The barbell assembly 12 includes a barbell bar 121 and barbell pieces 122 provided at both ends of the barbell piece 122, wherein the barbell pieces 122 are detachably connected to the barbell bar 121, and the weight of the entire barbell assembly 12 can be changed by adding or subtracting the barbell pieces 122 to/from the barbell bar 121. Hanging bars 1161 are provided on each of the first reinforcing beam 116 and the second reinforcing beam 117 of the support frame 11, and the hanging bars 1161 are used for hanging the barbell pieces 122 detached from the barbell bars 121.
The barbell bar 121 of the barbell assembly 12 is simultaneously inserted into the bar-shaped through holes 1111 of the first vertical beam 111 and the second vertical beam 112, and the barbell assembly 12 can vertically move in the bar-shaped through holes 1111. The user may lie or stand to lift barbell assembly 12 for the purpose of exercising the hands. During the intermittent period of lifting the barbell, the user can clamp the barbell bar 121 into the upper clamping groove 1112; during the intermittent period of user's lying on the lift of the barbell, the barbell can be clamped into the lower clamping groove 1113. In addition, a pin 119 is inserted into one jack 1114 of the first vertical beam 111 and the second vertical beam 112, the pin 119 extends into the strip-shaped through hole 1111, and the position of the pin 119 is the lower limit position of the barbell component 12. In the actual operation process, the pin shafts 119 can be inserted into the corresponding insertion holes 1114 according to personal conditions so as to adjust the distance between the lower limit position of the barbell component 12 and the chest of the user, so that even if the barbell component 12 is dropped off by hands, the user can not be hit the chest of the user to cause safety accidents.
As shown in fig. 3, the seat mechanism 20 includes a gym chair 21 and an arm lifting assembly 22, the arm lifting assembly 22 is disposed on the front side of the gym chair 21, and the arm lifting assembly 22 is rotatably disposed on the gym chair 21.
The exercise chair 21 includes a seat 211, a first link 212, a bottom frame 213, a second link 214, and a first locking member 215. Both ends of the first connecting frame 212 are respectively hinged with the seat 211 and the bottom frame 213, both ends of the second connecting frame 214 are respectively hinged with the seat 211 and the bottom frame 213, and the seat 211, the first connecting frame 212, the bottom frame 213 and the second connecting frame 214 form a double crank mechanism. The exercise chair 21 with the structure can be folded, and the folded exercise chair 21 occupies a small space.
Wherein the first link 212 includes a first link 2121 and a second link 2122 that are parallel to each other and have equal lengths, the second link 214 includes a third link 2141 and a fourth link 2142 that are parallel to each other and have equal lengths, and the chassis 213 includes a fifth link 2131 and a sixth link 2132 that are parallel to each other and have equal lengths, and a seventh link 2133 that connects the fifth link 2131 and the sixth link 2132. The first link 2121, the third link 2141, and the fifth link 2131 are located on one side in the width direction of the seat 211, and form a double crank mechanism with the seat 211; the second link 2122, the fourth link 2142, and the sixth link 2132 are located on the other side in the width direction of the seat plate 211, and constitute a double crank mechanism with the seat plate 211. The first link 2121, the second link 2122, and the seventh link 2133 are located on the front side of the seat 211, and the third link 2141 and the fourth link 2142 are located on the rear side of the seat 211. The chassis 213 is provided with a guide wheel 118, and the guide wheel 118 is provided on the seventh link 2133.
As shown in fig. 4, the first link 212 is connected to the seat 211 through a first hinge shaft 216, the first link 212 is connected to the bottom frame 213 through a second hinge shaft 217, the bottom frame 213 is hinged to the second link 214 through a third hinge shaft 218, and the second link 214 is connected to the seat 211 through a fourth hinge shaft 219. The first hinge shaft 216 is a first distance from the second hinge shaft 217, the second hinge shaft 217 is a second distance from the third hinge shaft 218, the third hinge shaft 218 is a third distance from the fourth hinge shaft 219, and the fourth hinge shaft 219 is a fourth distance from the first hinge shaft 216. In this embodiment, the sum of the first distance and the third distance is equal to the sum of the second distance and the fourth distance. This configuration allows the exercise chair 21 to be folded to a minimum.
