Here, the alarm message may be an alarm message to an alarm platform, such as a 110 police platform.
Here, the second communication mode is a mobile network connection or a wireless local area network technology.
In the embodiment provided in fig. 1-2, the number of the second devices is 1, and in other embodiments of the present invention, if the second devices include a plurality of devices, the method further includes: if the connection state is disconnected, the second device sends a connection state request to other second devices through the first communication mode or the second communication mode, wherein the connection state request is used for requesting the connection states of other second devices; the second equipment receives connection state responses sent by other second equipment, wherein the connection state responses carry connection states; if the connection states in the connection state response are disconnected, the second equipment sends out an alarm message by adopting the second communication mode; and if the connection states in the connection state response are not disconnected, ending the process.
For example, a dad-mom of a child brings the child together when strolling a shopping mall, then the child installs a first device on the body, the dad-mom of the child installs a second device respectively, when the child starts, the three people walk together, the first device of the child and the second device of the dad-mom are connected, after a period of time, the dad-mom separates, the child walks along with the dad, at the moment, the second device of the mom displays disconnection, the second device of the mom communicates with the second device of the dad body so as to know the connection state of the second device of the dad body, and if the connection state of the second device of the dad body is normal connection, the child and the dad are together; if the second device on dad is disconnected, the child is not with dad, and an alarm message needs to be sent to alarm.
The applicant of the present invention found that: the life scenes of children are relatively fixed, for example, children cannot go out independently at home, in a kindergarten, in a school and are accompanied by guardians. Through the near field communication technology, the communication module only needs to have a simple near field communication connection function, so that the communication module can be made to be very small, for example, a small patch only comprising a Bluetooth communication module, therefore, the communication device for protecting the safety of children provided by the embodiment of the invention can be made to be small at the child end, so that the communication device is arranged in a hidden place on the child body, and meanwhile, the communication device is convenient for the child to carry. Once the child is controlled by a criminal, the connection is disconnected, and the parent end can automatically trigger an alarm. And the communication module at the child end can also be connected with other near field communication modules to send preset help seeking information, so that people around the child can help the child to remove dangers.
Fig. 2-1 is a schematic structural diagram of a communication system for protecting child safety according to an embodiment of the present invention, and as shown in fig. 2-1, the system includes a child end (a client located at a child side) 20 and a parent end 30 (a client located at a home side). Wherein the child end 20 comprises two modules: connecting module 21 and security information module 22, parent-end 30 includes two modules: a connection module 31 and an alarm module 32.
The connection module 21 at the child side is a hardware module; the communication is kept with the parent end connecting module through the short-distance communication connecting technology or the short-distance wireless communication technology; in which the near field communication connection technique is shortThe distance wireless communication technology includes Bluetooth (Bluetooth)TM) Technologies, ZigBee (ZigBee) protocols, Near Field Communication (NFC), and the like.
The safety information module 22 of the child end can be a software module or a hardware module, and is automatically triggered according to the working state of the connection module, and once the connection between the child end and the household end is disconnected, the safety information module starts to work. And the terminal is connected with other surrounding near field communication terminals and sends preset help seeking information.
There may be a plurality of connection modules 31 at the home terminal, which are used in a plurality of scenarios, such as: home, school, district and mall, together with guardians, such as grandpa, teacher at school, and father and mother on school.
And if the parental end connecting module is disconnected with the child end connecting module, the parental end alarm module 32 is automatically triggered.
Based on the communication system for protecting child safety shown in fig. 2-1, an embodiment of the present invention further provides a communication method for protecting child safety, and fig. 2-2 is a schematic flow chart of an implementation of the communication method for protecting child safety shown in fig. 2-2, where:
step S221, the user binds the device information of the connection module of the household terminal to the connection module (communication device) of the child terminal in advance; if the plurality of the connecting modules of the family ends exist, binding the equipment information of the connecting modules of the plurality of the family ends to the child end module;
for example, the parent end includes four, wherein four connection modules can be respectively arranged on the dad mother and the grande breast milk, and correspondingly, the alarm module is also arranged on the dad mother and the grande breast milk.
In the implementation process, the connection module at the child end can be bound to the connection module at the family section. Wherein the device information comprises at least Identity (ID) information of the device.
Step S222, a connection module of the child end requests to be connected with the connection modules of the bound plurality of the family ends;
step S223, if the connection module of the child end is in a connection state with any parent end connection module, the connection is successful; if the connection between the child end connection module and any parent end connection module is interrupted, the connection is disconnected;
step S224, the alarm module of the parent end determines whether to automatically trigger according to the connection state of the connection module of the parent end; if the connection is disconnected, the alarm module can automatically alarm to inform parents;
and step S225, the safety information module of the child end is automatically triggered according to the working state of the connection module of the child end, once the connection is disconnected, other near field communication ends around are searched and connected with the safety information module, and preset help seeking information is sent.
In step S226, when the connection module of the child side is connected to the parent side again, the safety information module of the child side stops sending the help-seeking information.
When the child end and the household end are disconnected, the specific implementation mode for sending the help seeking information comprises the following two modes: 1) the connection module of the child end sends a signal to find a near field communication end, such as a mobile phone user with a Bluetooth function around, by using a near field communication technology; 2) the connection module of the child end calculates the distance between the short-distance communication end and the connection module according to the strength of the signal, for example, the connection module judges that the distance is more than 1 meter from the short-distance communication end and does not establish connection with the short-distance communication end; for example, a communication terminal with a distance of 1 m is determined, a connection is established with the communication terminal, and preset help seeking information is transmitted to the communication terminal.
Because the connection module only needs to have a simple near field communication connection function, the connection module can be made very small, for example, a small patch only comprising a Bluetooth communication module is convenient to carry and is very hidden. For example, a child and a parent shopping a shopping mall together, the parent may careless the child when buying the goods, if the child is far away from the parent, the connection module is disconnected, the alarm module at the parent end sounds quickly, and a mobile phone user with a short-distance communication function around the child receives a help signal sent by the child to help the child find the parent. In order to avoid sending to criminals nearest to children, the criminals can judge to send to people beyond 1 meter according to the distance, and therefore the purpose of protecting the safety of the children is achieved.
Based on the foregoing embodiments, the present invention provides a child-resistant communication system, which includes a first child-resistant communication device (first device) and a second child-resistant communication device (second device), where the units included in the first device and the modules included in the units can be implemented by a processor in a device on the child side, the units included in the second device and the modules included in the units can be implemented by a processor in a device on the home side, and of course, functions implemented by the processor can also be implemented by specific logic circuits; in implementation, the processor may be a Central Processing Unit (CPU), a Microprocessor (MPU), a Digital Signal Processor (DSP), a Field Programmable Gate Array (FPGA), or the like.
