Description

Bridge frame trunnion seat protection device
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of ship engineering, relates to a novel ear shaft sleeve protection device, and in particular relates to a device for protecting a bridge trunnion seat on a ship body under the condition that a bridge trunnion is not installed.
Background
The cutter suction dredger is an engineering ship which is widely applied in the engineering fields of dredging channels, seagoing field making and the like at present. One end of the ship body is provided with a slot for installing a bridge device provided with a reamer and other equipment. In general, cutter suction dredgers are provided with a rotation point, namely a bridge rotation trunnion, and correspondingly, only one set of bridge trunnion seats is arranged on the ship body as a corresponding supporting structure. However, with the development of cutter suction dredgers, in order to meet different dredging requirements, both minimum dredging and maximum dredging are required, and it is difficult to simultaneously achieve the requirements if the bridge rotating trunnion is fixed at only one installation position. In order to solve the problem, the cutter suction dredger provides mounting positions for the bridge rotating trunnion at two different height positions of the ship body, namely, the different height positions of the ship body are respectively provided with a trunnion seat which is matched with the bridge rotating trunnion in a mounting and fixing way.
When the cutter suction dredger is used for construction, the bridge rotating trunnion can only be arranged at one height position, namely, only one trunnion seat on the dredger is put into use, and the rest is in an idle and standby state.
Because of the relatively large number of equipment on the ship and the relatively complex conditions, in order to prevent the idle trunnion seat from being damaged, the equipment can be rapidly put into the next use in an intact state, and a novel device for protecting the trunnion sleeve is urgently needed to be developed.

a bridge trunnion seat protection device comprising:
the earring seat protection cover is in a cylindrical shape combined in a stepped mode, the outer diameter of a cylinder body of the earring seat protection cover is matched with the inner diameter of a shaft sleeve in the bridge earring seat, the length of the earring seat protection cover is matched with the length of the shaft sleeve in the bridge earring seat, and a plurality of bolt holes are uniformly formed in the edge of the largest cylinder at the bottom of the earring seat protection cover;
the rotary bolt column is fixed in the threaded hole, one end of the rotary bolt column is provided with a rotatable wrench, and the other end of the rotary bolt column is welded with a clamping plate.
Further, the trunnion seat protection cover is formed by sequentially welding a plurality of sections of steel cylinders with gradually decreasing cylinder diameters, and a plurality of bolt holes matched with the rotary bolt columns are uniformly arranged at the edge of the largest cylinder at the bottom of the trunnion seat protection cover.
Further, the wrench is rectangular, one end of the wrench is provided with a round hole, and the wrench is fixed at the end part of the rotary bolt column.
The bridge trunnion seat protection device provided by the invention can prevent the idle trunnion seat from being damaged, and can be rapidly put into next use in an intact state.
