Description

Positioning guide device based on tooth support and manufacturing method thereof
Technical field:
the invention belongs to the technical field of oral cavity beauty and plastic, and particularly relates to a positioning and guiding device based on tooth support and a manufacturing method of the device.
The background technology is as follows:
the dental operations such as initial dental implant operation or orthodontic treatment do not have the assistance of effective instruments and equipment, the positions needing implantation or orthodontic treatment are determined in a manual visual mode purely by virtue of the feeling experience of doctors, and the risk of the operation is high. With the development of technology, doctors have developed a way to reduce the risk of surgery by precisely positioning the surgical guide.
The existing positioning modes of the dental operation guide plate mainly comprise three modes of jaw support, mucosa support and tooth support. The jaw support is used as a positioning reference and a support body of the operation guide plate to determine the position of the implant, and the mucous membrane needs to be turned over in a large range in the operation process, so that the trauma to a patient is relatively large; the mucosa support is to utilize patient's mucosa tissue as the location benchmark and the supporter of operation baffle, confirms the position of planting body, and is less to patient's wound than the mode of jaw support, but needs to solve the problem of accurate location simultaneously. The dental support is to use the residual teeth in the oral cavity as a positioning reference and a support body of the operation guide plate, determine the position of the implant according to the position and the morphological information of the residual teeth, has less operation wound compared with a jaw support mode, and has more accurate positioning compared with a mucosa support mode. For patients with residual teeth in the mouth, the use of a surgical guide based on dental support to assist the procedure is a preferred option.
The traditional dental daemon guide plate is mostly in a wrapped plastic material form, and the dental operation guide plate is required to have the characteristics of difficult deformation, difficult bending, cooling, large operation space, wide visible range and the like in the dental implantation operation implementation process. These drawbacks exist in the conventional plastic guide plate design, which directly affects the safe implementation of implantation surgery.
The information disclosed in this background section is only for enhancement of understanding of the general background of the invention and should not be taken as an acknowledgement or any form of suggestion that this information forms the prior art already known to a person of ordinary skill in the art.
The invention comprises the following steps:

s2, designing a bracket type operation guide plate, wherein the operation guide plate mainly comprises a guide pipe, a tooth support, a connecting bridge and a supporting rod;
s3, printing a digital model, slicing the generated printing data of the dental operation guide plate, and then guiding the sliced printing data into additive manufacturing equipment for printing;
s4, after the digital model is formed, a post-treatment process is required to be involved: the surface of the dental operation guide plate is processed finely;
s5, measuring and verifying the printing model, and ensuring that the dimension is consistent and has no prying through gypsum model fitting verification and design data fusion comparison verification.
Additive manufacturing (Additive Manufacturing, AM) is commonly called 3D printing, and is rapidly developed in application of various industries, and the additive manufacturing method is characterized by accurate manufacturing of complex products, capability of personally designing products for diversity, high forming speed and the like. The metal additive manufacturing (3D printing) is a manufacturing technology for manufacturing a solid object by integrating computer aided design, material processing and forming manufacturing technology and stacking special metal materials layer by layer in a melting mode by using software and a numerical control system based on a digital model file. Aiming at the dental surgery, the computer aided design (Computer Aided Design, CAD) surgical guide plate utilizes three-dimensional reconstruction software to measure the conditions of bone density of the patient's dental bed, height and width of the alveolar bone, and the like in detail, so that important nerves and blood vessels can be avoided in the surgery, and the safety of the surgery is greatly improved; the surgical guide plate is very suitable for an additive manufacturing mode due to the characteristics of high precision requirement, strong personalized customization requirement of products and the like.

Detailed description:
s2.1, designing a guide tube: based on the information of the guide tube, view selection, concave filling and wax trimming are carried out on the intraoral soft and hard tissue data in software.
The diameter of the guide pipe can be set individually according to the actual operation tool, and the outer diameter of the guide pipe is generally larger than the inner diameter of the guide pipe by more than 1 and mm, so that the strength of the operation guide plate can be ensured.
Position and angle:
dental implant surgery: the position, angle and depth information of the digitally designed implant are related to the preoperative; orthodontic treatment: the position and angle of the planting anchorage are related to the depth information;
s2.2, tooth support design based on tooth morphology, comprising a lantern ring, a clamping ring and a support plate design: wherein the collar and the support plate act similarly, through which teeth can exert forces in the occlusal direction on the surgical guide, requiring a dispersed distribution over the remaining crowns of the patient. And selecting a proper heat treatment scheme according to the phase diagram characteristics of the Co-Cr alloy to perform stress relief annealing, and removing the support and the connecting rod after heat treatment.
The surface roughness Ra of the inner diameter of the guide tube 4 is ensured to be less than or equal to 2 micrometers simply by a polishing tool.
And sand blasting treatment is carried out, so that the roughness of the whole surgical guide plate is reduced.
The manufactured dental bracket type surgical guide plate is assembled on a plaster dental cast with the oral cavity data of a patient, so that the complete anastomosis and no prying are realized.
