The invention discloses a forklift engine air inlet system with a silencing branch pipe, which comprises an air filtering inlet pipe, an air filter and an engine inlet pipe. The air filter air inlet pipe is an integrally formed cloth-clamping rubber pipe, the air filter air inlet pipe is provided with a silencing branch pipe, the silencing branch pipe is used for carrying out noise reduction treatment on a forklift air inlet system, compared with an original forklift engine air inlet system, the whole forklift engine air inlet system is reduced from 106dB to 103dB in power-up level, the whole forklift sound pressure level is reduced from 88.4dB to 86.2dB, the noise around the ears of a driver is reduced, and the driving comfort of the driver is improved. The air cleaner is equipped with empty first support of straining, and empty recess of straining first support can be with the annular boss cooperation on straining the barrel, and the position of both lock can be adjusted also through rotatory along axial straight line to acquire different spatial positions, guarantee the design demand.

Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of forklifts, and particularly relates to a forklift engine air inlet system with a silencing branch pipe.
Background
In order to reduce the engine intake noise of a forklift, forklifts are often equipped with an intake silencer. However, the conventional intake silencer mainly has the following problems: the existing air inlet muffler is limited by the arrangement space of the whole vehicle, and has poor silencing effect; the existing air inlet silencer has various materials and is difficult to install; meanwhile, most of existing silencers are of metal welding part structures, are rough in appearance quality and heavy in product, and are not beneficial to light-weight design and arrangement of the whole automobile.
Meanwhile, the existing air filter is integrated with the air filter, namely, the mounting bracket and the air filter cannot be adjusted, so that different air filters are required to be developed for different vehicle types to adapt to the arrangement of the whole vehicle. The two problems also restrict the development of the whole forklift industry to a certain extent.
Disclosure of Invention
In order to reduce the air intake noise of a forklift engine and solve the problem that an air filter is inconvenient to install and adjust, the invention provides an air intake system of the forklift engine with a silencing branch pipe.
A forklift engine air intake system with a silencing branch pipe comprises an air filtering intake pipe 1, an air filter 3 and an engine intake pipe 4. The air filter 3 is provided with an air filter cylinder 31 and an air filter first bracket 32, the air filter cylinder 31 is provided with an air filter inlet 311 and an air filter outlet 312, one end of the engine air inlet pipe 4 is connected with the engine air inlet 5, the other end of the engine air inlet pipe 4 is connected with the air filter outlet 312, and the air filter air inlet pipe 1 is connected between the air filter inlet 311 and the overhead guard air inlet 6.
The air filter air inlet pipe 1 is an integrally formed cloth-clamping rubber pipe, two ends of the air filter air inlet pipe 1 are respectively provided with an air filter air inlet 11 and an air filter air outlet 14, the middle part of the air filter air inlet pipe 1 is an L-shaped pipe, and a silencing branch pipe 13 is arranged on the vertical section of the L-shaped pipe. The air filter pipe air inlet 11 is directly connected with the overhead guard air inlet 6, and the air filter pipe air outlet 14 is connected with the air filter inlet 311.
When the air filter works, air enters the air filter air inlet pipe 1 through the air inlet 6 of the overhead guard, part of the air sound waves enter the silencing branch pipe 13, and then the air is reflected back by the silencing branch pipe 13 and overlapped with the other part of the air sound waves in the air filter air inlet pipe 1 to attenuate the intensity of the air sound waves, so that a silencing function is achieved. The muffled air passes through the air cleaner 3, enters the engine intake 5 through the engine intake 4, and then is delivered into the engine combustion chamber.
The further defined technical scheme is as follows:
the silencing branch pipe 13 is a bent cloth-clamped rubber pipe, the unfolding length L=200-300 mm of the central line of the silencing branch pipe 13, and the end part of the silencing branch pipe 13 is closed.
The junction of the silencing branch pipe 13 and the vertical section of the L-shaped pipe is provided with a horn mouth 131 in transitional connection.
The L-shaped pipe in the middle of the air filtering air inlet pipe 1 is a reducing pipe, and the pipe diameter of the horizontal end pipe is larger than that of the vertical section.
The air filter 3 is provided with an air filter cylinder 31 and an air filter first bracket 32, and the air filter first bracket 32 is an annular rubber-plastic part with a base and an opening and is sleeved on the air filter cylinder 31. An embedded nut 322 is arranged below the opening of the air filter first bracket 32, a limiting boss 324 is arranged on the upper portion of the opening, a locking spring 323 is arranged below the limiting boss, and an inner hexagon bolt 326 is arranged in the middle of the locking spring 323. A washer 325 is installed between the anti-loosening spring 323 and the socket head cap screw 326.
Five grooves 327 with the depth of 2mm are formed in the annular inner portion of the first air filter support 32, 5-12 annular bosses 314 with the width of 2mm are formed in the first air filter cylinder 31, the grooves 327 are matched with the annular bosses 314, when the first air filter support 32 is sleeved on the first air filter cylinder 31, the matched annular bosses 314 can be selected according to the installation space, and the first air filter support 32 can rotate to a required position around the annular bosses 314.
The two ends of the base of the first air filter support 32 are respectively provided with a first kidney-shaped hole 321 and a second kidney-shaped hole 328, and the length direction of the first kidney-shaped hole 321 and the length direction of the second kidney-shaped hole 328 are mutually perpendicular.