In addition, in the present embodiment, the fifth link 2131 and the sixth link 2132 are both in L-shaped structures, so that the third hinge shaft 218 is located at a position higher than the second hinge shaft 217, so as to ensure that the seat 211 can be completely attached to the bottom frame 213 when the exercise chair 21 is in the folded state.
The first locking member 215 functions to maintain the exercise chair 21 in the extended position. Since the degree of freedom of the double crank mechanism is 1, any two of the seat 211, the first link 212, the bottom frame 213, and the second link 214 need only be locked by the first locking member 215.
In this embodiment, the first locking member 215 is used to lock the first connecting frame 212 and the seat 211. The first link 2121 and the second link 2122 of the first link 212 are L-shaped, and the first locking member 215 is a locking pin which is simultaneously inserted into the first link 2121 and the seat 211 to maintain the body-building chair 21 in a unfolded state. When the exercise chair 21 is in the unfolded state, both the seat 211 and the bottom frame 213 are in the horizontal state.
As shown in fig. 5, the lift arm assembly 22 is rotatably provided at the front side of the seat 211. The arm lifting assembly 22 comprises a hand lifting frame 221 and a leg lifting frame 222, wherein the hand lifting frame 221 and the leg lifting frame 222 are rotatably connected with the seat 211 through the same rotating shaft 223, namely, the rotating axis of the hand lifting frame 221 is coincident with the rotating axis of the leg lifting frame 222, and the rotating shaft 223 is horizontally arranged.
Wherein, the hand-lifting frame 221 includes a first connecting beam 2211 and a first grab handle 2213, the first grab handles 2213 are two, the two first grab handles 2213 are coaxially connected together, a first clamping groove 2212 is arranged on the first connecting beam 2211, the connecting positions of the two first grab handles 2213 are clamped into the first clamping groove 2212, and the first grab handles 2213 can be taken out from the opening of the first clamping groove 2212, so that the first grab handles 2213 are detachably connected with the first connecting beam 2211. One end of the first connecting beam 2211 far away from the first grab handle 2213 is rotatably connected with the seat 211 through a rotating shaft 223.
The foot lifting frame comprises a second connecting beam and a second grab handle 2223, wherein the second connecting beam comprises a first clamping plate 2221 and a second clamping plate 2222, the number of the second grab handles 2223 is two, one second grab handle 2223 is fixed on the first clamping plate 2221, and the other second grab handle 2223 is fixed on the second clamping plate 2222. The first and second clamping plates 2221 and 2222 are both rotatably coupled to the seat plate 211 by rotation, and when the first clamping plate 2221 is rotated, the second clamping plate 2222 is also rotated along with the rotation thereof, with the first coupling beam 2211 being located between the first clamping plate 2221 and the second clamping plate 2222. The rotation shaft 223 is provided with a guide wheel 118.
In this embodiment, as shown in fig. 3 and 4, the exercise chair 21 further includes a back plate 23, a support 24, and a sliding seat cushion 25. The cross section of backup plate 23 is U-shaped structure, and the upper surface of backup plate 23 is equipped with two slide grooves 231 that extend its extending direction and arrange, and the both sides of sliding seat cushion 25 block respectively in two slide grooves 231 for sliding seat cushion 25 can follow backup plate 23 extending direction and slide. One end of the backup plate 23 is rotatably disposed at the rear side of the seat 211, the backup plate 23 can rotate around the fourth hinge shaft 219 relative to the seat 211, and a plurality of clamping grooves 232 are disposed at the lower side of the backup plate 23. The supporting member 24 is supported between the backup plate 23 and the supporting frame 11, one end of the supporting frame 11 is rotatably connected with the middle beam 115 of the base of the supporting frame 11, and the other end of the supporting frame 11 can be selectively clamped into the clamping groove 232. The support 24 rotates relative to the support 11 to enable the support 11 to be clamped into different clamping grooves 232, so as to adjust the angle between the leaning board 23 and the seat 211, i.e. adjust the leaning angle of the leaning board 23. In this embodiment, the number of the supporting members 24 is two, the lengths of the two supporting members 24 are different, and which supporting member 24 is used to support the leaning plate 23 can be selected according to specific requirements, so that the adjustable angle of the leaning plate 23 is larger.
