely a first group of upright posts, a second group of upright posts, a third group of upright posts and a fourth group of upright posts;
each group of upright posts comprises two upright posts which are symmetrical left and right and are parallel to each other, wherein the first group of upright posts comprises a first left upright post (11) and a first right upright post (12); the second group of upright posts comprises a second left upright post (21) and a second right upright post (22); the third group of upright posts comprises a third left upright post (31) and a third right upright post (32); the fourth group of upright posts comprises a fourth left upright post (41) and a fourth right upright post (42);
plates are arranged among the first group of upright posts, the second group of upright posts, the third group of upright posts, the fourth group of upright posts and the two adjacent groups of upright posts, so that the upright posts, the plates and the base form a plurality of storage mechanisms;
a table top supporting seat (5) is arranged between the first group of upright posts and the second group of upright posts, a table top is arranged on the table top supporting seat (5), and a folding bracket (6) is arranged between the table top and the table top supporting seat (5);
the folding bracket (6) comprises a vertical first rod (61), a horizontal second rod (62) and an inclined third rod (63), a horizontal chute (65) is arranged between the middle part of the second rod (62) and the outer end of the second rod, the first rod (61) is connected to the table top supporting seat (5), the second rod (62) is connected to the lower surface of the table top, the upper end of the first rod (61) is hinged to the inner end of the second rod (62), the lower end of the third rod (63) is hinged to the lower end of the first rod (61) through a first rotating shaft (66), the upper end of the third rod (63) is hinged to the chute (65) of the second rod through a third rotating shaft (67), meanwhile, a fourth rotating shaft (68) is arranged at the middle part of the fourth rod (64) and hinged to the second rod (62) through the fourth rotating shaft (68), an elastic torsion spring (69) is arranged at the hinge position of the fourth rod (64) and the inner end of the second rod (62), the inner end of the fourth rod (63) is close to the third rotating shaft (67), and the upper end of the third rod (64) can be embedded into the limit groove (60).

The workbench-style storage rack according to claim 1, wherein the table top comprises a stationary table top (2) and a turnover table top (3), wherein the stationary table top (2) is fixedly connected to a table top supporting seat (5), and a hinge piece is arranged between the inner side edge of the turnover table top (3) and the outer side edge of the stationary table top (2); the folding bracket (6) is arranged between the turnover table top and the table top supporting seat; the second rod piece (62) is fixedly connected to the lower surface of the overturning table top (3); the second rod piece (62) is provided with a concave clamping groove (70) from the inner end to the edge of the middle part of the sliding groove (65), and when the second rod piece (62) is turned from horizontal to vertical, a first rotating shaft (66) at the lower end of the first rod piece (61) can be embedded into the clamping groove (70).
3. The workbench-style storage rack according to claim 2, wherein a hollowed-out hand hole (20) which is convenient to grasp is arranged on the panel of the stationary table top (2) at a position close to the edge and at the center of the edge.

A workbench-type storage rack according to claim 3, wherein a first hanging plate (51) is connected between the upper half part of the second group of upright posts, the second left upright post (21) and the second right upright post (22), and a plurality of hanging holes (52) are formed in the first hanging plate; the upper ends of the second group of upright posts, the upper ends of the second left upright post (21) and the second right upright post (22) are inclined and extend upwards to form a section of inclined support rod, a cross rod is connected between the upper ends of the two inclined support rods, and an illuminating lamp (53) is arranged in the middle of the cross rod.

The bench top storage rack of any of claims 1-4, wherein the lower half of the first set of uprights, the first left upright (11) and the first right upright (12) are connected by a first plate (13); a second plate (23) is connected between the second left upright (21) and the second right upright (22) at the lower half part of the second group of uprights, meanwhile, a first left side plate (14) is connected between the first left upright (11) and the second left upright (21), a first right side plate (15) is connected between the first right upright (12) and the second right upright (22), and then the first plate (13), the first left side plate (14), the second plate (23) and the first right side plate (15) surround to form a first storage space (91); the lower part of the first left upright post (11) is hinged with a first left supporting rod (16), and a limiting piece is arranged at the hinged part of the first left supporting rod (16) and the first left upright post (11), so that the first left supporting rod (16) can be overturned from vertical to transverse; the lower part of the first right upright post (12) is hinged with a first right supporting rod (17), and a limiting piece is arranged at the hinged part of the first right supporting rod (17) and the first right upright post (12), so that the first right supporting rod can be overturned from vertical to transverse; the first left support rod (16) and the first right support rod (17) are hinged at the same height, and limiting pieces protruding upwards are arranged at the outer ends of the first left support rod (16) and the first right support rod (17).

The workbench-style storage rack according to claim 5, wherein the upper part of the second left upright (21) is hinged with a second left support bar (24), and a limiting piece is arranged at the hinge position of the second left support bar (24) and the second left upright (21), so that the second left support bar (24) can be overturned from vertical to transverse; the upper part of the second right upright post (22) is hinged with a second right supporting rod (25), and a limiting piece is arranged at the hinged part of the second right supporting rod (25) and the second right upright post (22), so that the second right supporting rod (25) can be overturned from vertical to transverse; the second left support rod (24) and the second right support rod (25) are hinged at the same height, and limiting pieces protruding upwards are arranged at the outer ends of the second left support rod (24) and the second right support rod (25).

The bench-top storage rack of claim 1 or 6, wherein a space is formed between the second group of upright posts and the third group of upright posts, and a horizontal left roller (81) is connected between the lower part of the second left upright post (21) and the lower part of the third left upright post (31), a horizontal right roller (82) is connected between the lower part of the second right upright post (22) and the lower part of the third right upright post (32), the left roller (81) and the right roller (82) are at the same horizontal level, and then the second group of upright posts, the third group of upright posts, the left roller (81), and the right roller (82) constitute a second storage space (92).

The bench top storage rack of claim 7, wherein a third plate (33) is connected between the lower half of the third set of uprights, a third left upright (31) and a third right upright (32); a fourth plate (43) is connected between the fourth left upright post (41) and the fourth right upright post (42) at the lower half part of the fourth group of upright posts, meanwhile, a third left side plate (34) is connected between the third left upright post (31) and the fourth left upright post (41), a third right side plate (35) is connected between the third right upright post (32) and the fourth right upright post (42), and then the third plate (33), the third left side plate (34), the fourth plate (43) and the third right side plate (35) surround a third storage space (93), and the inside of the third storage space (93) is divided into a plurality of storage grids through a plurality of partition plates; the upper portion of third group stand, connect second link plate (54) between third left stand (31) and the third right stand (32), the face of second link plate (54) is the square grid face of fretwork.

The bench-top storage rack of claim 1 or 8, characterized in that the second right upright (22) and the third right upright (32) are simultaneously connected to a laterally extending horizontal support frame (83), or the second left upright (21) and the third left upright (31) are simultaneously connected to a laterally extending horizontal support frame (83); the horizontal support frame (83) comprises two parallel horizontal rod pieces, and the outer ends of the two rod pieces are simultaneously and vertically connected with the other rod piece; wherein, two side by side members are respectively connected to the second right stand column (22) and the third right stand column (32) vertically, or two side by side members are respectively connected to the second left stand column (21) and the third left stand column (31) vertically.

The workbench-type storage rack according to claim 1, wherein the base (1) is formed by vertically connecting a transverse rod and a longitudinal rod, the upright posts are positioned at the edge of the base (1), and roller assemblies (10) are arranged at the lower ends of the first left upright post (11), the first right upright post (12), the fourth left upright post (41) and the fourth right upright post (42), and are provided with brake devices.
