本发明公开了采用阻燃织物、防烫伤劳保手套,包括手套外层(2)和可拆卸的手套内层;所述手套外层(2)包括阻燃织物整体编织而成或普通织物编织后经过阻燃处理的掌面、背面和与所述掌面、背面连成一体的指套,该指套为将手掌所有手指整体纳入的整体指套,指套顶端设置有可翻转的指套翻盖(1);所述手套内层为多层结构,从外到内分别为与所述外层连接的粘接层(4)、隔热性好的绝热层(5)、内含遇热气化物质的防烫伤层(6);在手套背面还设置有与所述防烫伤层(6)连通、具有共同不透气层外表面的储气囊(3)。本发明具有表面阻燃、有效隔热防烫伤、内层装卸方便、使用成本低、可连续作业等优点。

采用阻燃织物、防烫伤劳保手套
技术领域
本发明涉及劳保用品领域,尤其涉及采用阻燃织物、防烫伤劳保手套。
背景技术
劳保用品是操作者在劳动时对手部的有效保护手段,作为劳动者,有权利要求获得劳保用品;作为企业负责人和班组长,有责任有义务为劳动者配备合格的劳保用品。
热处理工、面包烘烤工等很多领域的劳动者,经常需要用手接触高温物体,采用传统的方式很容易手部被烫伤。比如热处理工,经常需要用手搬动、翻动100℃以上的零件,但手部的保护大多只是传统的针织手套或无纺布手套,非常危险,并且被烫伤至红肿、起泡的现象十分常见。
目前市面流通的防烫伤劳保手套通常是采用针织外表,内部镶嵌一层隔热层,比传统的针织手套的确具有进步,但是只是简单的隔热效果并不能为手部提供足够的保护。而且,手套隔热层在一次作业后被加热透,需要等手套冷却后方可进行下次作业,影响生产进度。同时,由于内胆与外表固定,内胆或者外表的损坏均会导致整个手套的报废,使用成本高。
发明内容
针对现有技术中存在的上述缺陷,本发明旨在提供表面阻燃、有效隔热防烫伤、内层装卸方便、使用成本低、可连续作业的防烫伤劳保手套。
为了实现上述目的,本发明采用以下技术方案:一种防烫伤劳保手套,包括手套外层和可拆卸的手套内层;所述手套外层包括阻燃织物整体编织而成或普通织物编织后经过阻燃处理的掌面、背面和与之所述掌面、背面连成一体的指套,该指套为将手掌所有手指整体纳入的整体指套,指套顶端设置有可翻转的指套翻盖;所述手套内层为多层结构,从外到内分别为与所述外层连接的粘接层、隔热性好的绝热层、内含遇热气化物质的防烫伤层;在手套背面还设置有与所述防烫伤层连通、具有共同不透气层外表面的储气囊。
上述的防烫伤劳保手套,其中:所述防烫伤层内为浸满环戊烷的海绵或织物。
上述的防烫伤劳保手套,其中:所述粘接层与手套外层之间的粘接为尼龙扣粘接方式。
上述的防烫伤劳保手套,其中:所述粘接层与手套外层之间的粘接部位为指套处和手腕处。
上述的防烫伤劳保手套,其中:所述指套翻盖与指套顶端的连接方式为尼龙扣粘接。
上述的防烫伤劳保手套,其中:所述储气囊与手套外层的背面采用尼龙扣粘接。
与现有技术比较,本发明由于采用了上述方案,手套外层为阻燃织物整体编织而成或普通织物编织后经阻燃处理,本身不会起火燃烧,保证了使用的安全性;手套内层设置的隔热性好的绝热层,能滤除90%以上的热量;手套内层设置的遇热气化的浸满环戊烷的防烫伤层,在透过绝热层的残余热量的作用下遇热气化、大量吸热,保证手部温度不超过环戊烷的沸点49.3℃,而49.3℃对于人手来说属于温热但不至于难受的温度,储气囊可以将环戊烷气体储存,待降温后回流至防烫伤层内的海绵或织物;如果希望连续作业,可以用冷敷等方式使储气囊快速降温,使环戊烷气体马上冷却回流,即可进行下次作业;指套的翻盖是为了便于指套处内外层粘接好后再将指套翻盖翻转粘接,手套内层通过指套处和手腕处的尼龙扣与手套外层粘接,拆卸方便;并且使用中一旦外层或内层损坏可以随时更换,使用成本低。

具体实施方式
一种防烫伤劳保手套,包括手套外层2和可拆卸的手套内层;所述手套外层2包括阻燃织物整体编织而成或普通织物编织后经过阻燃处理的掌面、背面和与之所述掌面、背面连成一体的指套,该指套为将手掌所有手指整体纳入的整体指套,指套顶端设置有可翻转的指套翻盖1;所述手套内层为多层结构,从外到内分别为与所述外层采用尼龙扣方式粘接的粘接层4、隔热性好的绝热层5、内为浸满环戊烷的海绵或织物的防烫伤层6;在手套背面还设置有与所述防烫伤层6连通、具有共同不透气层外表面的储气囊3;所述粘接层4与手套外层2之间的粘接可以为满粘、多处条粘,但考虑便利性和牢固性,本实施例采用指套处和手腕处粘接的方式;所述指套翻盖1与指套顶端的连接方式为尼龙扣粘接;所述储气囊3与手套外层2的背面采用尼龙扣粘接。
工作原理:本发明的使用方法为,将手套内层套入手套外层2,将指套处和手腕处粘接的尼龙扣粘接牢固,再将指套翻盖1翻回粘接好,将储气囊与手套外层的背面粘接好。然后将手放入,开始进行高温作业。本发明的隔热效果良好,能在150-200℃的高温下维持40秒以上的作业时间,并且手部温度始终维持在49.3℃。

1.一种防烫伤劳保手套,其特征在于:包括手套外层(2)和可拆卸的手套内层;所述手套外层(2)包括织物编织后经过阻燃处理的掌面、背面和与所述掌面、背面连成一体的指套,该指套为将手掌所有手指整体纳入的整体指套,指套顶端设置有可翻转的指套翻盖(1);所述手套内层为多层结构,从外到内分别为与所述外层连接的粘接层(4)、隔热的绝热层(5)、内含遇热气化物质的防烫伤层(6);在手套背面还设置有与所述防烫伤层(6)连通、具有共同不透气层外表面的储气囊(3);
所述防烫伤层(6)内为浸满环戊烷的海绵;
所述粘接层(4)与手套外层(2)之间的粘接部位为指套处和手腕处;
所述指套翻盖(1)与指套顶端的连接方式为尼龙扣粘接;
所述储气囊(3)与手套外层(2)的背面采用尼龙扣粘接。
