The filter plate 17 (shown in fig. 5) comprises a resin adsorption layer 35, nanofiltration membranes 36 are arranged on two sides of the resin adsorption layer 35, ultrafiltration membrane wires are arranged outside the nanofiltration membranes 36, so that the filtering effect of a water body is improved, and the influence of fine particles on water utilization is reduced.
The electrostatic adsorption plate 18 (shown in fig. 6) is composed of an anode electric plate 37 and a cathode electric plate 38, the cathode electric plate 38 is arranged below the anode electric plate 37, the anode electric plate 37 is a titanium member, the cathode electric plate 38 is a member made of corrosion-resistant metal through surface activation treatment, and the recovery utilization rate of the river water body treatment of the purifying tank 14 is improved conveniently.
The guide body 3 is dish-shaped, and the rotating blades 40 are arranged on the guide body 3, so that the water resistance is reduced, and the river sewage in the stirring tank 1 is conveniently stirred.
The rotating blades 40 (shown in fig. 9) are unfolded in an involute form on the fluid director 3, so as to improve the stirring efficiency of the river sewage.
The outlet of the pneumatic valve 8 (shown in figure 10) is provided with a dosing tube 46, and the pneumatic valve 8 is provided with a detector 47, so that the on-line detection control function is realized, and the automatic dosing is realized.
The working principle of the invention is as follows: according to the water purifying and stirring device for river treatment, firstly, river water flows into the stirring tank 1 through the water inlet 5, the S-shaped stirring blades 27 are wound on the outer part of the second rotating shaft 34, the left side of the first bevel gear 31 is meshed with the second bevel gear 32 through the coupling 39, so that the horizontal thrust received by the second bevel gear 32 is converted into the thrust in the vertical direction of the first bevel gear 31, the mutual conversion of the forces in the direction is realized, the rotation of the second rotating shaft 34 is driven, the connection is firm, and the transmission is stable; the guide body 3 is dish-shaped, the rotating blades 40 are arranged on the guide body 3, and the rotating blades 40 are unfolded on the guide body 3 in an involute form, so that the river sewage in the stirring tank 1 can be conveniently stirred, and the stirring efficiency of the river sewage is improved; the right side of the medicine adding pipe 46 is provided with a detector 47, the upper part of the connecting pipe 45 is connected with a medicine conveying pipe 4, the medicine conveying pipe 4 is in a strip L shape, the right side of the medicine storage barrel 2 is provided with a medicine adding pump 48, so that the medicine has a full dynamic reaction function, the reaction time can be adjusted, the optimal effect of the medicine is exerted, and the national environmental protection emission standard is reached; secondly, the medicines in the medicine storage barrel 2 enter the medicine delivery pipe 4 through the medicine adding pump 48, the circulated medicine delivery pipes 4 are sequentially paved according to the distribution of the medicine stirring tank 1 required, so that the medicines can flow through each adding point and are added into the adding point through the medicine adding pipes 46, finally flow back to the medicine storage barrel 2 along the medicine delivery pipes 4, the pneumatic valves 8 are arranged on the medicine adding pipes 46, and the automatic medicine adding is realized under the control of the on-line detector 47; the inner diameter of the medicine conveying pipe 4 is larger than that of the medicine adding pipe 46, holes are uniformly formed in the medicine adding pipe 46, so that medicines can enter the stirring tank 1 conveniently, the reaction rate and the reaction effect are improved, the bottom ends of the medicine storage barrel 2 and the medicine adding pump 48 are fixedly connected with the base 49 through bolts, the connection is firm, and the stability of the whole water body purifying and stirring device is improved; a rotating motor 9 (the model is Y132S 1-2) is arranged at the position, close to the right, of the top end of the stirring tank 1, so that a power source is conveniently provided for the first rotating shaft 10, the first rotating shaft 10 is connected with the stirring rod 42 through welding, the connection is firm and stable, stirring paddles 43 are arranged below the stirring rod 42, the stirring paddles 43 are of an L-shaped structure, the number of the stirring paddles 43 is four, the purification stirring efficiency of river water bodies is conveniently improved, brushes 44 are arranged at the end part of the stirring rod 42, the brushes 44 are symmetrically distributed on two sides of the first rotating shaft 10, and the service life of the stirring device is prolonged; a grid 28 is arranged below the stirring blade 27, so that the medicine and the water body can be fully reacted conveniently through stirring, the generated residues enter an impurity outlet 26 through the grid 28, a sealing cover 25 is arranged outside the impurity outlet 26, sealing rings are arranged around the impurity outlet 26, the bottom end of the impurity outlet 26 is connected with the sealing cover 25 through a hinge, the river water body residues after medicine adding and stirring treatment can be conveniently discharged out of the stirring tank 1 through the impurity outlet 26, and the sealing performance is enhanced; the treated water body is conveyed to the inside of the purifying tank 14 through the water conveying pipe 12 under the action of the water pump 22 (model: 150QJ 10-150/21), the ultraviolet disinfection lamps 15 are arranged on the two walls at the top end of the inside of the purifying tank 14, the number of the ultraviolet disinfection lamps 15 is two, the ultraviolet disinfection lamps 15 are fixedly connected with the purifying tank 14 through screws, so that the water body in a river channel can be disinfected and sterilized, the purifying efficiency is improved, the active carbon filter bin 16 is arranged below the ultraviolet disinfection lamps 15, and impurities in the water body are filtered; the filter plate 17 comprises a resin adsorption layer 35, nanofiltration membranes 36 are arranged on two sides of the resin adsorption layer 35, ultrafiltration membrane wires are arranged outside the nanofiltration membranes 36, so that the filtering effect of a water body is improved, and the influence of fine particles on water utilization is reduced; finally, the electrostatic adsorption plate 18 is composed of an anode electric plate 37 and a cathode electric plate 38, the anode electric plate 37 is a titanium component, the cathode electric plate 38 is a surface activation treatment corrosion-resistant metal component, the recycling rate of the river water body of the purifying tank 14 is improved, the water outlet 19 is arranged on the right side of the stirring tank 1 below the cathode electric plate 38, the stirred and purified water body is recycled through the water outlet 19, the energy is saved, the environment is protected, the chemical agent has a sufficient dynamic reaction function through uniform stirring, the length of the reaction time is regulated, the optimal effect of the chemical agent is exerted, the physical and chemical dual-purpose method is adopted to recycle the wastewater, the wastewater has the characteristics of purification and cyclic utilization, the energy is saved, the environment is protected, the science and the rationality are good, the recycling of the river water body is greatly improved, the environmental pollution is reduced, and the applicability is wide.
