实施例:本发明提供一种技术方案:一种用于河道治理的水体净化搅拌装置,搅拌罐1的上方设置有进水口5,下方外侧安装有控制器24和支板49,支板49上安装有储药桶2和加药泵48;储药桶2出口与加药泵48入口连接,加药泵48出口与储药桶2入口通过输药管4连接,输药管4呈长条L形,储药桶2的内部填充有处理药剂PAM(俗称聚丙烯酰胺有机絮凝剂),主要用于絮凝沉降,储药桶2的右侧安装有加药泵48,能使药剂有充分的动态反应功能,可调节反应时间的长短,发挥药剂的最佳效果,达到国家环保排放标准,输药管4的内径大于加药管46的内径,加药管46上均匀开孔,便于药剂进入搅拌罐1的内部,提高反应速率和反应效果,储药桶2中的药剂经由加药泵48进入输药管4,循环的输药管4按照需求药剂搅拌罐1的分布依次铺设,使药剂能够流经各投加点,并通过加药管46投入投加点,最后沿着输药管4回流到储药桶2,输药管4与搅拌罐1顶部安装的气动阀8通过连接管45连接;受在线检测仪47的控制,实现自动加药,输药管4的内径大于加药管46的内径,加药管46上均匀开孔,便于药剂进入搅拌罐1的内部,提高反应速率和反应效果,搅拌罐1的顶部安装有旋转电机9,旋转电机9为伺服电机(型号为:Y132S1-2),便于为第一转动轴10提供动力来源,搅拌罐1内的顶部还装有不锈钢材质的第一轴承座7和第二轴承座41,第一轴承座7的转动辊30上自上而下装有大皮带轮6、导流体3(铸钢材质的导流体3呈锥形结构)和第二锥齿轮32(优质碳素结构钢材质);第二轴承座41连接有第一转动轴10,第一转动轴10上端与旋转电机9连接,第一转动轴10自上而下装有小皮带轮11、搅拌杆42和搅拌桨43,搅拌杆42的端头装有刷子44;大皮带轮6通过皮带与小皮带轮11连接;搅拌罐1一侧壁内安装有第三轴承座29,与第三轴承座29相对的搅拌罐1另一侧壁内装有固定座33;第二转动轴34一端与第三轴承座29连接,另一端与固定座33连接,第二转动轴34上装有搅拌叶片27和优质碳素结构钢材质的第一锥齿轮31,第一锥齿轮31与第二锥齿轮32啮合,由于第一锥齿轮31与第二锥齿轮32通过连轴器39相互啮合(如图7、图8所示),使得第二锥齿轮32受到的水平推力转换成第一锥齿轮31竖直方向的推力,实现了力在方向上的相互转化,带动第二转动轴34的转动,第二转动轴34的下方装有格栅28;便于通过搅拌将药物与水体充分反应,将产生的残渣通过格栅28进入杂质排出口26,搅拌罐1的底部设置有脚垫21,便于增强整个水体净化装置工作时的稳定性,进而提高搅拌效率,杂质排出口26的四周设有密封圈,且杂质排出口26的口端装有密封盖25,便于经加药、搅拌处理后的河道水体残渣通过杂质排出口26排出搅拌罐1的外部,增强密封性能,杂质排出口26的口端装有密封盖25,便于经加药、搅拌处理后的河道水体残渣通过杂质排出口26排出搅拌罐1的外部,增强密封性能;搅拌罐1侧壁下部设置有连通口23,连通口23连接有水泵22(型号为:150QJ10-150/21)入水口连接,水泵22出口通过输水管12与矩形结构的净化池14顶部的入口端13连接,净化池14内装有紫外线消毒灯15,紫外线消毒灯15的数量为两个,且紫外线消毒灯15与净化池14通过螺钉固定连接,能够对河道水体进行消毒杀菌,提高净化效率,紫外线消毒灯15的下方自上而下装有活性炭过滤仓16、过滤板17和静电吸附板18,对水体中的杂质进行过滤处理,净化池14的侧壁下方设置有出水口19,净化池14的底部安装有电磁阀20(型号为:TM54-15HP),控制器24与气动阀8、旋转电机9以及电磁阀20通过电缆连接,便于增强整个装置结构的一体化,同时通过控制器24对每个工作元件进行操作,提高对河道水体的搅拌与净化效率。Embodiment: The present invention provides a technical solution: a water purification and mixing device for river channel management.
