Abstract
本发明公开了一种防火材料。本发明的该防火材料由以下质量份的原料制备:基料乳液40~60份、二氧化硅粉5~10份、蛭石粉10~20份、超纯水30~35份、聚氧乙烯聚氧丙醇胺醚15~20份、氧化石墨烯分散液10~35份、纳米碳化硅20~25份;所述基料乳液为聚丙烯乳液、醋酸乙烯‑乙烯共乳液或醋丙乳液。本发明所述防火材料,配方中采用氧化石墨烯、纳米碳化硅、蛭石,使得产品具有良好的阻燃性能,导电性、成膜性、机械性优良和均匀,适合于涂覆于超薄钢结构中提高防火性能。

技术领域
本发明涉及防火材料技术领域,尤其涉及一种防火材料。
背景技术
随着工业化进程的发展,尤其是在大中型城市的建设中,由于钢结构具有快速方便简单的施工优势,运用范围越来越广泛。钢结构由于采用金属制成,其耐火性能无法与混凝土、砖混结构相比,因此,为了使钢结构的耐火性能增加,目前都采用在钢结构的表面涂刷一层耐火材料,增加钢结构的耐火性能,进而起到防火的功能。然而,目前采用的耐火材料的制备工艺复杂,且采用的原料成本较高,大大的制约了防火材料的推广和应用。
发明内容
针对现有技术存在的不足,本发明提供一种防火材料。
本发明通过以下技术方案来实现:一种防火材料,该防火材料由以下质量份的原料制备:基料乳液40~60份、二氧化硅粉5~10份、蛭石粉10~20份、超纯水30~35份、聚氧乙烯聚氧丙醇胺醚15~20份、氧化石墨烯分散液10~35份、纳米碳化硅20~25份;所述基料乳液为聚丙烯乳液、醋酸乙烯-乙烯共乳液或醋丙乳液。
优选的原料质量份可以是:基料乳液44份、二氧化硅粉6份、蛭石粉18份、超纯水32份、聚氧乙烯聚氧丙醇胺醚15份、氧化石墨烯分散液24份、纳米碳化硅25份;所述基料乳液为聚丙烯乳液、醋酸乙烯-乙烯共乳液或醋丙乳液。
优选的原料质量份也可以是:基料乳液52份、二氧化硅粉10份、蛭石粉16份、超纯水30份、聚氧乙烯聚氧丙醇胺醚18份、氧化石墨烯分散液15份、纳米碳化硅25份;所述基料乳液为聚丙烯乳液、醋酸乙烯-乙烯共乳液或醋丙乳液。
优选的原料质量份还可以是:基料乳液58份、二氧化硅粉8份、蛭石粉13份、超纯水35份、聚氧乙烯聚氧丙醇胺醚20份、氧化石墨烯分散液32份、纳米碳化硅22份;所述基料乳液为聚丙烯乳液、醋酸乙烯-乙烯共乳液或醋丙乳液。
所述氧化石墨烯分散液是将市售氧化石墨烯在40-55℃进行超声剥离8-10h,冷冻干燥得冻干粉,再分散到纯水中,用800W超声30-60min制得。
本发明所述防火材料,配方中采用氧化石墨烯、纳米碳化硅、蛭石,使得产品具有良好的阻燃性能,导电性、成膜性、机械性优良和均匀,适合于涂覆于超薄钢结构中提高防火性能。

实施例1由以下质量份的原料制备本发明的防火材料:基料乳液44份、二氧化硅粉6份、蛭石粉18份、超纯水32份、聚氧乙烯聚氧丙醇胺醚15份、氧化石墨烯分散液24份、纳米碳化硅25份;所述基料乳液为醋酸乙烯-乙烯共乳液;所述氧化石墨烯分散液是将市售氧化石墨烯在40-55℃进行超声剥离8h,冷冻干燥得冻干粉,再分散到纯水中,用800W超声30min制得。
实施例2由以下质量份的原料制备本发明的防火材料:基料乳液52份、二氧化硅粉10份、蛭石粉16份、超纯水30份、聚氧乙烯聚氧丙醇胺醚18份、氧化石墨烯分散液15份、纳米碳化硅25份;所述基料乳液为聚丙烯乳液;所述氧化石墨烯分散液是将市售氧化石墨烯在40-55℃进行超声剥离10h,冷冻干燥得冻干粉,再分散到纯水中,用800W超声50min制得。
实施例3由以下质量份的原料制备本发明的防火材料:基料乳液58份、二氧化硅粉8份、蛭石粉13份、超纯水35份、聚氧乙烯聚氧丙醇胺醚20份、氧化石墨烯分散液32份、纳米碳化硅22份;所述基料乳液为醋丙乳液;所述氧化石墨烯分散液是将市售氧化石墨烯在40-55℃进行超声剥离9h,冷冻干燥得冻干粉,再分散到纯水中,用800W超声60min制得。

1.一种用于超薄钢结构的防火材料,其特征在于,该防火材料由以下质量份的原料制备:基料乳液40~60份、二氧化硅粉5~10份、蛭石粉10~20份、超纯水30~35份、聚氧乙烯聚氧丙醇胺醚15~20份、氧化石墨烯分散液10~35份、纳米碳化硅20~25份;所述基料乳液为聚丙烯乳液、醋酸乙烯-乙烯共乳液或醋丙乳液。
