The conveying belt component 2 is provided with a blocking piece 2a and a transition seat 2c positioned between the conveying belt 2b and the lower support seat 3k, and the machine frame 1 is provided with a pushing component 4 which can push the diamond cutter head 11 which is positioned on the conveying belt component 2 and is abutted against the blocking piece 2a into the cutter head clamping opening 3a of the cutter head clamp 3. The blocking member 2a is used to block the diamond tip 11 on the conveyor belt assembly 2, so that the diamond tip 11 stops moving. The transition seat 2c enables the space between the conveyer belt 2b and the lower support seat 3k to be smoother, the pushing assembly 4 can more smoothly push the diamond tool bit 11 into the tool bit clamping opening 3a, and meanwhile, factors which are unfavorable for smoothly pushing the diamond tool bit 11 due to unstable movement of the conveyer belt 2b can be eliminated.
The material pushing assembly 4 comprises a material pushing cylinder 4a and a push-pull rod 4b, and a cylinder body of the material pushing cylinder 4a is fixed on the rack 1. The pushing assembly 4 further comprises a stroke limiting structure for limiting the extension length of a piston rod of the pushing cylinder 4a, and specifically, a first stroke limiting backer 4c is fixed on a cylinder body of the pushing cylinder 4a, and a second stroke limiting backer 4d which can abut against the first stroke limiting backer 4c is fixed on the piston rod; the stroke limiting structure is used for controlling the depth of the diamond tool bit 11 pushed into the tool bit clamping opening 3 a.
A proximity switch is arranged on a blocking piece 2a of the conveying belt component 2, and the material pushing cylinder 4a, the first driving mechanism 5 and the proximity switch are electrically connected with a control circuit, so that when the blocking piece 2a abuts against the diamond tool bit 11, the state is sensed by the proximity switch, and the control circuit controls the first driving mechanism 5 to enable a lower bracket 3k in the tool bit clamp 3 to abut against a transition seat 2c or only leave a fine space; and the control circuit controls the piston rod of the first cylinder to extend out, so that the rear backrest 3d is in a state of being embedded into the cutter bit clamping opening 3 a. Then the control circuit controls a piston rod of the material pushing cylinder 4a to extend out, the push-pull rod 4b pushes the diamond tool bit 11, and the diamond tool bit 11 is pushed into the tool bit clamping opening 3 a; in the process, the thrust of the pushing cylinder 4a is greater than that of the elastic piece 3g, so that the piston rod of the first cylinder is forced to retract; therefore, the elastic piece 3g can buffer the diamond tool bit 11 against the rear rest 3d, so that vibration and noise generated by collision of the diamond tool bit 11 and the rear rest 3d are eliminated, and the clamping precision of the diamond tool bit 11 can be improved. Meanwhile, after the pressing head 3c, the left clamping arm 3e and the right clamping arm 3f release the diamond tool bit 11, the elastic piece 3g can automatically push the diamond tool bit 11 out of the tool bit clamping opening 3a, and automatic blanking is completed.
The connecting plate 9 is provided with an adherent removing mechanism 10 for removing adherent on the wheel surface of the grinding wheel 6. Specifically, the adhered substance removing mechanism 10 includes a third cylinder 10a and a wear-resistant block 10b, a cylinder body of the third cylinder 10a is fixedly connected to the connecting plate 9, and the wear-resistant block 10b is fixedly connected to a piston rod of the third cylinder 10 a.
