Abstract
The invention relates to an automatic-falling sealing joint, wherein a front end sleeve and a rear sleeve of the automatic-falling sealing joint are fixedly connected with two gun head outer cylinders respectively; the gun head middle barrel is sleeved in the gun head outer barrel; the front part of the mandrel is sleeved in the rear part of the gun head middle barrel, and the rear part of the mandrel is sleeved in the rear sleeve; a leak detection gas channel is fixedly connected in the mandrel, and a thimble connected with the front end of the leak detection gas channel extends out of the front end of the mandrel; the front end of the mandrel is sleeved in the push sleeve through a first elastic component; the mandrel is also connected with the gun head middle barrel through a second elastic component; an inflation pipeline is arranged in the rear sleeve and is connected with the mandrel; a clamping sleeve is further arranged between the gun head outer cylinder and the gun head middle cylinder, and the clamping sleeve is connected with the front end sleeve through a third elastic part; the gun head outer cylinder and the clamping sleeve are also provided with a linkage part, and the front end of the clamping sleeve is provided with a clamping part; the front sleeve is internally provided with an inflation pipeline which is connected with the cutting sleeve. Description
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of vacuum leak detection, and particularly relates to an automatic falling-off sealing joint in vacuum leak detection equipment.
Background
The sealing joint is an essential part for connecting the workpiece with a helium recovery system of the helium detection equipment when the helium detection equipment performs the procedures of leakage detection, evacuation and helium filling (commonly called three-in-one) on the workpiece to be detected. In order to save the time of the three-in-one process, a follow-up device is usually equipped for use together, namely, an operator manually butts the three-in-one sealing joint and the self-sealing quick-plugging male joint of the workpiece, the workpiece flows along with the production line, the three-in-one process is simultaneously completed in the process, and then the sealing joint is separated from the workpiece and returns to the initial position to prepare for butting the next workpiece and the three-in-one process. Because the position and orientation of the workpiece interface vary greatly, an operator is required to hold the sealing joint to manually butt the workpiece interface in the process, and after the three-in-one process is finished, the sealing joint needs to be automatically separated from the workpiece and automatically returns to the initial position in order to reduce the number of operators or reduce the labor intensity of the operator.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to overcome the defects of the prior art and provide the automatic falling-off sealing joint which is simple to operate and reliable in structure.
In order to achieve the purpose, the automatic-falling-off sealing joint comprises a front end sleeve, a gun head outer cylinder, a rear sleeve, a clamping sleeve, a gun head middle cylinder, a mandrel, a push sleeve, a thimble and an elastic component.
The front end sleeve is fixedly connected with the first gun head outer cylinder, and the rear sleeve is fixedly connected with the other side of the gun head outer cylinder; the gun head middle barrel is sleeved in the gun head outer barrel; the front part of the mandrel is sleeved in the rear part of the gun head middle barrel, and the rear part of the mandrel is sleeved in the rear sleeve; a leak detection gas channel is fixedly connected in the mandrel, and a thimble connected with the front end of the leak detection gas channel extends out of the front end of the mandrel; the front end of the mandrel is sleeved in the push sleeve through a first elastic component; the mandrel is also connected with the gun head middle barrel through a second elastic component; an inflation pipeline is arranged in the rear sleeve and is connected with the mandrel;
a clamping sleeve is further arranged between the gun head outer cylinder and the gun head middle cylinder, and the clamping sleeve is connected with the front end sleeve through a third elastic part; the gun head outer cylinder and the clamping sleeve are also provided with a linkage part, and the front end of the clamping sleeve is provided with a clamping part; the front sleeve is internally provided with an inflation pipeline which is connected with the cutting sleeve.
