The support connected with the rotary spray pipe 82 is the water inlet pipe 81, and a sealed bearing device is arranged between the rotary spray pipe 82 and a straight pipe 812 on the water inlet pipe 81.
The sealed bearing device has the structure that an outer shoulder 812a is arranged on the outer wall of a straight pipe 812, a bearing 84 is sleeved on the outer shoulder 812a from the upper part of the straight pipe 812 for fixation, an inner shoulder 82a is arranged on the inner wall of a rotary spray pipe 82, the rotary spray pipe 82 is sleeved outside the straight pipe 812, the inner shoulder 82a is abutted against the bearing 84 for fixation, and a sealing structure can be also arranged; the outer wall of the straight pipe 812 is also provided with a sealing member supporting shoulder 812b, on which a sealing ring 812c is arranged, and the sealing ring 812c is pressed against the outer wall of the rotary spray pipe 82 to seal between the rotary spray pipe 82 and the straight pipe 812.
In fabrication, the rotary spout 82 may be broken down into several parts: from top to bottom, there are a bearing pipe 821 connected to the bearing 84, a reducer sleeve 822, a blade pipe 823 combined with the blade, a pipe 824 connected to the spherical spray head, and a spherical head 825. The various components are secured by threads, except for the welded connection between the ball-shaped end 825 and the tube 824. The paddles are welded to the outer wall of the paddle tube 823.
The secondary water filter 7 in the water collecting tank 1 is also provided with a filter screen cleaner 74, the filter screen cleaner 74 comprises a primary water distributor and a primary water inlet for cleaning the filter screen, and the primary water inlet is connected with the water supplementing pipe in a connecting pipe. In the embodiment shown in fig. 1 and 2, the primary water distributor is a sprayer 741, the sprayer is a conical shell with a big top and a small bottom, the sprayer is fixed inside the air guide sleeve 72, a water spraying hole 741a is arranged on the conical shell of the sprayer 741, the water spraying hole 741a corresponds to the filter screen 72, and an interface is arranged at the upper end of the sprayer 741 and is connected with a primary water inlet for cleaning the filter screen. A filter screen cleaner primary water conduit 741b is arranged on the primary water inlet, and the filter screen cleaner primary water conduit 741b is communicated with the water supplementing pipe 6. The lower end of the sprinkler 741 is not provided with a water jet hole 741a in a region facing the overflow port 721 in the middle of the filter screen 72.
As shown in fig. 4, the filter screen cleaner has another structure, in which the primary water distributor is a conical guide body 741-1 with a smaller top and a larger bottom, and is fixed inside the guide cover 73, the upper end of the conical guide body 741-1 corresponds to the primary water inlet for cleaning the filter screen, and a primary water guide tube 741b of the filter screen cleaner is arranged on the primary water inlet and connected with the water supplementing tube 6.
The cleaning method of the multifunctional secondary water collecting tank comprises the following steps:
the water supply pipe 6 is connected to a tap water pipe 5 of the primary water having a set pressure,
when the water level in the water collecting tank 1 is lowered to the set low water level, no secondary water is fed in, then the valve 51 connected to the primary water pipeline in the water collecting tank 1 is opened, the primary water with the set pressure is introduced into the pipe of the rotary spray pipe 82 through the first water outlet on the water feeding pipe 6, water is sprayed out from the water spraying hole 821, then the primary water of the second water outlet 832 on the water inlet pipe 81 is impacted to the paddle 831 arranged on the pipe outer wall of the rotary spray pipe 82, the paddle 831 can drive the rotary spray pipe 82 to rotate by being impacted, so that the sprayed water flow is also rotated, the sprayed primary water flow is rotationally sprayed on the wall of the water collecting tank 1 and the components in the water collecting tank to wash out sediment on the water flow, and in the water feeding process, the water discharging valve is not opened, and the sediment is utilized along with the water flow in the water tank to be discharged from the secondary water outlet of the water collecting tank 1.
