The case for the on-line monitoring equipment on the iron tower has the advantages of rain resistance, ventilation, good heat dissipation and convenience in installation.

Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of power transmission and transformation, in particular to a case for on-line monitoring equipment on an iron tower.
Background
With the high-speed development of social economy, the requirements on the reliability of the power grid are higher and higher, and the operation and maintenance personnel of the power transmission line need to monitor the line environment and the equipment state in real time. Various online monitoring devices are applied to the existing transmission line iron towers, and early warning of line running state data and abnormal conditions is provided. However, since the on-line monitoring equipment is put into operation, the operation of circuits and electronic elements is affected by poor waterproof performance of the device, high temperature in a case and the like, the failure rate of the equipment is extremely high, the on-line monitoring effect cannot be exerted, and the intellectualization of a power transmission line is hindered.
Most of the existing cases used by the on-line monitoring equipment are closed, complete sealing cannot be realized in practice due to poor sealing technology and structural design at the case body and the interface, and the heat dissipation of the case is poor in a sealing state, so that the temperature in the case is too high. The long-time water inflow and high-temperature environment can cause damage to batteries and electronic elements, and cause the on-line monitoring equipment to malfunction. In addition, the chassis structure of different on-line monitoring equipment is not uniform, the installation mode is also a five-flower eight-door, and many of the on-line monitoring equipment are also required to be installed at the installation position due to structural member problems, so that the construction is not uniform, and the construction difficulty is high. The problems of high failure rate and construction adaptability of on-line monitoring equipment are very necessary to be solved, the on-line rate and service life of the equipment are improved, the installation adaptability is improved, the operation and maintenance difficulties are reduced, and the intellectualization of the power transmission line is realized.
Therefore, it is necessary to design a chassis for on-line monitoring equipment which is rainproof, ventilated, has good heat dissipation, and is easy to install.

The invention provides the case for the on-line monitoring equipment on the iron tower, which overcomes the defects of poor rainproof performance, poor heat dissipation and high installation difficulty in the prior art, and has the advantages of being rainproof, good in ventilation and heat dissipation performance and convenient to install.

the case for the on-line monitoring equipment on the iron tower comprises a case body provided with a containing cavity, a case door arranged on one side of the case body, a body fixing support connected with the case body and a mounting support corresponding to the body fixing support, wherein one side edge of the case door is hinged with the case body;
the box body is provided with a waterproof eave which is arranged above the box door;
a base skirt is arranged at the bottom of the box body; the bottom plate of the box body is provided with a ventilation drain hole and a wiring hole; a rain shielding vent hole is formed in the side edge of the box body;
the device fixing plate used for fixing the on-line monitoring device is arranged in the accommodating cavity of the box body, and the device fixing plate is located in the middle of the box body.
The waterproof eave at the upper part of the case can be used for draining water along the rain-proof edge of the case door of the case; the bottom of the case is provided with a base skirt, so that rainwater is prevented from being poured into the case; the bottom plate of the case is provided with a ventilation drain hole, and rainwater permeated into the case can be discharged through the ventilation drain hole; the bottom plate of the chassis is provided with a wiring hole, all outgoing lines in the chassis are connected to the wiring hole by special aviation connectors, and the external aviation connectors are directly inserted into the bottom connectors during field installation; the side wall of the case is provided with a rain shielding vent hole, so that rainwater is not easy to enter the case, and the rain shielding vent hole is matched with the ventilation drain hole, so that ventilation and heat dissipation of the inside of the case are good; the equipment fixing plate in the case is positioned in the middle of the case and separated from the bottom, and cannot be wetted by water. The case is provided with a body fixing bracket, and the case is conveniently installed at a proper place through the body fixing bracket and a corresponding installation bracket.
In conclusion, the case for the on-line monitoring equipment on the iron tower has the advantages of being rain-proof, good in ventilation and heat dissipation performance and convenient to install.
Preferably, the body fixing support is a U-shaped support or an L-shaped support, the mounting support is an L-shaped support, and the angle iron can be clamped by matching the body fixing support and the mounting support.
The U-shaped bracket is not limited by the direction of angle iron, and can be installed in different directions.
The angle iron is clamped by the machine body fixing support and the mounting support in a matched mode, so that the machine case is fixed on the angle iron and is not limited by the direction of the angle iron.

Example 1
1-2, a case for on-line monitoring equipment on an iron tower comprises a case body 13 provided with a containing cavity, a case door 14 arranged on one side of the case body 13, a body fixing support 10 connected with the case body 13 and a mounting support 12 corresponding to the body fixing support 10, wherein one side edge of the case door 14 is connected with the case body 13 through a hinge 2, and the case door 14 is provided with a door handle 3;
the box body 13 is provided with a waterproof door eave 1, and the waterproof door eave 1 is arranged above the box door 14;
the box body 13 is provided with a box opening corresponding to the box door 14, and the edge of the box opening is provided with a drainage groove 8 for drainage;
the bottom of the box body 13 is provided with a base skirt 4; the bottom plate 15 of the box body 13 is provided with a ventilation drain hole 5 and a wiring hole 6; the side of the box body 13 is provided with a rain shielding vent hole 9;

The drainage grooves 8 can enable rainwater to flow downwards along the two sides of the front door of the case and not flow into the case. The bottom plate 15 of the chassis is provided with ventilation and drainage holes 5, and rainwater permeated into the chassis can be discharged through the ventilation and drainage holes 5. The bottom plate 15 of the chassis is provided with a wiring hole 6, and all outgoing lines in the chassis are connected to the wiring hole 6 by special aviation connectors, and external aviation connectors are directly inserted into the bottom connectors during field installation. The side wall of the case is provided with a rain shielding vent hole 9, so that rainwater is not easy to enter the case. The rain shielding vent hole 9 is matched with the ventilation drain hole 5, so that ventilation and heat dissipation of the interior of the case are good. The equipment fixing plate 7 in the case is positioned in the middle of the case and separated from the bottom, and cannot be wetted by water. The chassis is provided with a body fixing bracket 10, and is conveniently mounted on angle irons of the iron towers through the body fixing bracket 10 and a corresponding mounting bracket 12.
The case for the on-line monitoring equipment on the iron tower has the advantages of rain resistance, ventilation, good heat dissipation and convenience in installation.

The case for the on-line monitoring equipment on the iron tower is characterized by comprising a case body (13) provided with a containing cavity, a case door (14) arranged on one side of the case body (13), a body fixing support (10) connected with the case body (13) and a mounting support (12) corresponding to the body fixing support (10), wherein one side edge of the case door (14) is hinged with the case body (13);
the box body (13) is provided with a waterproof eave (1), and the waterproof eave (1) is arranged above the box door (14);
a base skirt (4) is arranged at the bottom of the box body (13); a bottom plate (15) of the box body (13) is provided with a ventilation drain hole (5) and a wiring hole (6); a rain shielding vent hole (9) is formed in the side edge of the box body (13);
an equipment fixing plate (7) for fixing on-line monitoring equipment is arranged in the accommodating cavity of the box body (13), and the equipment fixing plate (7) is positioned in the middle of the box body;
the machine body fixing support (10) is a U-shaped support or an L-shaped support, the mounting support (12) is an L-shaped support, and the angle iron arranged on the iron tower can be clamped by the machine body fixing support (10) and the mounting support (12) in a matched mode;
