In an embodiment, the risk level of the user behavior may be determined according to the degree of abnormality of the user behavior, and the reminder message may be generated based on the risk level, optionally, the risk level may be rated according to the abnormal situation of the user behavior through an existing decision model, and different risk levels correspond to different risk processing manners, so as to generate the reminder message with different message contents, and in an embodiment, the risk level may include a plurality of different levels, for example: the first level, the second level and the third level, wherein the first level represents low risk, the second level represents medium risk, the third level represents high risk, if the risk level of the user behavior is the first level, the user behavior indicates that the user authentication risk needs to be performed, if the risk level of the user behavior is the second level, the user permission needs to be reduced, and if the risk level of the user behavior is the third level, the user behavior indicates that the account needs to be frozen to stop any user behavior of the account, and correspondingly, the reminding message can correspond to: prompting a reminding message for carrying out identity authentication, a reminding message for reducing user permission and a reminding message for freezing an account number.

In this embodiment, as shown in table 1A, the multi-dimensional reference information includes three-dimensional information: a first dimension, a second dimension, and a third dimension. Multiple security attributes may be included in each dimension, for example, the first dimension includes the number of exception reminders, sensitive operations, and frozen notifications for the account.

Claims (13)
1. A method for pushing a reminding message is characterized in that the method comprises the following steps:
when monitoring that user behaviors corresponding to the account are abnormal, generating a reminding message according to the user behaviors;
determining a communication mode for pushing the reminding message based on the multidimensional reference information of the account where the user behavior is located;
and pushing the reminding message based on the communication mode.
2. The method of claim 1, further comprising:
receiving a feedback message generated based on the reminding message;
parsing response data related to the user behavior from the feedback message;
and updating the multidimensional reference information according to the response data.
3. The method of claim 1, wherein the determining a communication mode for pushing the reminder message based on the multidimensional reference information of the account where the user behavior is located comprises:
determining at least one security attribute contained in each dimension in the multi-dimensional reference information of the account where the user behavior is located;
and determining a communication mode for pushing the reminding message according to the corresponding attribute information in the at least one security attribute.
4. The method of claim 3, wherein the multi-dimensional reference information comprises security attributes contained in each of a first dimension, a second dimension, and a third dimension; wherein,
the first dimension includes security attributes including: the method comprises the following steps of abnormal reminding, sensitive operation and freezing notification, wherein the attribute information corresponds to the times of the abnormal reminding, the times of the sensitive operation and the times of the freezing notification;
the security attributes contained in the second dimension include: basic attributes, behavior habits and risk preferences, wherein the attribute information corresponds to basic information of a user, preference information of account login and acceptable risk level;
the third dimension contains security attributes including: the method comprises the steps of appointing a channel, appointing a message type, appointing a time period and appointing a limit, wherein attribute information corresponding to the appointed channel, the appointed message type, the appointed time period and the appointed limit are set by a user in a self-defined mode.
5. The method of claim 1, further comprising:
if the communication modes for sending the reminding message are more than two, determining the priority of the more than two communication modes;
determining the communication mode with the highest priority in the more than two communication modes according to the priority;
the sending the wake-up message based on the communication manner includes:
and pushing the reminding message based on the communication mode with the highest priority.
6. The method of claim 5, further comprising:
if the reminding message is not reachable by sending based on the communication mode with the highest priority, determining the priority of the communication modes except the communication mode with the highest priority in the more than two communication modes;
and pushing the reminding message based on the communication mode with the highest priority in the communication modes except the communication mode with the highest priority.
7. The method of claim 5, wherein the determining the priority of the two or more communication modes comprises:
determining attribute information about a communication mode contained in a user dimension and a setting dimension of the account in the multi-dimensional reference information;
and determining the priority of the more than two communication modes according to the attribute information of the communication modes.
8. The method of claim 1, wherein generating a reminder message based on the user behavior comprises:
determining a risk level of an account corresponding to the user behavior;
and generating a reminding message based on the risk level.
9. A push device for an alert message, the device comprising:
the message generating unit is used for generating a reminding message according to the user behavior when the user behavior corresponding to the account is monitored to be abnormal;
the first determining unit is used for determining a communication mode for pushing the reminding message generated by the message generating unit based on the multidimensional reference information of the account where the user behavior is located;
and the message pushing unit is used for pushing the reminding message based on the communication mode determined by the first determining unit.
10. The apparatus of claim 9, further comprising:
the message receiving unit is used for receiving a feedback message generated based on the reminding message pushed by the message pushing unit;
the data analysis unit is used for analyzing response data related to the user behavior from the feedback message received by the message receiving unit;
and the updating unit is used for updating the multi-dimensional reference information according to the response data analyzed by the data analyzing unit.
11. The apparatus of claim 9, wherein the first determining unit comprises:
the first determining subunit is used for determining at least one security attribute contained in each dimension in the multi-dimension reference information of the account where the user behavior is located;
and the second determining subunit is configured to determine, according to the attribute information corresponding to the at least one security attribute determined by the first determining subunit, a communication mode for pushing the reminder message.
12. The apparatus of claim 9, further comprising:
a second determining unit, configured to determine priorities of two or more communication manners if the communication manner determined by the first determining unit for sending the reminder message is two or more;
a third determining unit, configured to determine, according to the priority determined by the second determining unit, a communication method with a highest priority among the two or more communication methods;
the message pushing unit is configured to push the reminding message based on the communication mode with the highest priority determined by the third determining unit.
13. A server, characterized in that the server comprises:
a processor; a memory for storing the processor-executable instructions;
the processor is used for generating a reminding message according to the user behavior when the user behavior corresponding to the account is monitored to be abnormal; determining a communication mode for pushing the reminding message based on the multidimensional reference information of the account where the user behavior is located; and pushing the reminding message based on the communication mode.
