The device for realizing multi-party call provided by the embodiment of the invention enables the network side equipment to update the maintained data forwarding list by generating the call change indication message, so that the network side equipment organizes and forwards data according to the updated data forwarding list. Compared with the prior art, the invention can copy the data to be forwarded through the network and send the data to each participant terminal, thereby saving wireless resources.
The embodiment of the invention also provides a terminal which comprises the device for realizing the multi-party call positioned at the organizer terminal.
The invention provides a network side device, which comprises the device for realizing the multi-party call positioned on the network side device.
It will be understood by those skilled in the art that all or part of the processes of the methods of the embodiments described above can be implemented by a computer program, which can be stored in a computer-readable storage medium, and when executed, can include the processes of the embodiments of the methods described above. The storage medium may be a magnetic disk, an optical disk, a Read-Only Memory (ROM), a Random Access Memory (RAM), or the like.

Claims (20)

1. A method for realizing multi-party call is applied to an organizer terminal, and comprises the following steps:
after a new call is established or a call is hung up, generating a call change indication message, wherein the call change indication message is used for indicating the network side equipment to update the maintained data forwarding list;
sending the call change indication message to network side equipment so that the network side equipment updates the maintained data forwarding list according to the call change indication message and organizes and forwards data according to the updated data forwarding list;
the call change indication message comprises an IP source address of the organizer terminal, a source port, an adding or deleting action identifier, an adding or deleting quantity and destination information of added or deleted participant terminals;
the sending the call change instruction message to a network side device to enable the network side device to update the maintained data forwarding list according to the call change instruction message, and to organize and forward data according to the updated data forwarding list, including: and sending the call change indication message to network side equipment so that the network side equipment adds or deletes a data forwarding item through the change indication message, wherein the data forwarding item has destination information of the participant terminal, and copying and sending a data packet sent by the organizer terminal to each participant terminal aiming at each data forwarding item of the updated data forwarding list.
2. The method of claim 1, wherein the destination information comprises an IP address, a port, a DRB, an RB, and an LCID corresponding to the data to be transmitted.
3. The method of claim 1, wherein the indication of call change message comprises an IP source address, a source port, and a flush action ID of the organizer terminal.
4. A method for realizing multi-party call is applied to network side equipment, and the method comprises the following steps:
receiving a call change indication message sent by an organizer terminal, wherein the call change indication message is used for indicating to update a maintained data forwarding list;
updating a data forwarding list maintained by the mobile terminal according to the call change indication message;
organizing and forwarding the data packet sent by the organizer terminal according to the updated data forwarding list;
the call change indication message comprises an IP source address, a source port, an increase action identifier, an increase quantity and destination information of an increased participant terminal of the organizer terminal;
the organizing and forwarding the data packet sent by the organizer terminal according to the updated data forwarding list includes: and adding or deleting a data forwarding item through the change indication message, wherein the data forwarding item has destination information of the participant terminal, and copying and sending the data packet sent by the organizer terminal to each participant terminal aiming at each data forwarding item of the updated data forwarding list.
5. The method of claim 4, wherein when the call change indication message includes an IP source address of an organizer terminal, a source port, an adding action identifier, an increasing number, and destination information of an increased participant terminal, the updating the maintained data forwarding list according to the call change indication message comprises: and adding data forwarding items in a data forwarding list corresponding to the IP source address and the source port of the organizer terminal, wherein the number of the added data forwarding items is equal to the added number, and the information of the added data forwarding items is the destination information of the added participant terminal.

The method of claim 4, wherein when the call change indication message includes an IP source address, a source port, a deletion action identifier, a deletion number, and destination information of deleted participant terminals, the updating the data forwarding list maintained by the call change indication message comprises: deleting data forwarding entries in a data forwarding list corresponding to the IP source address and the source port of the organizer terminal, wherein the number of the deleted data forwarding entries is equal to the deletion number, and the deleted data forwarding entries are data forwarding entries having the destination information of the deleted participant terminal.
7. The method of claim 5 or 6, wherein the destination information comprises an IP address, a port, a DRB, an RB and an LCID corresponding to the data to be transmitted.
8. The method according to claim 7, wherein said organizing and forwarding the data packets sent from the organizer terminal according to the updated data forwarding list comprises:
copying a data packet sent by the organizer terminal by the IP source address and the source port aiming at each data forwarding item in the updated data forwarding list;
modifying the destination address of the data packet obtained by copying into the IP address of the data forwarding item, and modifying the destination port of the data packet obtained by copying into the port of the data forwarding item;
searching network link identifiers corresponding to the DRB, RB and LCID of the data forwarding item;
and sending the modified data packet to the participant terminal through the network link corresponding to the network link identifier.