In this embodiment, as shown in fig. 6, a second clamping groove 233 is provided at the end of the back plate 23 connected to the seat plate 211. The fourth hinge shaft 219 is fastened in the second fastening groove 233, thereby realizing the rotational connection of the back plate 23 and the seat plate 211, and the structure can conveniently detach the back plate 23, so as to reduce the space occupied by the exercise chair 21 in the folded state.
As shown in fig. 1, the exercise seat is located between a first vertical beam 111 and a second vertical beam 112, and lift arm assembly 22 is drivingly connected to barbell assembly 12 via first drive member 30. In this embodiment, the first transmission member 30 includes a first connecting rope 31 and a second connecting rope 32. One end of the first connecting rope 31 is connected with the barbell bar 121 of the barbell assembly 12, the other end of the first connecting rope 31 is connected with the first grab handle 2213 of the hand lifting frame 221, and the first connecting rope 31 bypasses the guide wheel 118 at the top of the supporting frame 11 and the guide wheel 118 on the underframe 213 of the body-building chair 21. After the hand lifting frame 221 is in transmission connection with the barbell assembly 12 through the first connecting rope 31, the barbell assembly 12 has a tendency of preventing the hand lifting frame 221 from rotating upwards, namely, during the upward rotation of the hand lifting frame 221, the barbell assembly 12 moves vertically upwards along the strip-shaped through hole 1111 under the traction action of the first connecting rope 31. One end of the second connecting rope 32 is connected with the barbell bar 121 of the barbell assembly 12, the other end of the second connecting rope 32 is connected with the second grab handle 2223 of the foot lifting frame, and the second connecting rope 32 bypasses the guide wheel 118 at the top of the supporting frame 11 and the guide wheel 118 on the underframe 213 of the body-building chair 21. After the foot lifting frame is in transmission connection with the barbell component 12 through the second connecting rope 32, the barbell component 12 has a trend of preventing the foot lifting frame from rotating upwards, namely, in the process of rotating the foot lifting frame upwards, under the traction action of the second connecting rope 32, the barbell component 12 moves vertically upwards along the strip-shaped through hole 1111.
In use, a user can sit on the seat 211 of the exercise chair 21, hold the first handle 2213 and drive the hand lifting frame 221 to rotate upwards, thereby achieving the purpose of exercising the hands. The user can adjust the backup plate 23 to the upward inclined position through the supporting piece 24, and the user can sit on the seat 211 and lean on the backup plate 23, and the feet lean on the second I handle and drive the foot lifting frame to rotate upwards, so that the aim of exercising the legs is achieved. In practice, the resistance experienced by hand-lift frame 221 and foot-lift frame as they rotate upward may be varied by reducing the weight of barbell assembly 12.
In addition, since the backup plate 23 is provided with the movable sliding cushion 25, the first grab handle 2213 on the hand lifting frame 221 is detachably connected with the first connecting beam 2211, as shown in fig. 7, after the first grab handle 2213 is removed from the first connecting beam 2211, the first connecting rope 31 can be wound around the guide wheel 118 on the rotating shaft 223, the foot lifting frame is rotated to the seat plate 211, the backup plate 23 is adjusted to a position parallel to the seat plate 211 through the supporting piece 24, an operator can lie on the seat plate 211 and the backup plate 23, the back is placed on the sliding cushion 25, the second grab handle 2223 on the foot lifting frame is pedaled, the first grab handle 2213 is held by the hand, the knee seat is straightened and bent to circulate, the first grab handle 2213 is pulled to do rowing, and strength exercise is performed on hands, abdomen, legs and other parts. When the first grip 2213 is pulled, the first connection rope 31 pulls the barbell assembly 12 up and down in the bar-shaped through hole 1111.
As shown in fig. 8, the turning arm mechanism 40 includes two turning arms 41, and the two turning arms 41 are symmetrically distributed on the supporting frame 11, wherein one turning arm 41 is disposed on the first vertical beam 111, and the other turning arm 41 is disposed on the second vertical beam 112. The rotating arm 41 on the first vertical beam 111 has the same structure as the rotating arm 41 on the second vertical beam 112.