The automatic-dropping sealing joint with the structure is held by a hand, and a linkage component on the gun head outer cylinder is pressed by fingers, wherein the linkage component can be a wedge block pair arranged on the gun head outer cylinder and the clamping sleeve, and a spring can be arranged on the wedge block pair for facilitating the quick reset of the wedge block pair. The wedge block of the gun head outer cylinder and the wedge block on the cutting sleeve are in linkage action, at the moment, the cutting sleeve moves towards the direction of the mandrel, a self-sealing quick-insertion male head connected with a workpiece is inserted into the front part of the gun head middle cylinder from the direction of a front end sleeve, the wedge block is loosened, the cutting sleeve resets towards the direction of the front end sleeve under the action of a third elastic component, and a clamping device such as a steel ball at the front end of the cutting sleeve is matched with a groove on the outer wall of the self-sealing quick-insertion male head to clamp the quick-; the inflation pipeline of the rear sleeve is ventilated, the core shaft is pushed to drive the ejector pins and the push sleeve to move in the same direction to the self-sealing quick-insertion male head, the push sleeve is contacted with the front end of the self-sealing quick-insertion male head, the quick-insertion male head is locked, the push sleeve moves towards the rear part of the core shaft until the ejector pins of the core shaft are contacted with the ejector pins at the front end of the self-sealing quick-insertion male head and the ejector pins at the two sides of the self-sealing quick-insertion male head are ejected, and a core shaft leak detection gas channel is communicated with a leak detection gas channel in the self; and starting helium detection equipment, and performing a three-in-one process through a mandrel leak detection gas channel, a self-sealing quick plug leak detection gas channel and a workpiece. After the three-in-one process is finished, the inflation pipeline of the rear sleeve is closed, the mandrel moves towards the rear sleeve under the action of the second elastic part, and the mandrel returns to the front end under the action of the first elastic part. The mandrel and the self-sealing quick-inserting male thimble automatically recover the self-sealing state. And then, the front end is sleeved with an inflation pipeline for ventilation, the clamping sleeve is pushed to move towards the direction of the mandrel, the clamping sleeve is separated from the clamping part of the self-sealing quick plug, and the self-sealing quick plug is unlocked. The inflation pipeline of the rear sleeve is ventilated again, the core shaft is pushed to drive the ejector pin and the push sleeve to move in the same direction to the self-sealing quick-insertion male head, the push sleeve is in contact with the front end of the self-sealing quick-insertion male head, the self-sealing quick-insertion male head is ejected out of the middle barrel of the gun head by the push sleeve after the quick-insertion male head is unlocked, and the function that the sealing joint and the workpiece automatically fall off from the self-sealing quick-insertion male head is achieved.
Preferably, the clamping part on the cutting sleeve is a steel ball, and when the quick-inserting male head locking device is used, the steel ball is matched with a clamping groove on the quick-inserting male head of a workpiece, so that the quick-inserting male head can be locked.
Further preferably, the elastic member is a spring.
Further preferably, the front end of the front end sleeve is provided with a guide sleeve with a V-shaped opening. The self-sealing quick-inserting male head of the workpiece is conveniently guided into the front part of the middle barrel of the gun head along the same trend.
Further preferably, sealing parts, such as 0-shaped rings, are arranged on the front part of the inner wall of the middle cylinder of the lance head and between the inner wall of the middle cylinder of the lance head and the mandrel. When the self-sealing quick-insertion male head is inserted into the front part of the gun head middle barrel, the leakage detection gas channel of the mandrel can be ensured to be communicated with the leakage detection gas channel in the self-sealing quick-insertion male head, and the leakage detection gas cannot leak from the gap between the self-sealing quick-insertion male head and the mandrel from the front part and the rear part which are contacted with the gun head middle barrel.

The present invention will be described in detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings.
In order to make the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the present invention more apparent, the present invention is described in further detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings and embodiments. It should be understood that the specific embodiments described herein are merely illustrative of the invention and are not intended to limit the invention.
The sealing joint disclosed by the invention comprises a front end sleeve 3, a gun head outer cylinder 4, a rear sleeve 10, a clamping sleeve 6, a gun head middle cylinder 14, a mandrel 11 and a push sleeve 15 as shown in figures 1-4; the left, right, front and back descriptions in the following text are directions according to the drawings.
The front end sleeve is fixedly connected with the left side of the gun head outer cylinder, and the rear sleeve is fixedly connected with the right side of the gun head outer cylinder; the front end of the front end sleeve is provided with a guide sleeve 1 with a V-shaped opening.
The gun head middle barrel is sleeved in the gun head outer barrel; the front part of the mandrel is sleeved in the rear part of the gun head middle barrel, and the rear part of the mandrel is sleeved in the rear sleeve; a leak detection gas channel 9 is fixedly connected in the mandrel, and a thimble 8 connected with the front end of the leak detection gas channel extends out of the front end of the mandrel; the front end of the mandrel is connected in the push sleeve through a first spring sleeve 13; the mandrel is also connected with the gun head middle barrel through a second spring 21; an inflation pipeline is arranged in the rear sleeve and is connected with the mandrel; and 0-shaped rings (16,12) are arranged at the front part of the inner wall of the gun head middle cylinder and between the inner wall of the gun head middle cylinder and the mandrel.
