the pedal mechanism is arranged on the chassis;
the upper end of the connecting rope is connected with the other end of the movable clamping piece, and the lower end of the connecting rope is connected with the pedal mechanism and is configured to pull the other end of the movable clamping piece downwards when the pedal mechanism is operated by a user so as to enable the movable clamping piece to rotate along the opposite direction.

the second elastic piece is arranged on the chassis and used for driving the pedal plate to return to the first position from the second position when no other external force is interposed.

the foot rest is arranged between two adjacent support legs of the three support legs.
