One-die dual-purpose die for thermoplastic forming of aluminum profiles, comprising a bottom plate (1), and being characterized in that: the upper surface of the bottom plate (1) is in lap joint with the lower surface of the cover plate (18), the left side surface of the cover plate (18) is hinged with the left side surface of the die holder (7) through a hinge (19), the upper surface of the cover plate (18) is fixedly connected with a second anti-compression pad (17), the upper surface of the second anti-compression pad (17) is in lap joint with the lower surface of the die holder (7), and the right side surface of the die holder (7) is provided with a groove (22);
the left side surface of the inner wall of the groove (22) is fixedly connected with the left side surface of the clamping block (20) through a spring (23), the left side surface of the clamping block (20) is overlapped with the right side surface of the die holder (7), the clamping block (20) is positioned in the clamping groove (21), the clamping groove (21) is formed in the right side surface of the cover plate (18), the right side surface of the cover plate (18) is overlapped with the left side surface of the clamping block (20), and the lower surface of the die holder (7) is provided with a second die groove (15);
the upper surface of the inner wall of the second die cavity (15) is fixedly connected with a second module (16), a first die cavity (8) is formed in the upper surface of the die holder (7), the first die cavity (8) is located below the first module (10), the upper surface of the first module (10) is fixedly connected with the lower surface of the pressing plate (11), the first module (10) is located between two first pressure-proof pads (12), and the upper surface of the first pressure-proof pads (12) is fixedly connected with the lower surface of the pressing plate (11);
