Background
The ceramic blocks need to be cleaned before shipping or during subsequent installation in order to keep the surface clean. At present, a ceramic filter is usually cleaned in a mode that deposit between attachments on a ceramic plate surface and ceramic block cracks cannot be washed out by using tank washing water in a cleaning process, and the cleaning effect of the deposits can be influenced in a subsequent cleaning process. And the existing cleaning process basically adopts water washing, so that the cleaning effect is poor. And at present, after the ceramic block is cleaned, a natural drying method is generally adopted, so that the efficiency is low, and pollution is easy to generate again in the drying process.

The invention aims to solve the technical problem of providing ceramic block cleaning equipment with diversified functions, which has good cleaning effect and drying effect, can meet the requirements of different water temperatures and different cleaning agents, and has optimized functions.
In order to solve the technical problems, the invention provides ceramic block cleaning equipment with diversified functions, which comprises a cleaning tank, a plurality of cleaning units and drying units, wherein the cleaning units and the drying units are arranged at the bottom of the cleaning tank and are used for abutting against the ceramic blocks, each cleaning unit comprises a first automatic telescopic rod and a cleaning assembly arranged on the first automatic telescopic rod, each cleaning assembly comprises an L-shaped mounting plate, bristles are arranged on one side, close to the ceramic blocks, of each L-shaped mounting plate, a pipeline used for connecting a water pump is arranged in each L-shaped mounting plate, the outlet end of each pipeline faces the ceramic blocks, the first automatic telescopic rod drives each L-shaped mounting plate to move along the vertical direction to abut against the ceramic blocks, each pipeline comprises a cold water pipeline, a hot water pipeline and a cleaning pipeline which are relatively independent to operate, each drying unit comprises a second automatic telescopic rod and a drying plate arranged on the second automatic telescopic rod, each drying plate moves up and down to penetrate through the L-shaped mounting plate, a relatively independent air pipeline and a relatively independent hot air pipeline and a relatively hot air pipeline are arranged in each drying plate, and a plurality of cold air pipeline and a warm air pipeline which are close to each ceramic block are respectively arranged on the side walls of the ceramic blocks.
Further, the cleaning pipeline is filled with a cleaning agent.
Further, a plurality of humidity sensors for detecting the dryness and the humidity of the ceramic blocks are arranged on the side wall, close to the ceramic blocks, of the drying plate.
Further, a one-way throttle valve for controlling on-off is respectively arranged in the cold water pipeline, the hot water pipeline and the cleaning pipeline.
Further, the ceramic block cleaning device comprises a mounting unit which is arranged in the cleaning tank and used for fixing the ceramic block, wherein the mounting unit comprises two mounting block assemblies which extend along the up-down direction, and the two mounting block assemblies are oppositely arranged along the left-right direction.
Further, each mounting block assembly comprises a mounting block with a cavity, a groove used for embedding the ceramic block is formed in the left-right direction on the side wall of the mounting block in a recessed mode, a roller which is abutted to the side wall of the ceramic block and a first transmission shaft which extends in the left-right direction and penetrates through the roller are arranged in the groove, and the roller and the first transmission shaft synchronously rotate.

through being provided with cleaning assembly, including L type mounting panel and pipeline, the pipeline includes cold water pipeline, hot-water line and clean pipeline, through foretell setting, can satisfy the demand that can not wash the temperature, and through the intussuseption of clean pipeline is filled with the sanitizer, can be better clean the ceramic block, improves clean effect.
The drying unit comprises a second automatic telescopic rod and a drying plate, wherein the second automatic telescopic rod drives the drying plate to move along the upper line direction, so that the ceramic blocks are dried; through being provided with warm braw pipeline and cold wind pipeline, can satisfy different stoving demands, function optimization.

The drying unit comprises a second automatic telescopic rod 6 and a drying plate 7 arranged on the second automatic telescopic rod 6, the second automatic telescopic rod 6 drives the drying plate 7 to move vertically to penetrate through the L-shaped mounting plate 3, a warm air pipeline 8 and a cold air pipeline 9 which are operated relatively independently are arranged in the drying plate 7, and a plurality of through holes which are respectively communicated with the warm air pipeline 8 and the cold air pipeline 9 are formed in the side wall, close to the ceramic block, of the drying plate 7. The drying unit comprises a second automatic telescopic rod 6 and a drying plate 7, wherein the second automatic telescopic rod 6 drives the drying plate 7 to move along the upper line direction, so that the ceramic blocks are dried; through being provided with warm braw pipeline 8 and cold wind pipeline 9, can satisfy different stoving demands, function optimization. In the invention, a plurality of humidity sensors 11 for detecting the dryness and the humidity of the ceramic block are arranged on the side wall of the drying plate 7 close to the ceramic block.
The cleaning device comprises a mounting unit which is arranged in the cleaning tank 1 and used for fixing the ceramic blocks, wherein the mounting unit comprises two mounting block assemblies which extend along the up-down direction, and the two mounting block assemblies are oppositely arranged along the left-right direction. In the present invention, preferably, each mounting block assembly includes a mounting block 13 having a cavity, a recess 14 is formed on a sidewall of the mounting block 13 and recessed in a left-right direction to form a ceramic block, a roller 15 abutting against the sidewall of the ceramic block and a first transmission shaft 16 extending in the left-right direction and penetrating the roller 15 are disposed in the recess 14, and the roller 15 rotates synchronously with the first transmission shaft 16. Through being provided with recess 14 and gyro wheel 15, the recess 14 can be to the ceramic block put into the guide effect, through setting up gyro wheel 15 in the recess 14, can cross the friction that reduces between ceramic block and the installation piece 13, reduces the wearing and tearing between ceramic block and the installation piece 13, installs convenient and has prolonged the life of device effectively.
The cleaning equipment comprises a pressing component, wherein the pressing component comprises a second transmission shaft 17, a first end of the second transmission shaft 17 is in transmission connection with the first transmission shaft 16 through a bevel gear 18, a spur gear 19 is arranged at a second end of the second transmission shaft 17, a rack 20 meshed with the spur gear 19 is arranged in a cavity, and the spur gear 19 pushes the rack 20 to extend to the outside of the cavity to be in contact with the ceramic block.
The cleaning device comprises a rotating unit transversely arranged in the cleaning tank 1, and the rotating unit drives the mounting unit to rotate. The rotating unit comprises a rotating rod 21 transversely arranged in the cleaning tank, and one end of the rotating rod 21 penetrates through the cleaning tank 1 to be connected with a driving motor 22 arranged outside the cleaning tank 21. A plurality of hanging rods 23 are arranged on the rotating rod 21 at intervals, the rotating rod 21 is rotationally connected with the hanging rods 23, and a fixing rod 24 used for fixedly connecting the hanging rods 23 is transversely arranged in the cleaning tank 1.
