Description

Method for judging washing effect through acceleration sensor
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of washing machines, in particular to a method for judging a washing effect through an acceleration sensor.
Background
Generally, drum washing machines wash at an empirically selected preferred speed, and there are methods of selecting a washing speed from several preset speeds. Chinese patent, patent name: method and device for determining an optimal rotational speed of a drum of a laundry treatment device, grant bulletin number: CN 101878335B, the basis of which is based on the magnitude of the mechanical force, does not take into account the influence of the rotational speed.
Disclosure of Invention
Based on the technical problems in the background art, the invention provides a method for judging the washing effect through an acceleration sensor, which can select the optimal rotating speed with the maximum possible beating effect during washing.
A method for judging washing effect by acceleration sensor comprises the following steps:
s1: presetting rotational speed values omega 1 to omega n of a plurality of washing machines;
s2: measuring acceleration values of the drum of the washing machine in 3 directions at each predetermined rotational speed;
s3: calculating the sum N of acceleration at each rotating speed, and multiplying the sum N by the corresponding rotating speed value to obtain a corresponding washing effect W;
s4: comparing W1 to Wn obtained in the step S3 with each other, and determining the maximum value W, wherein the corresponding rotation speed value omega is the optimal rotation speed.
Preferably, the 3 directions in S2 include: an acceleration value x in the front-rear direction, an acceleration value y in the left-right direction, and an acceleration value z in the up-down direction.
Preferably, the sum N of acceleration in S3 is the sum or the sum of squares of acceleration in 3 directions.
Preferably, the acceleration value is measured by an acceleration sensor provided at the lower surface of the drum floor of the washing machine.
Generally, the laundry effect is related to the beating force and the beating times of laundry rising along the tub wall and then falling down during washing. In unit time, the other conditions are the same, the larger the acceleration is, the larger the beating force is, and the better the washing effect is.
The invention has the beneficial effects that:
the invention provides a method for judging washing effect by an acceleration sensor, which adopts the acceleration sensor to measure acceleration values of a drum of a washing machine in three directions under different rotating speeds, calculates the product W of the sum of the acceleration values and the rotating speeds, and selects the rotating speed corresponding to the maximum value W as the optimal rotating speed of the drum washing machine. The method is simple and feasible, and the optimal rotating speed of the washing machine can be selected quickly and effectively.
Drawings
The accompanying drawings are included to provide a further understanding of the invention and are incorporated in and constitute a part of this specification, illustrate the invention and together with the embodiments of the invention, serve to explain the invention. In the drawings:
fig. 1 shows W values at different rotational speeds obtained using a w=ω (x+y+z) calculation method;
fig. 2 shows the use of w=ω (x 2 +y 2 +z 2 ) W values obtained by a calculation method at different rotating speeds;
FIG. 3 shows the washing ratio at different rotational speeds.
Detailed Description
The invention is further illustrated below in connection with specific embodiments.
Example 1
The predetermined rotational speed ranges from 20 to 80 revolutions per minute for a typical drum washing machine. The predetermined rotational speeds in this example were 30rpm, 35rpm, 40rpm, 45rpm, 50rpm, 55rpm, 60rpm, 65rpm, 70rpm, 75rpm, 80rpm, respectively, and accelerations in 3 directions at each rotational speed were measured, and the load used was set to 7kg according to the standard wash of appendix A in GB/T4288-2008.
As shown in fig. 1: w=ω (x+y+z); as shown in fig. 2: w=ω (x 2 +y 2 +z 2 )。
It can be seen from FIGS. 1 and 2 that the W value obtained is maximum when the rotational speed of the drum of the washing machine is 75 rpm.
Example 2
The washing machine currently in use on the market has a rotation speed of 45-55rpm, so in this example, 45rpm, 50rpm, 55rpm and 75rpm are selected for the washing effect test.
Test methods refer to appendix A in GB/T4288-2008: the washing performance test method comprises the following steps of loading 7kg of standard washing; the test results are shown in FIG. 3.
As can be seen from FIG. 3, the washing ratio at 75rpm of the drum of the washing machine is significantly greater than the washing ratio at 45rpm, 50rpm, 55 rpm; therefore, the method provided by the invention has reliability and feasibility for judging the washing effect through the acceleration sensor.
The foregoing is only a preferred embodiment of the present invention, but the scope of the present invention is not limited thereto, and any person skilled in the art, who is within the scope of the present invention, should make equivalent substitutions or modifications according to the technical scheme of the present invention and the inventive concept thereof, and should be covered by the scope of the present invention.
