本发明提供一种禽蛋胆固醇降解方法,其包括:步骤a:取至少一禽蛋,该禽蛋中含有胆固醇;步骤b:将禽蛋置入液体中,该液体为胆固醇氧化酶电解缓冲液,其中,该液体体积与该禽蛋重量的比例为1:1,该液体中的酶含量为每毫升3U单位;步骤c:该液体容置于一超音波装置中,该超音波装置震荡该液体,其震荡时间为每震荡三分钟,停止三分钟,重复进行30分钟~60分钟,完成震荡并沥干后,移至一恒温搅拌槽中,该恒温搅拌槽周围设有至少一磁场,且该磁场具有预定强度,该禽蛋在该恒温搅拌槽中搅拌降解16小时以上,使该胆固醇氧化酶降解该禽蛋中的胆固醇,使该胆固醇转化为胆甾‑4‑烯‑3‑酮;步骤d:将该禽蛋浸泡于生石灰水中,借此阻塞该禽蛋的毛细孔。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种胆固醇降解方法,特别指一种能够将禽蛋中的胆固醇降解为胆甾-4-烯-3-酮(choleste-4-en-3-one)的方法。
背景技术
基于现代人饮食习惯及生活环境的提升,因而与代谢相关的文明病随之发生,其中,大多疾病与高血脂及高体脂肪有关联性。然而,对于此类高风险族群来说,目前仅能借由改变饮食习惯、生活习惯或是通过药物控制病情;但是,饮时习惯或生活习惯的改变,对于大多数人来说是十分不容易,故对于个体健康改善的成效实为不佳;而服用化学合成的药物虽然可以有效地达到治疗或预防心血管相关疾病的发生,但是长期服用药物仍会对于个体造成副作用,因此本发明由日常食物中寻求能够降低血脂及体脂肪的成分,并且得到能够保存的食材。
有鉴于此,如何将上述缺点加以摒除,即为本案发明人所欲解决的技术困难点的所在;因此,本案发明人基于多年从事相关业界的经验,经多年苦心孤诣潜心研究,试作改良,终于成功研发完成本案,并使本发明得以诞生,以增进功效。
发明内容
有鉴于上述的缺点,本发明提供一种禽蛋胆固醇降解方法,其包括:步骤a:取至少一禽蛋,该禽蛋中含有胆固醇;步骤b:将禽蛋置入液体中,该液体为胆固醇氧化酶电解缓冲液,其中,该液体体积与该禽蛋重量的比例为1:1,该液体中的酶含量为每毫升2U单位;步骤c:该液体容置于一超音波装置中,该超音波装置震荡该液体,其震荡时间为每震荡三分钟,停止三分钟,重复进行30分钟~60分钟,完成震荡并沥干后,移至一恒温搅拌槽中,该恒温搅拌槽周围设有至少一磁场,且该磁场具有预定强度,该禽蛋在该恒温搅拌槽中搅拌降解16小时以上,使该胆固醇氧化酶进入该禽蛋中,该胆固醇氧化酶降解该禽蛋中的胆固醇,使该胆固醇转化为胆甾-4-烯-3-酮(choleste-4-en-3-one);步骤d:将该禽蛋浸泡于生石灰水中,借此阻塞该禽蛋的毛细孔。
其中,该胆固醇氧化酶为胆固醇氧化酶,其包括微生物玫瑰色红球菌及马红球菌。
其中,该超音波装置的震荡频率为28~60KHz,功率为60~1200W。
其中,该磁场的预定强度为250高斯以上。
本发明的禽蛋胆固醇降解方法的主要效果在于:将禽蛋的胆固醇降解为胆甾-4-烯-3-酮(choleste-4-en-3-one),借此降低食用者的血脂及体内脂肪,且本发明的禽蛋利用生石灰水阻塞蛋壳的毛细孔,延长禽蛋的保存时间,不易腐坏。

步骤a:取至少一禽蛋,该禽蛋中含有胆固醇。
步骤b:将禽蛋置入液体中,该液体为胆固醇氧化酶电解缓冲液,其中,该液体体积与该禽蛋重量的比例为1:1,该液体中的酶含量为每毫升3U单位。
上述的酶为胆固醇氧化酶,其包括微生物玫瑰色红球菌及马红球菌。
步骤c:该液体及禽蛋容置于一超音波装置中,该超音波装置震荡该液体,其震荡时间为每震荡三分钟,停止三分钟,重复进行30分钟~60分钟,完成震荡并沥干后,移至一恒温搅拌槽中,该恒温搅拌槽周围设有至少一磁场,且该磁场具有预定强度,该禽蛋在该恒温搅拌槽中搅拌降解16小时以上,使该胆固醇氧化酶进入该禽蛋中,该胆固醇氧化酶降解该禽蛋中的胆固醇,使该胆固醇转化为胆甾-4-烯-3-酮(choleste-4-en-3-one),其中,超音波装置的震荡频率为28~60KHz,功率为60~1200W。
上述震荡时间为每震荡三分钟,停止三分钟,此作法能够避免禽蛋在震荡过程破裂;磁场的预定强度为250高斯以上。
步骤d:将该禽蛋浸泡于生石灰水中,借此阻塞该禽蛋的毛细孔,延长禽蛋的保存期,使禽蛋不易腐坏。
借由上述步骤,禽蛋中的胆固醇被降解为胆甾-4-烯-3-酮(choleste-4-en-3-one),当人体食用含有胆甾-4-烯-3-酮(choleste-4-en-3-one)的禽蛋时,能够降低血脂及体内脂肪。

步骤c:该液体容置于一超音波装置中,该超音波装置震荡该液体,其震荡时间为每震荡三分钟,停止三分钟,重复进行30分钟~60分钟,完成震荡并沥干后,移至一恒温搅拌槽中,该恒温搅拌槽周围设有至少一磁场,且该磁场具有预定强度,该禽蛋在该恒温搅拌槽中搅拌降解16小时以上,使该胆固醇氧化酶进入该禽蛋中,该胆固醇氧化酶降解该禽蛋中的胆固醇,使该胆固醇转化为胆甾-4-烯-3-酮;
步骤d:将该禽蛋浸泡于生石灰水中,借此阻塞该禽蛋的毛细孔。

3.如权利要求1所述的禽蛋胆固醇降解方法,其特征在于,该超音波装置的震荡频率为28~60KHz,功率为60~1200W。
