本发明公开了一种防火钢结构柱，其包括方钢，所述方钢的一侧壁处设有限流板组件，所述限流板组件包括固定底板、旋转轴和连接于旋转轴上的限流板，所述固定底板的一端面上开设有安装凹槽，所述旋转轴的两端分别设置于安装凹槽两侧壁上的安装孔中，所述限流板与固定底板之间通过拉簧相连接，限流板上设有穿线孔，所述穿线孔中穿入拉绳，所述拉绳的一端连接挡位球，所述固定底板通过螺钉连接于方钢侧壁上。本发明可以调整冷却水在方钢内的流通速率，既有利于增强换热效果，又能够节省冷却水的使用量。

技术领域
本发明涉及钢结构柱技术领域，具体涉及一种防火钢结构柱。
背景技术
众所周知，钢结构柱广泛应用于建筑行业。钢结构的防火问题极为重要，常规的处理是通过在钢结构的内腔中灌注水来进行防火。由于钢传热速度快，导致内腔的水容易发生气化而导致缺水，使得钢结构失去防火作用。已授权的发明专利：一种防火钢结构，授权公告号CN 204370692 U，该发明专利在方钢结构的空腔内设置限流板，并使得冷却水在方钢内流通时间延长，换热效果增强，能更好地起到防火效果，然而并不能对冷却水在方钢内的流通速率进行调整，因而难以在水资源节约和防火效果之间达到更好的平衡。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种防火钢结构柱，其可以有效解决背景技术中所提到的技术问题。
为实现上述目的，本发明提供如下技术方案：
一种防火钢结构柱，其包括方钢，所述方钢的一侧壁处设有限流板组件，所述限流板组件包括固定底板、旋转轴和连接于旋转轴上的限流板，所述固定底板的一端面上开设有安装凹槽，所述旋转轴的两端分别设置于安装凹槽两侧壁上的安装孔中，所述限流板与固定底板之间通过拉簧相连接，限流板上设有穿线孔，所述穿线孔中穿入拉绳，所述拉绳的一端连接挡位球，所述固定底板通过螺钉连接于方钢侧壁上。
优选地，所述限流板由塑料材料制成。
优选地，所述穿线孔的直径为10-20mm。
优选地，所述旋转轴在安装凹槽的侧壁上等间距分布。
优选地，所述挡位球的直径大于穿线孔的直径。
与现有技术相比，本发明的有益效果是：
利用拉绳使限流板旋转，进而调整冷却水在方钢内的流通速率，使得冷却水的流通速率既有利于增强换热效果并起到良好的防火效果，同时又能够节省冷却水的使用量，节约水资源；本发明具有结构简单、操作使用方便等优点。

请参阅图1和图2所示，一种防火钢结构柱，其包括方钢1，所述方钢1的一侧壁处设有限流板组件，所述限流板组件包括固定底板2、旋转轴3和连接于旋转轴3上的限流板4，所述限流板4由塑料材料制成，所述固定底板2的一端面上开设有安装凹槽5，所述旋转轴3的两端分别设置于安装凹槽5两侧壁上的安装孔6中，所述限流板4与固定底板2之间通过拉簧7相连接，限流板4上设有穿线孔8，所述穿线孔8中穿入拉绳9，所述拉绳9的一端连接挡位球10，所述挡位球10的直径大于穿线孔8的直径，所述固定底板2通过螺钉11连接于方钢1侧壁上，穿线孔8的直径为10-20mm，所述旋转轴3在安装凹槽5的侧壁上等间距分布。
利用拉绳9使限流板4旋转，进而调整冷却水在方钢1内的流通速率，使得冷却水的流通速率既有利于增强换热效果并起到良好的防火效果，同时又能够节省冷却水的使用量，节约水资源；本发明具有结构简单、操作使用方便等优点。
