Abstract
The invention relates to an electronic cigarette and an atomizer thereof, wherein the atomizer comprises a base, a liquid storage device and an atomization assembly; the liquid storage device is arranged at the top of the base and comprises a liquid storage cavity and an atomization cavity communicated with the liquid storage cavity, and the atomization assembly is arranged in the atomization cavity; the base comprises a base body, and an air inlet communicated with the atomizing cavity is formed in the base body; the atomizer also comprises a bottom cover which covers the bottom of the base body, wherein an air inlet is formed on the bottom cover; the bottom surface of the base body is provided with at least one diversion trench which is used for communicating the air inlet with the air inlet. Technical Field
The present invention relates to a smoker's article, and more particularly, to an electronic cigarette and an atomizer thereof.
Background
The electronic cigarette is also called virtual cigarette and electronic atomizer. Electronic cigarettes are used as substitute cigarette products, and are mostly used for stopping smoking. Electronic cigarettes have a similar appearance and taste to cigarettes, but are generally free of tar, aerosols, and other harmful components in cigarettes.
An electronic cigarette in the related art comprises an atomizer and a battery assembly detachably connected with the atomizer, wherein the atomizer further comprises a base with an air inlet hole, a liquid storage cavity arranged on the base and used for storing tobacco liquid, a smoke pipeline arranged in the liquid storage cavity and communicated with the air inlet hole, and an atomization assembly arranged in the smoke pipeline and communicated with the liquid storage cavity. When the smoke-removing device works, the atomization assembly is electrified to heat the atomized smoke liquid, and air enters the smoke pipeline through the air inlet hole to remove the smoke. The electronic cigarette meets the requirements of users to a certain extent, however, smoke liquid is easy to leak out of the electronic cigarette from the air inlet hole, and pollution is caused.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to solve the technical problem of providing an improved electronic cigarette and an atomizer thereof.
The invention solves one technical problem by adopting the following technical scheme: an electronic cigarette atomizer is provided, comprising a shell, a base, a liquid reservoir and an atomization assembly; the shell is sleeved outside the base and the liquid reservoir, the liquid reservoir is arranged at the top of the base and comprises a liquid storage cavity and an atomization cavity communicated with the liquid storage cavity, and the atomization assembly is arranged in the atomization cavity; the base comprises a base body, and an air inlet communicated with the atomizing cavity is formed in the base body; the atomizer also comprises a bottom cover which covers the bottom of the base body, wherein an air inlet is formed on the bottom cover; the bottom surface of the base body is provided with at least one diversion trench which is used for communicating the air inlet with the air inlet.

In some embodiments, the liquid reservoir comprises a cylindrical liquid storage shell and a flue gas pipeline axially arranged in the liquid storage shell, and a space is arranged between the inner wall surface of the liquid storage shell and the outer wall surface of the flue gas pipeline, and the space forms the liquid storage cavity.

Detailed Description
For a clearer understanding of technical features, objects and effects of the present invention, a detailed description of embodiments of the present invention will be made with reference to the accompanying drawings.
Fig. 1 to 3 illustrate an e-cigarette atomizer 1 in some embodiments of the invention, which atomizer 1 may form an e-cigarette along with a battery assembly (not shown). As shown, the atomizer 1 may include a base 10, a reservoir 20 mounted on top of the base 10, an atomizing assembly 30 mounted inside the reservoir 20, a housing 40 sleeved outside the combination of the base 10 and the reservoir 20, a bottom cover 50 mounted on the bottom of the base 10, and an electrode 60 mounted in the base 10.
The base 10 may be formed integrally of plastic material in some embodiments, and includes a base body 11 having a substantially racetrack shape, two first embedded portions 12 disposed at a top of the base body 11 at intervals, and a first caulking groove 13 formed between the two first embedded portions 12. A first fastening portion 120 protruding outwards is formed on the outer side wall of each first embedding portion 12, so as to be fastened to the reservoir 20. The side wall of the base body 11 may further be formed with a second fastening portion 113 for fastening the bottom cover 50.
