Abstract
本发明涉及一种健身器材。具体涉及一种多方位下肢锻炼装置，包括连接环，连接带，连接扣，长度调节件；所述连接带的两端分别连接两个连接环，其连接方式为活动连接；所述连接带穿过连接扣；所述长度调节件设在其一连接带上；用户在使用中可以选择将不同位置的连接扣连接外部设备来做不同方向的腿部提拉动作，连接带会在连接环上滑动位置以适应不同方向的拉力；此设计结构简单，套在鞋子上不必接触皮肤。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种健身器材。具体涉及一种多方位下肢锻炼装置。
背景技术
目前有很多人在健身房或者家里利用弹力绳，飞鸟架，等器材来锻炼身体，塑造体形；其中下肢锻炼，通常会用到一种脚环，类似201020275892.3这种，网上也可查询到类似产品，品名：健身脚环；其工作原理是：将此脚环套在用户脚踝部位，连接弹力绳或者飞鸟架的拉力器，来给腿部动作施加阻力，起到下肢锻炼的目的；其存在的问题是：用户通常会做多方位不同幅度的动作来锻炼下肢各个部位的肌肉，当用户的腿和拉力方向的夹角大于或小于90度时，此脚环会受斜拉力而拉扯变形并且在用户脚踝处上下移动，摩擦皮肤，影响使用体验；从物理学来讲，受力点在腿部位置越靠下，用户腿部需要付出的力量也就越大，这样可以增加锻炼效果，而目前的产品受力点通常在脚踝部位。
发明内容
在本发明要解决的技术问题是提供一种多方位下肢锻炼装置。本发明采用的技术方案是：包括连接环，连接带，连接扣，长度调节件；所述连接带的两端分别连接两个连接环，其连接方式为活动连接；所述连接带穿过连接扣；所述长度调节件设在其一连接带上。优选的，所述连接扣数量至少为2个，其外形可以为D形扣，三角扣，其材质可以为金属或塑料。优选的，所述连接带数量至少有3条，连接带类型可以为编织带或皮革带或塑胶带。优选的，所述连接环数量有2个，其材质可以为金属或塑料，其外形可以为圆环或D形环。优选的，所述长度调节件可以为日字扣，针扣，双方形扣，插扣，或魔术贴。优选的，所述连接带和连接环可以通过缝制或铆接来连接。
采用这样的结构后，至少可以实现以下有益效果。1.制作成本低，结构简单。2.套在用户鞋子上，不接触皮肤，减少不适感。3.受力点在鞋子上，需用更大的力量来完成腿部拉伸动作，可以提升锻炼效果。4.由于连接带和连接环为活动连接，当用户做不同幅度的腿部动作时，连接带会在连接环上滑动位置以适应不同方向的拉力，此结构更符合力学原理，产品不会出现拉扯变形。5.每条连接带上可安装一个连接扣，连接扣可在其所在连接带上移动位置；用户可以根据腿部锻炼动作，选择将任一连接带上的连接扣连接外部器材，并可以移动该连接扣的位置，实现多种方位角度的锻炼。6.用户可以根据需要通过长度调节件来调整本发明和鞋子贴合的松紧度.使用更加灵活。

具体实施方式
图1所示，包括连接环11、12，连接带21、22、23，连接扣31、32，长度调节件41；所述连接带21、22、23的两端分别连接两个连接环11、12，其连接方式为活动连接；连接带21、22分别穿过连接扣31、32；长度调节件41设置在连接带22上。图2至图6所示，用户可通过长度调节件41调节与鞋子的松紧度，并通过连接扣31或32和外部器材连接。
如图2，当用户腿部做向后拉伸动作时，可通过位于鞋前部的连接扣32和外部器材连接。
如图3，当用户腿部做向前拉伸动作时，可通过位于鞋后跟的连接扣31和外部器材连接。
优选的，如图4，当用户腿部做向上拉伸动作时，可通过位于鞋底的连接扣33和外部器材连接。根据腿部动作幅度的变化，连接带21、23、23会在连接环11、12上滑动以适应不同的受力方向。
优选的，如图5图6所示，用户可以将位于鞋后跟的连接带21上的连接扣31向左或向右调整，连接外部器材，可做侧向腿部拉伸动作。
如图7、图8所示，长度调节件可以为魔术贴42或两个方形扣43，或由针扣、插扣来替代，均可以实现长度调节的目的。
本发明不局限于上述具体的实施方式，本领域的普通技术人员从上述构思出发，不经过创造性的劳动，所做出的种种变换，均落在本发明的保护范围之内。
Claims (6)
1.一种多方位下肢锻炼装置，其特征在于：包括连接环，连接带，连接扣，长度调节件；所述连接带的两端分别连接两个连接环，其连接方式为活动连接；所述连接带穿过连接扣；所述长度调节件设在其一连接带上。
2.按照权利要求1所述的多方位下肢锻炼装置，其特征在于连接扣数量至少为2个，其外形可以为D形扣，三角扣，其材质可以为金属或塑料。
3.按照权利要求1所述的多方位下肢锻炼装置，其特征在于连接带数量至少有3条，连接带类型可以为编织带或皮革带或塑胶带。
4.按照权利要求1所述的多方位下肢锻炼装置，其特征在于连接环数量有2个，其材质可以为金属或塑料，其外形可以为圆环或D形环。
5.按照权利要求1所述的多方位下肢锻炼装置，其特征在于长度调节件可以为日字扣、针扣、双方形扣、插扣或魔术贴。
6.按照权利要求1所述的多方位下肢锻炼装置，其特征在于所述连接带和圆环可以通过缝制或铆接来连接。