A clamping sleeve is also arranged between the gun head outer cylinder and the gun head middle cylinder, and the clamping sleeve is connected with the front end sleeve through a third spring 13; and the gun head outer cylinder and the clamping sleeve are also provided with a linkage wedge pair, and the wedge pair is provided with a fourth spring 5. The front end of the cutting sleeve is provided with a cutting bead 17; the front sleeve is internally provided with an inflation pipeline which is connected with the cutting sleeve.
By adopting the automatic-dropping sealing joint with the structure, the automatic-dropping sealing joint is held by a hand, the wedge block 7 on the gun head outer cylinder is pressed by a finger, the clamping sleeve is driven to move rightwards due to the linkage action of the wedge block of the gun head outer cylinder and the wedge block 18 on the clamping sleeve, the self-sealing quick-plugging male head 2 connected with a workpiece is inserted into the front part of the gun head middle cylinder from the left side, the wedge block is loosened, and the wedge block pair is reset. The cutting sleeve is reset to the left under the action of a third spring, and a steel ball at the front end of the cutting sleeve is matched with a clamping groove on the outer wall of the self-sealing quick-insertion male head to lock the quick-insertion male head; the inflation pipe orifice 20 of the rear sleeve is ventilated, the mandrel is pushed to drive the ejector pins and the push sleeve to move leftwards in the same direction, the push sleeve is contacted with the front end of the self-sealing quick-insertion male head, the quick-insertion male head is locked, the push sleeve moves rightwards until the ejector pins of the mandrel are contacted with the ejector pins at the front end of the self-sealing quick-insertion male head and the ejector pins at the two sides of the self-sealing quick-insertion male head are ejected, and a mandrel leak detection gas channel is communicated with a leak detection gas channel in the self-sealing quick-insertion male head; and starting helium detection equipment, and performing a three-in-one process through a mandrel leak detection gas channel, a self-sealing quick plug leak detection gas channel and a workpiece. After the three-in-one process is finished, the inflation pipeline of the rear sleeve is closed, the mandrel moves to the right under the action of the second spring, and the pushing sleeve moves to the left under the action of the first spring and returns to the front end of the mandrel. The mandrel thimble and the self-sealing quick-inserting male head automatically recover the self-sealing state. Then, the air inflation pipe opening 19 of the front end sleeve is ventilated to push the clamping sleeve to move towards the right, the clamping bead of the clamping sleeve is separated from the clamping groove of the self-sealing quick-inserting male head, and the self-sealing quick-inserting male head is unlocked. The inflation pipeline of the rear sleeve is ventilated again, the mandrel is pushed to drive the ejector pin and the push sleeve to move leftwards in the same direction, the push sleeve is contacted with the front end of the self-sealing quick-inserting male head, and the self-sealing quick-inserting male head is ejected out of the gun head middle barrel by the push sleeve due to the fact that the quick-inserting male head is unlocked, so that the function that the sealing joint and the workpiece automatically fall off from the self-sealing quick-inserting male head is achieved.

Claims (8)
1. An automatic-dropping sealing joint is characterized by comprising a front end sleeve, a gun head outer cylinder, a rear sleeve, a clamping sleeve, a gun head middle cylinder, a mandrel, a push sleeve, a thimble and an elastic part;
the front end sleeve is fixedly connected with the first gun head outer cylinder, and the rear sleeve is fixedly connected with the other side of the gun head outer cylinder; the gun head middle barrel is sleeved in the gun head outer barrel; the front part of the mandrel is sleeved in the rear part of the gun head middle barrel, and the rear part of the mandrel is sleeved in the rear sleeve; a leak detection gas channel is fixedly connected in the mandrel, and a thimble connected with the front end of the leak detection gas channel extends out of the front end of the mandrel; the front end of the mandrel is sleeved in the push sleeve through a first elastic component; the mandrel is also connected with the gun head middle barrel through a second elastic component; an inflation pipeline is arranged in the rear sleeve and is connected with the mandrel;
a clamping sleeve is further arranged between the gun head outer cylinder and the gun head middle cylinder, and the clamping sleeve is connected with the front end sleeve through a third elastic part; the gun head outer cylinder and the clamping sleeve are also provided with a linkage part, and the front end of the clamping sleeve is provided with a clamping part; the front sleeve is internally provided with an inflation pipeline which is connected with the cutting sleeve.
2. The self-releasing sealing joint according to claim 1, wherein: the clamping part on the clamping sleeve is a steel ball.
3. The self-releasing sealing joint according to claim 1, wherein: the linkage part is a wedge pair respectively arranged on the gun head outer cylinder and the clamping sleeve.
