The invention relates to the technical field of cabinets, in particular to a detachable dustproof ventilation net for cabinets.
Background
Along with the continuous rapid development of communication technology, the equipment scale and the power consumption of equipment in a communication machine room are continuously increased, heat generated by equipment operation cannot be discharged in time, and the running environment generating high temperature is very unfavorable for the stable running of the equipment, and meanwhile, the good heat dissipation and dust prevention of the equipment cabinet are an important link for designing the equipment cabinet. When the existing cabinet design considers the problem of heat dissipation and ventilation of equipment, a mesh type or grid type cabinet door or cabinet bodies on two sides are usually selected, dust particles outside the cabinet are easy to enter the cabinet along with air flow due to overlarge meshes in the design, the overall heat dissipation effect of the cabinet is poor due to overlarge meshes, dust is easy to accumulate around the meshes after long-time working operation, and a plurality of inconveniences are brought due to incapability of disassembling the cabinet door during cleaning.

The filter screen frame is fixed on the cabinet body and can be used as a part of the whole body of the main door and the side door of the cabinet to play a role in guaranteeing the compression resistance of the cabinet; the silica gel heat conduction layer is covered on the surface of the filter screen frame and plays a role in heat conduction; the carbon fiber adsorption layer is covered on the surface of the silica gel heat conduction layer and plays a role in adsorbing dust particles on the surface of the cabinet; the buckling device is arranged at the four outer right angles of the filter screen frame, can rotate clockwise and anticlockwise, and is rotated to the carbon fiber adsorption layer based on the spring piece or nut and nut structure principle to play a role in fixing four corners.
Preferably, a plurality of downward extending bosses are arranged on the silica gel heat conduction layer at positions corresponding to the through holes, the sizes of the bosses are the same as the sizes of the through holes, and the lower sides of the bosses can extend into the filter screen frame through the through holes; the upper side of the boss is provided with an upper opening long groove, and the carbon fiber adsorption layer is provided with a cell corresponding to the upper opening of the long groove, and the size of the cell is the same as that of the upper opening of the long groove.

the shape structure and the materials of the silica gel heat conduction layer of the ventilation net increase the air contact surface, thereby not only playing a role in rapid heat dissipation, but also increasing the adsorption effect because dust particles in the air need to pass through a long and narrow space; the detachable design of the silica gel heat conduction layer and the carbon fiber adsorption layer is convenient for cleaning and replacement in the future.

Example 1
As shown in fig. 1 and 2, the detachable cabinet dustproof ventilation net comprises a filter screen frame 1, a silica gel heat conduction layer 2 and a carbon fiber adsorption layer 3, wherein a plurality of through holes 4 which are distributed periodically are formed in the filter screen frame 1; the carbon fiber adsorption layer 3 and the silica gel heat conduction layer 2 are sequentially paved on the filter screen frame 1 from top to bottom; the filter screen frame 1 is clamped and fixed to the carbon fiber adsorption layer 3 and the silica gel heat conduction layer 2 through the clamping device 5.
The filter screen frame 1 is fixed on the cabinet body and can be used as a part of the whole body of the main door and the side door of the cabinet to play a role in guaranteeing the compression resistance of the cabinet; the silica gel heat conduction layer 2 is covered on the surface of the filter screen frame 1 and plays a role in heat conduction; the carbon fiber adsorption layer 3 is covered on the surface of the silica gel heat conduction layer 2 and plays a role in adsorbing dust particles on the surface of the cabinet; the fastening device 5 is installed at four outer right angles of the filter screen frame 1, can rotate clockwise and anticlockwise, and is rotated to the carbon fiber adsorption layer 3 based on the spring piece or nut and nut structure principle to play a role in fixing four corners.
In this embodiment, a plurality of bosses 6 extending downward are provided on the silica gel heat conducting layer 2 at positions corresponding to the through holes 4, and the size of the bosses 6 is the same as that of the through holes 4; the boss 6 is internally provided with an elongated slot 7 with an upper opening, and the carbon fiber adsorption layer 3 is provided with a cell 8 at a position corresponding to the upper opening of the elongated slot 7, and the size of the cell 8 is the same as the size of the upper opening of the elongated slot 7.