As shown in fig. 9, the rotating arm 41 includes a connecting base 411, a cross arm 412, a armrest 413, a second locking member 414, and a second transmission member 415.
The connecting seat 411 is arranged on the supporting beam through a screw, the mounting height can be adjusted according to specific requirements, the cross arm 412 is rotationally connected with the connecting seat 411, and the cross arm 412 can rotate around a vertical axis relative to the connecting seat 411. The second locking member 414 is used to lock the cross arm 412 with the connection base 411. The cross arm 412 is provided with a U-shaped slot 4121, so that the cross arm 412 has a U-shaped cross section, the lower slot wall of the U-shaped slot 4121 is provided with two limiting holes 4122, and the connecting seat 411 is provided with a limiting hole 4122. In this embodiment, the second locking member 414 is a latch. When the cross arm 412 rotates relative to the connecting seat 411, two limiting holes 4122 on the cross arm 412 are aligned with the limiting holes 4122 on the connecting seat 411, and when one first limiting hole 4122 on the cross arm 412 is aligned with the limiting hole 4122 on the connecting seat 411, the second locking member 414 can be simultaneously inserted into the two limiting holes 4122, so that the cross arm 412 is locked at the first rotating position; when the other first limiting hole 4122 of the cross arm 412 is aligned with the limiting hole 4122 of the connecting seat 411, the second locking member 414 can be inserted into the two limiting holes 4122 at the same time, so as to lock the cross arm 412 in the second rotating position. The plane where the first vertical beam 111 and the second vertical beam 112 in the supporting frame 11 are located is a reference plane a, and when the cross arm 412 is located at the first rotation position, an included angle between the plane where the cross arm 412 is located and the reference plane a is 0 degrees; when the cross arm 412 is located at the second rotation position, the included angle between the plane where the cross arm 412 is located and the reference plane a is 90 degrees.
The U-shaped groove 4121 of the cross arm 412 is provided with guide grooves on two opposite groove walls, the guide grooves comprise a strip-shaped sliding groove 4123 and a circular groove 4124, and the strip-shaped sliding groove 4123 is communicated with the circular groove 4124.
The armrest 413 includes an armrest rod 4131, a sliding portion 4132, and a rotating portion 4133, the armrest rod 4131 is L-shaped, the sliding portion 4132 is a plate-like structure, the rotating portion 4133 is cylindrical, one end in the length direction of the sliding portion 4132 is connected and fixed to the armrest rod 4131, the other end in the length direction of the sliding portion 4132 is connected to the rotating portion 4133, and the rotating portion 4133 is arranged in the width direction of the sliding portion 4132. The two ends of the rotating part 4133 are respectively and rotatably arranged in circular grooves 4124 in two guide grooves on the cross arm 412, so that the rotating connection of the armrest arm 413 and the cross arm 412 is realized, and the armrest arm 413 can rotate around a vertical axis relative to the cross arm 412 between two limit positions, namely a first limit position and a second limit position.
When the arm 413 is at the first limit, the plane of the arm 413 is in the same plane as the plane of the cross arm 412, and the sliding portion 4132 is in line with the bar-shaped sliding groove 4123 of the guiding groove, the rotating portion 4133 can slide into the bar-shaped sliding groove 4123 from the circular groove 4124, and the sliding portion 4132 slides in the bar-shaped sliding groove 4123, the sliding portion 4132
Sliding the arm 412 in a direction approaching to the vertical axis of rotation of the arm 412 relative to the support frame 11, and finally retracting the sliding portion 4132 of the arm 413 into the U-shaped groove 4121 of the arm 412, so as to shorten the space occupied by the whole rotating arm 41; when the arm is in the second extreme position, the plane of the arm 413 is perpendicular to the plane of the arm 412.
In addition, the guide wheel 118 is provided on the connection seat 411. In this embodiment, the second transmission member 415 is a connecting rope, one end of the second transmission member 415 is connected to the armrest lever 4131 of the armrest arm 413, the other end of the second transmission member 415 is connected to the barbell lever 121 of the barbell assembly 12, and the second transmission member 415 bypasses the guide wheel 118 on the connecting seat 411 and the guide wheel 118 on the top of the support frame 11. After the arm 413 is connected to the barbell component 12 through the second transmission member 415, the barbell component 12 has a tendency of preventing the arm 413 from rotating from the second limit position to the first limit position, that is, during the process that the arm 413 rotates from the second limit position to the first limit position relative to the cross arm 412, the second transmission member 415 drives the barbell component 12 to vertically move upwards in the bar-shaped through hole 1111. Of course, since there are two rotating arms 41, there should be two second transmission members 415, i.e., armrest arms 413 in each rotating arm 41 are in transmission connection with barbell assembly 12 via second transmission members 415.
