Abstract
An improved connecting pipe sleeve comprises a U-shaped pipe sleeve, a connecting block and a bolt, wherein the top of the U-shaped pipe sleeve is provided with a first arc guide surface, two side walls of the U-shaped pipe sleeve form clamping parts with tapered openings from top to bottom, and at least two groups of screw holes which are correspondingly arranged are arranged at intervals along the length direction of the clamping parts; the top of the connecting block is provided with a concave second arc guide surface, two side walls of the connecting block are provided with positioning reference surfaces matched with the clamping parts of the U-shaped pipe sleeves, the distance between the two positioning reference surfaces is gradually reduced from top to bottom, the positioning reference surfaces are provided with positioning adjustment holes which are just opposite to screw holes on the clamping parts of the U-shaped pipe sleeves, and the positioning adjustment holes have adjustment allowance relative to the screw holes along the vertical direction of the positioning reference surfaces; the relative position between the positioning adjusting hole and the screw hole is changed through the locking bolt, so that the pipe fitting is stably and rotatably locked in the accommodating space formed by the U-shaped pipe sleeve and the connecting block.

Technical Field
The present invention relates to a mechanical connecting device, and more particularly to an improved connecting sleeve.
Background
The connecting sleeve is applied to various mechanical fields and is commonly used for connecting a device to a cross rod, the sleeve part of the connecting sleeve commonly used in the market is generally designed into a closed structure, when the connecting sleeve is installed on the cross rod, the cross rod needs to be sleeved into the connecting sleeve in advance, and then the cross rod is installed, but once the connecting sleeve needs to be detached, the cross rod needs to be detached firstly so as to take down the connecting sleeve, and great trouble is brought to a user due to inconvenient design. In order to facilitate the assembly and disassembly, the present inventors have purposely designed the connecting pipe sleeve to be in a directly detachable state, but the directly detachable connecting pipe sleeve is generally locked by a locking device such as a screw, a bolt, etc., and in the use process, friction, collision, etc. can occur between the connecting pipe sleeve and the cross bar, and these forces may cause the locking device such as the screw, the bolt, etc. of the connecting pipe sleeve to generate certain abrasion and looseness. In some applications, the connecting sleeve is required to be in transition fit or close to transition fit with the cross rod, and the abrasion and loosening of the locking device inevitably affect the firmness of the connecting sleeve, so that the gap between the locking device and the cross rod is increased, and the use is affected, so that an improved connecting sleeve capable of adjusting the size of the connecting sleeve in real time is needed.
Disclosure of Invention
Based on the above reasons, the invention aims to provide a connecting sleeve which is convenient to assemble and disassemble, wide in applicability and capable of ensuring that a cross rod can be stably and rotatably arranged in the connecting sleeve, and the concrete scheme is as follows:
an improved connecting pipe sleeve comprises a U-shaped pipe sleeve, a connecting block and a bolt, wherein the top of the U-shaped pipe sleeve is provided with a first arc guide surface, two side walls of the U-shaped pipe sleeve form clamping parts with tapered openings from top to bottom, and at least two groups of screw holes which are correspondingly arranged are arranged at intervals along the length direction of the clamping parts; the top of the connecting block is provided with a concave second arc guide surface, two side walls of the connecting block are provided with positioning reference surfaces matched with the clamping parts of the U-shaped pipe sleeves, the distance between the two positioning reference surfaces is gradually reduced from top to bottom, the positioning reference surfaces are provided with positioning adjustment holes which are just opposite to screw holes on the clamping parts of the U-shaped pipe sleeves, and the positioning adjustment holes have adjustment allowance relative to the screw holes along the vertical direction of the positioning reference surfaces; the connecting block sleeve is arranged in the clamping part of the U-shaped pipe sleeve, a containing space for containing the round pipe fitting is formed between the U-shaped pipe sleeve and the connecting block, the bolts sequentially penetrate through the screw holes and the positioning adjusting holes, and the relative positions between the positioning adjusting holes and the screw holes are changed through the locking bolts, so that the pipe fitting is stably and rotatably locked in the containing space formed by the U-shaped pipe sleeve and the connecting block.

By adopting the design, the connecting pipe sleeve can be self-adaptively assembled for cross bars with different diameters in a certain range, is convenient to assemble and disassemble, has wide application range, and can be stably and rotatably locked in a containing space formed by the U-shaped pipe sleeve and the connecting block in a rotatable manner in the subsequent use process by further screwing the bolt when friction and collision are generated between the connecting pipe sleeve and the cross bars and loosening is caused, so that the positioning adjusting hole is further tightened relative to the adjusting allowance of the screw hole in the vertical direction.