The method of claim 4, wherein when the call change indication message includes an IP source address, a source port, and a flush action identifier of the organizer terminal, the updating the data forwarding list maintained by the call change indication message according to the call change indication message comprises: and clearing the data forwarding list corresponding to the IP source address and the source port of the organizer terminal.
10. An apparatus for implementing a multi-party call, located at an organizer terminal, the apparatus comprising:
the generating unit is used for generating a call change indication message after a new call or a hang-up call is established, wherein the call change indication message is used for indicating the network side equipment to update the maintained data forwarding list;
a sending unit, configured to send the call change indication message generated by the generating unit to a network side device, so that the network side device updates the maintained data forwarding list according to the call change indication message, and performs data organization and forwarding according to the updated data forwarding list;
the call change indication message comprises an IP source address of the organizer terminal, a source port, an adding or deleting action identifier, an adding or deleting quantity and destination information of added or deleted participant terminals;
the sending the call change instruction message to a network side device to enable the network side device to update the maintained data forwarding list according to the call change instruction message, and to organize and forward data according to the updated data forwarding list, including: and adding or deleting a data forwarding item through the change indication message, wherein the data forwarding item has destination information of the participant terminal, and copying and sending the data packet sent by the organizer terminal to each participant terminal aiming at each data forwarding item of the updated data forwarding list.
11. The apparatus of claim 10, wherein the destination information comprises an IP address, a port, a DRB, an RB, and an LCID corresponding to the data to be transmitted.
12. The apparatus of claim 10, wherein the indication of call change message comprises an IP source address, a source port, and a flush action id of the organizer terminal.
13. An apparatus for implementing a multi-party call, located at a network side device, the apparatus comprising:
a receiving unit, configured to receive a call change indication message sent by an organizer terminal, where the call change indication message is used to indicate that a maintained data forwarding list is updated;
the updating unit is used for updating the data forwarding list maintained by the updating unit according to the call change indication message;
the processing unit is used for organizing and forwarding the data packet sent by the organizer terminal according to the data forwarding list updated by the updating unit;
the call change indication message comprises an IP source address, a source port, an increase action identifier, an increase quantity and destination information of an increased participant terminal of the organizer terminal;
the organizing and forwarding the data packet sent by the organizer terminal according to the updated data forwarding list includes: and adding or deleting a data forwarding item through the change indication message, wherein the data forwarding item has destination information of the participant terminal, and copying and sending the data packet sent by the organizer terminal to each participant terminal aiming at each data forwarding item of the updated data forwarding list.

The apparatus according to claim 13, wherein when the call change instruction message includes an IP source address of an organizer terminal, a source port, an addition action identifier, an addition number, and destination information of an added participant terminal, the updating unit is configured to add a data forwarding entry in a data forwarding list corresponding to the IP source address and the source port of the organizer terminal, the number of the added data forwarding entry being equal to the addition number, and the information of the added data forwarding entry being destination information of the added participant terminal.

The apparatus according to claim 13, wherein when the call change instruction message includes an IP source address of an organizer terminal, a source port, a deletion action identifier, a deletion number, and destination information of deleted participant terminals, the updating unit is configured to delete a data forwarding entry in a data forwarding list corresponding to the IP source address and the source port of the organizer terminal, the deleted data forwarding entry being equal to the deletion number, the deleted data forwarding entry being a data forwarding entry having destination information of the deleted participant terminal.
16. The apparatus according to claim 14 or 15, wherein the destination information comprises an IP address, a port, a DRB corresponding to the data to be transmitted, an RB, and an LCID.
17. The apparatus of claim 16, wherein the processing unit comprises:
a copying module, configured to copy, for each data forwarding entry in the data forwarding list updated by the updating unit, a data packet sent by the organizer terminal from the IP source address and the source port;
a modification module, configured to modify a destination address of the packet obtained by copying by the copying module into an IP address of the data forwarding item, and modify a destination port of the packet obtained by copying into a port of the data forwarding item;
the searching module is used for searching the network link identifiers corresponding to the DRB, the RB and the LCID of the data forwarding item;
and the sending module is used for sending the data packet modified by the modifying module to the participant terminal through the network link corresponding to the network link identifier.

The apparatus of claim 13, wherein when the call change indication message includes an IP source address, a source port, and a flushing action id of the organizer terminal, the updating unit is configured to flush a data forwarding list corresponding to the IP source address and the source port of the organizer terminal.
19. A terminal, characterized in that the terminal comprises the multi-party call implementation apparatus according to any one of claims 10 to 12.
20. A network side device, characterized in that the terminal comprises the multi-party call implementation apparatus according to any one of claims 13 to 18.