When a user exercises, the cross arm 412 can be rotated to a first rotation position, the cross arm 412 and the connecting seat 411 are locked through the second locking piece 414, the user holds the rest bars 4131 of the two rotating arms 41 by two hands, the rest arms 413 rotate towards a position close to the chest relative to the cross arm 412, namely the rest arms 413 rotate from a second limit position to a first limit position, the barbell moves vertically upwards in the process, and therefore the purpose of exercising the hands and the chest is achieved, and the user can sit on the body-building chair 21 in the process of exercising. In addition, as shown in fig. 10, the cross arm 412 may be rotated to the second rotation position, and the cross arm 412 and the connecting seat 411 may be locked by the second locking member 414, and at the same time, the armrest arm 413 may be rotated to the first limit position, and the sliding portion 4132 of the armrest arm 413 may be slid into the cross arm 412, where the two rotation arms 41 are parallel to each other and may be used as a parallel bar for the user to exercise. When the two pivoting arms 41 are used as parallel bars, the sliding portion 4132 of the sliding arm of the armrest arm 413 can be retracted in the cross arm 412, and the overall length of the pivoting arm 41 is short, so that the armrest has excellent supporting capability.
As shown in FIG. 11, the stepping mechanism 50 includes a frame 51, a first pedal 52, a second pedal 53, a third transmission member 54, a fourth transmission member 55, and a fifth transmission member 56.
The first pedal 52 and the second pedal 53 are both rotatably connected to the frame 51, one end of the first pedal 52 in the length direction is hinged to the frame 51, one end of the second pedal 53 in the length direction is hinged to the frame 51, and the first pedal 52 and the second pedal 53 can both rotate around the horizontal axis. The first pedal 52 and the second pedal 53 are in transmission connection through a third transmission member 54, and in this embodiment, the third transmission member 54 is a connecting rope. One end of the third transmission member 54 is connected with the first pedal 52, one end of the second transmission member 415 is connected with the second pedal 53, and the frame 51 is provided with a guide wheel 118 for supporting the second transmission member 415, that is, the second transmission member 415 is wound around the guide wheel 118, and when the second transmission member 415 moves, the guide wheel 118 rotates. The first pedal 52 and the second pedal 53 are connected to the hand through the third transmission member 54, and when the first pedal 52 rotates downward, the second pedal 53 rotates upward; when the first pedal 52 is rotated up four times, the second pedal 53 will be rotated down.
In this embodiment, the fourth transmission member 55 and the fifth transmission member 56 are both connection ropes. One end of the fourth transmission member 55 is connected with the other end of the first pedal 52 in the length direction, the other end of the fourth transmission member 55 is connected with a barbell bar 121 of the barbell assembly 12, the fourth transmission member 55 is wound on a plurality of guide wheels 118 on the frame 51, the barbell assembly 12 has a tendency of preventing the first pedal 52 from rotating downwards, namely, when the first pedal 52 rotates downwards from the horizontal position, the fourth transmission member 55 drives the barbell assembly 12 to vertically move upwards in the bar-shaped through hole 1111; one end of the fifth transmission member 56 is connected to the other end of the second pedal 53 in the length direction, the other end of the fifth transmission member 56 is connected to a barbell bar 121 of the barbell assembly 12, the fifth transmission member 56 is wound around a plurality of guide wheels 118 on the frame 51, and the barbell assembly 12 has a tendency to prevent the second pedal 53 from rotating downward, i.e., when the second pedal 53 rotates downward from the horizontal position, the fifth transmission member 56 will drive the barbell assembly 12 to move vertically upward in the bar-shaped through hole 1111.