An annular protrusion 313 with the height of 2mm is arranged on the excircle of the air filtering port 312.
The two ends of the air filtering air inlet pipe 1 and the engine air inlet pipe 4 are respectively provided with a throat hoop 2 which is used for locking during connection.
The beneficial technical effects of the invention are as follows:
(1) Noise reduction treatment is carried out on the forklift air inlet system through the noise elimination branch pipe on the air filtering air inlet pipe, compared with the original forklift engine air inlet system, the whole forklift air inlet system has the advantages that the power level is reduced from 106dB to 103dB, the sound pressure level of the whole forklift is reduced from 88.4dB to 86.2dB, the noise around the ears of a driver is reduced, and the operation comfort of the driver is improved.
(2) The silencing branch pipe can be molded at one time, the production process is simple, the cost is low, meanwhile, the pipeline trend can be freely designed according to the arrangement of the internal space of the vehicle body under the condition of ensuring the pipeline length, and the space utilization rate is high.
(3) The air filter and the air filter first bracket are assembled, the groove of the air filter first bracket can be matched with the annular boss on the air filter cylinder body, and the buckling position of the air filter and the air filter first bracket can be linearly adjusted along the axial direction or can be adjusted through rotation so as to obtain different space positions and ensure the design requirement.
(4) The first bracket of the air filter is provided with the anti-loosening spring for preventing the bolt from loosening, and the limiting boss is provided with the two vertical kidney-shaped holes for mounting and adjusting, so that the air filter can prevent the air cylinder from being damaged due to too large tightening torque.

The air filter 3 is provided with an air filter cylinder 31 and an air filter first bracket 32, the air filter cylinder 31 is provided with an air filter inlet 311 and an air filter outlet 312, one end of the engine air inlet pipe 4 is connected with the engine air inlet 5, the other end of the engine air inlet pipe 4 is connected with the air filter outlet 312, and the air filter air inlet pipe 1 is connected between the air filter inlet 311 and the overhead guard air inlet 6. The two ends of the air filtering air inlet pipe 1 and the engine air inlet pipe 4 are respectively provided with a throat hoop 2 which is used for locking during connection.
Referring to fig. 2 and 3, the air filter air inlet pipe 1 is an integrally formed cloth-sandwiched rubber pipe, two ends of the air filter air inlet pipe 1 are respectively provided with an air filter air inlet 11 and an air filter air outlet 14, the middle part of the air filter air inlet pipe 1 is an L-shaped pipe, and a vertical section of the L-shaped pipe is provided with a silencing branch pipe 13. The air filter pipe air inlet 11 is directly connected with the overhead guard air inlet 6, and the air filter pipe air outlet 14 is connected with the air filter inlet 311. The silencing branch pipe 13 is a bent cloth-clamping rubber pipe, the unfolding length L=280 mm of the central line of the silencing branch pipe 13, and the end part of the silencing branch pipe 13 is closed. The junction of the silencing branch pipe 13 and the vertical section of the L-shaped pipe is provided with a horn mouth 131 in transitional connection. The L-shaped pipe in the middle of the air filtering air inlet pipe 1 is a reducing pipe, and the pipe diameter of the horizontal end pipe is larger than that of the vertical section.
Referring to fig. 4 to 6, the air filter 3 is provided with an air filter cylinder 31 and an air filter first bracket 32, wherein the air filter first bracket 32 is an annular rubber plastic part with a base and an opening, and is sleeved on the air filter cylinder 31. An embedded nut 322 is arranged below the opening of the air filter first bracket 32, a limiting boss 324 is arranged on the upper portion of the opening, a locking spring 323 is arranged below the limiting boss, and an inner hexagon bolt 326 is arranged in the middle of the locking spring 323. A washer 325 is installed between the anti-loosening spring 323 and the socket head cap screw 326.
Five grooves 327 with the depth of 2mm are formed in the annular inner portion of the first hollow filter support 32, eleven annular bosses 314 with the width of 2mm are formed in the hollow filter cylinder 31, the grooves 327 are matched with the annular bosses 314, when the first hollow filter support 32 is sleeved on the hollow filter cylinder 31, the matched annular bosses 314 can be selected according to the requirement of the installation space, and the first hollow filter support 32 can rotate to a required position around the annular bosses 314.
The two ends of the base of the first air filter support 32 are respectively provided with a first kidney-shaped hole 321 and a second kidney-shaped hole 328, and the length direction of the first kidney-shaped hole 321 and the length direction of the second kidney-shaped hole 328 are mutually perpendicular. An annular protrusion 313 with the height of 2mm is arranged on the excircle of the air filtering port 312.
Referring to fig. 7, in use, the air cleaner 3 is mounted to the truck frame by the air filter second bracket 7. Air enters the air filtering air inlet pipe 1 through the air inlet 6 of the overhead guard, part of the air sound waves enter the silencing branch pipe 13, and then are reflected back by the silencing branch pipe 13, and the air sound waves are overlapped with the other part of the air sound waves in the air filtering air inlet pipe 1 to attenuate the intensity of the air sound waves, so that a silencing function is achieved. The muffled air passes through the air cleaner 3, enters the engine intake 5 through the engine intake 4, and then is delivered into the engine combustion chamber.