Referring to fig. 4 together, the base body 11 may include two electrode mounting holes 112 and two air intake holes 114 in some embodiments, each of the two electrode mounting holes 112 and the two air intake holes 114 penetrating from the top surface to the bottom surface of the base body 11. The bottom surface of the base body 11 is formed with a first diversion trench 116 and a second diversion trench 118 which are crisscrossed with each other, the first diversion trench 116 communicates the two electrode mounting holes 112, and the second diversion trench 118 communicates the two air inlets 114. The first and second channels 116, 118 are flat channels in some embodiments, i.e., have a channel depth less than a channel width. The arrangement of the first diversion trench 116 and the second diversion trench 118 lengthens the length of the airflow channel, thereby making the smoke liquid difficult to leak out. The reservoir 20 may in some embodiments comprise a cylindrical reservoir housing 21 and a flue gas duct 22 axially disposed in the reservoir housing 21, with a space between an inner wall surface of the reservoir housing 21 and an outer wall surface of the flue gas duct 22, the space forming a reservoir chamber 210. The flue gas duct 22 is in some embodiments in the shape of a stepped shaft, wherein an atomization chamber 220 is formed in a larger diameter section thereof for receiving the atomizing assembly 30 therein for atomizing the flue gas. A through hole 2210 is also formed on the side wall of the flue gas pipeline 22 corresponding to the atomizing cavity 220, so as to communicate the atomizing cavity 220 with the liquid storage cavity 210. The atomizing assembly 30 is disposed in the atomizing chamber 220 and corresponds to the through hole 2210, so that the smoke liquid in the liquid storage chamber 210 can flow to the atomizing assembly 20.
The reservoir 20 may in some embodiments include a second insert 23 and second insert grooves 24 on opposite sides of the second insert 23, the second insert 23 being correspondingly inserted into the first insert groove 13 on the base 10, the second insert groove 24 being for the first insert 12 on the base 10 to be inserted. The second embedded part 23 is tubular, and is further embedded with a sealing member 25, wherein the sealing member 25 can be made of soft materials such as silica gel, and an air flow pipeline 250 communicated with the atomization cavity is formed in the sealing member, so that air can flow into the atomization cavity 220 from the base 10; the air flow conduit 250 also communicates with the air inlet aperture 114 in the base 10. Two sides of the air flow pipeline 250 are respectively provided with a blind hole 252, and the two blind holes 252 are respectively corresponding to the two electrodes 60. The electrode leads 33 of the atomizing assembly 30 are electrically connected to the two electrodes 60 after piercing the blocking walls 2520 of the two blind holes 252, respectively.
The atomization component 30 may include a heating element 31 and an oil locking element 32 wrapped around the heating element 31 in some embodiments, the oil locking element 32 may be a cotton porous structure in some embodiments, which corresponds to the through hole 2210 to suck the smoke liquid, and when the heating element 31 is powered to generate heat, the smoke liquid in the oil locking element 32 can be atomized.
The housing 40 is fitted over the combination of the base 10 and the reservoir 20 and includes a mouthpiece portion 41 at the top, the mouthpiece portion 41 being in communication with the top of the smoke conduit 22 in the reservoir 20 to draw smoke.
In some embodiments, the bottom cover 50 includes a bottom wall 51 closely attached to the bottom surface of the base body 11 and a side wall 52 surrounding the periphery of the bottom wall 51, the bottom wall 51 is provided with an electrode mounting hole 510 through which the electrode 60 passes, and the side wall 52 is provided with a clamping hole 520 for clamping with the second clamping part 113 of the base 10. The diameter of the electrode mounting hole 510 is larger than the diameter of the electrode 60, so that an air inlet 512 is formed between the wall of the electrode mounting hole 510 and the outer wall of the electrode 60, and the air inlet 512 is communicated with the first diversion trench 116 and then is communicated with the air inlet 114 on the base 11, so that air can enter the atomizer 1 along the arrow A direction shown in FIG. 1. The bottom cover 50 may be made of a magnetically attracting material in some embodiments so as to be attracted to the magnet on the battery assembly, so as to realize the magnetic attraction connection between the atomizer 1 and the battery assembly, and thus, the magnetic attraction between the additional magnet and the battery assembly may be omitted.