In actual use, the user can perform stepping exercise through the stepping mechanism 50 to perform coordinated aerobic exercise on the body. When the stepping mechanism 50 is utilized for stepping exercise, the exercise chair 21 can be folded and laid flat, the stepping mechanism 50 is placed above the folding chair, and the two hands of a user can hold the two rotating arms 41 during the stepping process so as to keep the balance of the body.
The embodiment provides a multifunctional exercise apparatus 100, wherein the resistance sources of all exercise mechanisms are derived from the barbell assembly 12, and the multifunctional exercise apparatus has the advantages of simple structure, small occupied space and low production and maintenance cost. Can realize hand, chest, abdomen, foot exercise and coordinated aerobic exercise, and is safe and reliable.

the main frame mechanism comprises a support frame and a barbell assembly, wherein the barbell assembly is movably arranged on the support frame and can vertically move relative to the support frame;
the seat mechanism comprises a body-building chair and an arm lifting assembly, wherein the arm lifting assembly is rotatably arranged on the body-building chair; the body-building chair comprises a seat plate, a first connecting frame, a second connecting frame, a bottom frame and a first locking piece; the two ends of the first connecting frame are respectively hinged with the seat plate and the underframe, the two ends of the second connecting frame are respectively hinged with the seat plate and the underframe, and the seat plate, the first connecting frame, the underframe and the second connecting frame are configured into a double-crank mechanism; the first locking piece is used for locking any two adjacent to the seat plate, the first connecting frame, the underframe and the second connecting frame;
the lifting arm assembly is in transmission connection with the barbell assembly through the first transmission piece, and the lifting arm assembly can vertically move relative to the support frame through rotating relative to the body-building chair;
the multifunctional body-building equipment further comprises a rotating arm mechanism, wherein the rotating arm mechanism comprises two rotating arms, and the two rotating arms are symmetrically distributed on the supporting frame; the rotating arm comprises a connecting seat, a cross arm, a handrail arm, a second locking piece and a second transmission piece, wherein the connecting seat is connected with the supporting frame, the cross arm is rotationally connected with the connecting seat, the cross arm can rotate around a vertical axis relative to the connecting seat, the handrail arm is rotationally connected with the cross arm, the handrail arm can rotate around the vertical axis relative to the cross arm between a first limit position and a second limit position, the second locking piece is used for locking the cross arm with the connecting seat, and the handrail arm is in transmission connection with the barbell component through the second transmission piece; the barbell assembly has a tendency to prevent the armrest arm from rotating from the second extreme position to the first extreme position.
2. The multi-function exercise apparatus of claim 1, wherein the exercise chair further comprises a back plate and a support;
the lifting arm assembly is rotatably arranged on the front side of the seat plate, the backup plate is rotatably arranged on the rear side of the seat plate, and the supporting piece is supported between the backup plate and the supporting frame;
the support piece is rotationally connected with the support frame, a plurality of clamping grooves are formed in the backup plate, and the support piece rotates relative to the support frame to enable the support frame to be clamped into different clamping grooves so as to adjust the angle of the backup plate and the seat plate.

The multi-functional exercise apparatus of claim 2 wherein the arm-lift assembly comprises a hand-lift frame and a leg-lift frame, the hand-lift frame and the leg-lift frame each being rotatably connected to the seat plate, the axis of rotation of the hand-lift frame coinciding with the axis of rotation of the leg-lift frame;
the first transmission piece comprises a first connecting rope and a second connecting rope, the hand lifting frame is connected with the barbell assembly through the first connecting rope, and the leg lifting frame is connected with the barbell assembly through the second connecting rope.

The multi-functional exercise apparatus of claim 3, wherein the hand-lifting frame comprises a first connection beam and a first handle, the first connection beam being rotatably connected to the seat, the first handle being detachably connected to the first connection beam, the first handle being connected to the barbell assembly via the first connection cord;
the body-building chair further comprises a sliding cushion, wherein the sliding cushion is slidably arranged on the leaning board, and the sliding cushion can slide along the extending direction of the leaning board.

The multi-function exercise apparatus of claim 1 wherein when the arm rest is in the first extreme position, the plane in which the arm rest is located is in the same plane as the plane in which the cross arm is located, the arm rest being capable of sliding relative to the cross arm in a direction toward a vertical axis of rotation of the cross arm relative to the support frame.