When the retention time of the secondary water in the water collection tank 1 at the high water level exceeds a set time, for example forty-eight hours, a water drain valve 11a on a water drain pipe connected to a water drain port 11 on the water collection tank 1 is opened, the opening time is the set time, the set time includes a discharge time and a flushing time required for discharging the whole secondary water, when the discharge time is up, a valve 51 on a water supply pipe 5 is opened, primary water enters the water collection tank and starts a cleaner of the water collection tank, at this time, the water drain valve 11a is not closed, primary water for flushing the water collection tank is discharged from the water drain port 11 to a sewer, when the flushing time is up, the water drain valve 11a is closed, a valve 51 on the water supply pipe 5 is continuously opened, primary water is continuously fed into the water collection tank 1 until the water level in the water collection tank reaches the set high water level, and the valve 51 on the primary water supply pipe is closed.
If the valve 741b-1 of the primary water pipe 741b of the screen cleaner in the secondary water filter 7 in the header tank 1 is opened, primary water is introduced into the screen cleaner 74 during the process of replenishing the header tank 1 with the primary water. And impacts the filter screen 72 through the primary water distributor, and the filter residues on the filter screen 72 are flushed to the overflow port 721 and enter the sewer through the conduit 722. Of course, the valve 741b-1 may not be provided, and thus, the filter screen cleaner and the cleaner for cleaning the header tank 1 may be operated at the same time. The valve 741b-1 is provided and can be manually controlled not to be opened at some set time, so that the time for cleaning the water collection tank of the cleaner can be prolonged.
In the embodiment shown in fig. 1, the primary water distributor is a sprayer 741, the primary water enters the sprayer, and is directed to the filter screen 72 from the water spraying holes 741a on the inclined conical surface of the sprayer to wash the filter residue on the filter screen 72, and the filter residue enters the overflow port 722, but the primary water can be collected by the filter screen 72. The filter screen cleaner 74 can clean the filter screen while supplementing primary water, and reduces or eliminates the manual cleaning work of the filter screen, so that the multifunctional secondary water collecting tank is more convenient to use.
In the embodiment of the primary water distributor shown in fig. 2, which is a conical flow guide body 741-1, a valve 741b-1 on a primary water guide tube 741b of the filter screen cleaner is opened, primary water flowing out of the primary water guide tube 741b of the filter screen cleaner falls on the conical flow guide body 741-1, flows down from the outer edge of the conical flow guide body 741-1, falls on the upper part of the conical filter screen of the filter screen 72, washes filter residues on the filter screen surface, and flows into a water collecting tank without flowing into a sewer from an overflow port.
If the difference between the positions of the primary water falling on the filter screen is larger than that of the positions of the secondary water falling on the filter screen, filter residues on the filter screen between the two falling points cannot be impacted, so that the two falling points are more good when being closer, but the primary water distributor is arranged in the guide cover, so that a gap exists between the two falling points, and the diameter of the outer edge of the primary water distributor is preferably smaller than the outer diameter of the guide cover by 3-10mm for better filter screen cleaning effect; for example, the diameter difference is 4-5mm.
The diameter of the spherical closed end of the rotary spray pipe is larger than the maximum outer diameter of the rotary spray pipe. The larger the diameter of the spherical closed end is, the larger the spraying area of the sprayed water flow to the water collection tank is, and the more densely the water spraying drop points are on the inner wall of the water collection tank.
However, even if the water spray holes are dense again, there is a gap, and thus, the effect of rotating the water spray pipe to clean the inner wall of the water collection tank and the parts inside the water collection tank is greater. If the spray pipe is fixed, the sprayed water flow is a line, and falls on the inner wall of the box body, namely a point, the decontamination capability is poor, and the spray pipe is rotated, so that the water sprayed by one spray hole becomes a line after the spray pipe rotates, and no interval exists for spraying on the inner wall of the water collection tank and the like, so that the water can be sprayed everywhere. Therefore, the cleaning effect of the rotated spray pipe is better. After the rotary water spraying pipe is used for a period of time, some water spraying holes can be blocked, and the water spraying pipe rotates, so that the problem of uneven water spraying caused by the blocking of the water spraying holes can be solved.
The diameter-variable four-way joint on the water inlet pipe is used as the second water outlet of the rotary driving of the rotary water spraying pipe, and the caliber of the second water outlet is smaller than that of the first water outlet. In addition, after the primary water enters, the primary water preferentially flows to the spherical end head to be sprayed, and then the primary water flows out from the second water outlet to drive the rotary water spraying pipe to rotate. Thus, the cleaning effect is better.