Claims (16)
1. An electronic cigarette atomizer comprises a shell, a base, a liquid reservoir and an atomization assembly; the shell is sleeved outside the base and the liquid reservoir, the liquid reservoir is arranged at the top of the base and comprises a liquid storage cavity and an atomization cavity communicated with the liquid storage cavity, and the atomization assembly is arranged in the atomization cavity; the base is characterized by comprising a base body, wherein an air inlet communicated with the atomizing cavity is formed on the base body; the atomizer also comprises a bottom cover which covers the bottom of the base body, wherein an air inlet is formed on the bottom cover; the bottom surface of the base body is provided with at least one diversion trench which is used for communicating the air inlet with the air inlet.
2. The electronic cigarette atomizer of claim 1 wherein said at least one flow guide slot is a flat slot.
3. The electronic cigarette atomizer of claim 1 further comprising an electrode mounted in said base body; the bottom cover comprises a bottom wall which is tightly attached to the bottom surface of the base body, an electrode mounting hole for the electrode to penetrate is formed in the bottom wall, a space is formed between the hole wall of the electrode mounting hole and the side wall of the electrode, and the space forms the air inlet.
4. The electronic cigarette atomizer according to claim 3, wherein the aperture of the electrode mounting hole is larger than the diameter of the electrode.
5. The electronic cigarette atomizer of claim 3 wherein the bottom cover includes a side wall surrounding the periphery of the bottom wall, the side wall having a hole for engaging with the second engaging portion of the base body.
6. The electronic cigarette atomizer according to claim 3, wherein the bottom cover comprises a structure made of a magnetically philic material.
7. The electronic cigarette atomizer according to any one of claims 1 to 6, wherein the base body includes two spaced apart electrode mounting holes and two spaced apart air inlet holes; the at least one diversion trench comprises a first diversion trench and a second diversion trench intersecting with the first diversion trench, the first diversion trench is communicated with the two electrode mounting holes, and the second diversion trench is communicated with the two air inlets.
8. The electronic cigarette atomizer of claim 7 wherein said first and second flow channels are crisscrossed.
9. The electronic cigarette atomizer according to any one of claims 1 to 6, wherein the reservoir comprises a cylindrical reservoir housing and a flue gas duct axially disposed in the reservoir housing, a space being provided between an inner wall surface of the reservoir housing and an outer wall surface of the flue gas duct, the space forming the reservoir chamber.
10. The electronic cigarette atomizer according to claim 9, wherein the atomizing chamber is formed in the flue gas duct, and a through hole is formed in the flue gas duct corresponding to the atomizing chamber, and the through hole communicates the atomizing chamber with the liquid storage chamber.
11. The electronic cigarette atomizer of claim 10 wherein the atomizing assembly comprises a heater and an oil locking member wrapped around the heater, the oil locking member being disposed corresponding to the through hole.
12. The electronic cigarette atomizer of claim 10 further comprising a housing over said base and reservoir combination including a mouthpiece portion at a top portion, said mouthpiece portion in communication with a smoke conduit in said reservoir.
13. The electronic cigarette atomizer of any one of claims 3 to 6 wherein said base includes a first bezel and said reservoir includes a second bezel; the second embedded part is correspondingly embedded in the first embedded groove; the second embedded part is tubular, a sealing piece is embedded in the second embedded part, and an air flow pipeline which is used for communicating the atomizing cavity with the air inlet hole is arranged in the middle of the sealing piece.
14. The electronic cigarette atomizer according to claim 13, wherein the sealing member is provided with a blind hole corresponding to the electrode, and the electrode lead of the atomizing assembly is electrically connected with the electrode after penetrating through a blocking wall of the blind hole.
15. The electronic cigarette atomizer of any one of claims 1 to 6 wherein said reservoir comprises a second recess for receiving a first insert on the base.
16. An electronic cigarette comprising the electronic cigarette atomizer of any one of claims 1 to 15.
