The female guide 53 has a pair of female guide posts 531 extending laterally outward from an upper portion thereof in a radial direction and a lateral groove 532 having an arc section in an inner contour formed by extending and recessing vertically from a bottom wall thereof, the lateral groove 532 and the lateral unthreaded portion 5522 are adapted so as to be retained in the lateral unthreaded portion 5522 in the lateral direction, the female guide post 541 abuts against a notch 533 provided on an upper edge of the female guide 53 in the longitudinal direction and is movable longitudinally along the notch 533, a side wall of the female guide 53 is provided with a pair of through holes 534 corresponding to the arc section of the longitudinal groove 542 from below the notch 533, wherein an inner wall of the through hole 534 near a side of the lateral portion 11 is provided with an internal thread which engages with an external thread of the longitudinal threaded portion 5621.
The female guide post 531 and the male guide post 541 abut against the transverse notch 521 and the longitudinal notch 522 provided on the accommodating portion 52 respectively so that the female guide 53 can move transversely along the transverse notch 521 and the accommodating portion 52 does not interfere with the longitudinal movement of the male guide post 541, and the accommodating portion 52 further has two pairs of through holes corresponding to the positions of the arc sections of the transverse groove 532 and the longitudinal groove 542: a transverse through hole 523 and a longitudinal through hole 524, wherein an inner wall of the transverse through hole 523 near one side of the longitudinal part 12 is provided with an inner thread engaged with an outer thread of the transverse thread part 5521.

The adjustable hinge module of claim 3, wherein the longitudinal threaded fastener connects the molding to the sub-guide, and a threaded portion of the longitudinal threaded fastener is threadedly engaged with the female guide and a unthreaded portion thereof is fastened to the sub-guide, such that movement of the longitudinal threaded fastener in the longitudinal direction causes the sub-guide to move in the longitudinal direction.
