The silicon controlled switch circuit can be triggered by SCR anti-parallel silicon controlled zero crossing.

The single chip microcomputer controller of the electric power storage and supply module 1 is further connected with operation keys 6 and 8, and the operation keys 6 and 8 are connected with pins of the main control MCU through the optical coupling isolation chip.
And the electric power storage power supply module 1, the temperature measurement module 2, the screen display module 3 and the heating module 4 are all subjected to sealing and waterproof treatment. The whole device structure is processed and installed according to the standard of the electrical control cabinet IP68, so that long-term water immersion is prevented.

If the user has special requirements on the temperature, the specified temperature of the work can be adjusted by pressing the upper waterproof button 8 and the lower waterproof button 8, so that the requirements of the user are met.