As shown in fig. 1-3, an improved connecting pipe sleeve comprises a U-shaped pipe sleeve 1, a connecting block 2 and a bolt 3, wherein the top of the U-shaped pipe sleeve 1 is provided with a first arc guiding surface 11, two side walls 12 of the first arc guiding surface form a clamping part 121 with a tapered opening from top to bottom, and at least two groups of screw holes 4 which are correspondingly arranged are arranged at intervals along the length direction of the clamping part 121; the top of the connecting block 2 is provided with a concave second arc guide surface 21, when the connecting block 2 is sleeved in the clamping part 121 of the U-shaped pipe sleeve 1, a containing space 5 for containing a circular pipe is formed between the first arc guide surface 11 at the top of the U-shaped pipe sleeve 1 and the second arc guide surface 21 of the connecting block 2, the two side walls of the connecting block 2 are provided with positioning reference surfaces 22 matched with the clamping part 121 of the U-shaped pipe sleeve 1, the space between the two positioning reference surfaces 22 is gradually reduced from top to bottom, the positioning reference surfaces 22 are provided with positioning adjustment holes 122, the positioning adjustment holes 122 are opposite to screw holes 4 on the clamping part 121 of the U-shaped pipe sleeve 1, and the positioning adjustment holes 122 have adjustment allowance relative to the screw holes 4 along the vertical direction of the positioning reference surfaces 22 (namely, the vertical direction length of the positioning adjustment holes 122 is longer than that of the screw holes 4); the bolt 3 sequentially penetrates through the screw hole 4 and the positioning adjusting hole 122, and the relative position between the positioning adjusting hole 122 and the screw hole 4 in the vertical direction is changed by locking the bolt 3, so that the connecting block 2 is locked in the clamping part 121 of the U-shaped pipe sleeve 1. More preferably, the bottom of the connecting block 2 is provided with a connecting part 23 for externally connecting objects. The central axis of the connecting part 23 is perpendicular to the central axis of the accommodating space 5, the connecting part 23 can be externally connected with corresponding pipe fittings, the embodiment is a screw pipe fitting, and the connecting pipe sleeve can conveniently realize the connection of the pipe fittings perpendicular to each other through the connecting part 23. The clamping part 121 is formed by two inclined planes which are tapered from top to bottom; the positioning reference surface 22 formed by the two side walls of the connecting block 2 is also formed by two inclined surfaces which taper from top to bottom. As shown in fig. 4, when the connecting sleeve is used, the bolt 3 is first disassembled, the connecting block 2 is removed, then the U-shaped sleeve 1 is clamped into the cross bar 6 which needs to be matched through the connected clamping part 121, then the connecting block 2 is clamped into the clamping part 121, the bolt 3 sequentially passes through the oppositely arranged screw hole 4 and the positioning adjusting hole 122 and is locked with the nut 31, the U-shaped sleeve 1 and the connecting block 2 are provided with matching surfaces with tapered openings from top to bottom, the positioning adjusting hole 122 and the screw hole 4 are provided with an adjusting allowance in the vertical direction, and the U-shaped sleeve 1 is also provided with a straight line section 113 for adjusting the position in the vertical direction, so when the bolt 3 is locked, the clamping part 121 is further used for clamping the connecting block 2, and due to the tapered structure, when the clamping part 121 further clamps the connecting block 2, the bolt 3 is upwards displaced along the positioning adjusting hole 122, so that the height difference between the second circular arc guide surface 21 and the first circular arc guide surface 11 is further reduced, and the connecting cross bar 6 can be stably and rotatably arranged in the connecting sleeve. If friction and collision are generated between the U-shaped pipe sleeve 1 and the cross rod 6 of the connecting pipe sleeve in the subsequent use process, the bolt 3 is further locked, so that the assembly is convenient.

An improved connecting pipe sleeve comprises a U-shaped pipe sleeve, a connecting block and a bolt, wherein the top of the U-shaped pipe sleeve is provided with a first arc guide surface, two side walls of the U-shaped pipe sleeve form clamping parts with tapered openings from top to bottom, and at least two groups of screw holes which are correspondingly arranged are arranged at intervals along the length direction of the clamping parts; the top of the connecting block is provided with a concave second arc guide surface, two side walls of the connecting block are provided with positioning reference surfaces matched with the clamping parts of the U-shaped pipe sleeves, the distance between the two positioning reference surfaces is gradually reduced from top to bottom, the positioning reference surfaces are provided with positioning adjustment holes which are just opposite to screw holes on the clamping parts of the U-shaped pipe sleeves, and the positioning adjustment holes have adjustment allowance relative to the screw holes along the vertical direction of the positioning reference surfaces; the connecting block sleeve is arranged in the clamping part of the U-shaped pipe sleeve, a containing space for containing the pipe fitting is formed between the U-shaped pipe sleeve and the connecting block, the bolt sequentially penetrates through the screw hole and the positioning adjusting hole, and the relative position between the positioning adjusting hole and the screw hole is changed through the locking bolt, so that the pipe fitting is stably and rotatably locked in the containing space formed by the U-shaped pipe sleeve and the connecting block.

An improved connection sleeve as defined in claim 1, wherein: the clamping part is formed by two inclined planes which are tapered from top to bottom; the positioning datum plane formed by the two side walls of the connecting block is also formed by two inclined planes which taper from top to bottom.
5. An improved connection sleeve as defined in claim 1, wherein: the cross section of the U-shaped pipe sleeve is respectively composed of a circular arc section and a clamping section with an opening gradually reduced.
6. An improved connection sleeve as defined in claim 5, wherein: the cross section of the U-shaped pipe sleeve is additionally provided with a straight line section for adjusting the position in the vertical direction, and the straight line section is arranged between the arc section and the clamping section.
7. An improved connection sleeve as defined in claim 1, wherein: the positioning adjusting holes are in a runway shape.
