The key of the collective protection technology is to maintain stable overpressure relative to the outside atmosphere in the collective protection area. The method needs a complex overpressure control system, and mainly comprises an overpressure control valve, a pressure relief valve, an atmospheric pressure probe, a cabin pressure gauge, a manual relief valve and the like. The pressure relief valve is one of important devices, is arranged in a large number in a personnel passage at the periphery of a collective protection area, and has the main function of maintaining the pressure in an access passage to be stable when personnel pass through the access passage.
In the actual use environment, when people pass through the entrance and exit of the collective protection area, the door opening and closing operation is needed, a great disturbance factor is generated on the overpressure establishment of the collective protection area, and the disturbance is temporary and eliminated along with the closing of the door. Because the common pressure relief valves all adopt simple actuating mechanisms such as springs or reeds, the anti-interference capability is poor, and the pressure in a channel changes violently at the moment of opening and closing the valve. The disturbance caused by the change of the external pressure can be effectively eliminated by adding the air cavity damping mechanism, and meanwhile, the discharge effect cannot be influenced.

The invention aims to provide an air cavity damping type pressure relief valve, which aims to solve the problems that the existing pressure relief valve is poor in anti-jamming capability and the pressure in a channel changes violently at the moment of opening and closing a door.

when no pressure difference exists between the two sides of the bleeder valve, the valve disc is pressed to the top opening of the valve body by the pretightening force of the spring so as to keep the closing state of the bleeder valve; when pressure difference is generated on two sides of the bleeder valve and changes, the valve disc is opened or closed under the action of pressure to generate a compression or stretching effect on the damping air cavity, a reaction force is generated in the damping air cavity to delay the pressure change, meanwhile, the air cavity exhausts through the damping holes, and the reaction force is gradually reduced until the internal and external pressures of the damping air cavity are balanced again.

When a fixed pressure difference is generated on two sides of the bleeder valve, the pressure difference acts on the valve disc to generate a fixed pressure to push the valve disc to open and compress the spring, the spring force is increased, meanwhile, an air cavity between the valve disc and the damping device is compressed, and air is exhausted through a damping hole in the middle of the valve disc to slow down the moving speed of the valve disc until the pressure on the valve disc is balanced with the spring force;
when the bleeder valve both sides produce the pressure differential time and change, the valve disc of pressure bleeder valve is opened or is closed under the effect of pressure, produces a compression and tensile effect to the damping air cavity, produces a reaction force in the air cavity and delays pressure variation, and the air cavity passes through the damping hole exhaust simultaneously, and the reaction force reduces gradually, and is balanced again until the inside and outside pressure of air cavity. The change process is slow relative to a pressure relief valve without an air cavity damping mechanism, but the final balance point is consistent.
If the pressure difference is instantaneous, the pressure difference is eliminated in a short period after the pressure difference is generated, and the valve disc only generates a small displacement to restore the original state under the action of the damping air cavity. The reaction force of the damping air cavity slows down and even eliminates transient disturbance to ensure the stability of overpressure in the cabin.
