Detailed Description
In order to make the objects, technical solutions and technical effects of the present invention more clear, the present invention is further described in detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings and the detailed description. It should be understood that the detailed description and specific examples, while indicating the preferred embodiment of the invention, are intended for purposes of illustration only and are not intended to limit the scope of the invention.
As shown in fig. 1, according to an embodiment of the present application, there is provided a banknote cassette system 1, where the banknote cassette system 1 includes a banknote cassette 10, and the banknote cassette 10 is provided with: a locking unit 12 for locking or unlocking the banknote box 10 (specifically, the locking unit 12 is partially located in the internal space of the banknote box 10, and the rest is located outside the banknote box 10; alternatively, the locking unit 12 is partially located in the box of the banknote box 10, and the rest is located outside and/or in the internal space of the banknote box 10); a memory 14; a violent disassembling detection unit 16 electrically connected with the memory 14 and used for detecting whether the money box 10 is subjected to violent disassembling and storing a detection result into the memory 14; a first communication unit 18 electrically connected to the locking unit 12 and the memory 14, the first communication unit 18 for communicating with a remote system 20 described below.
The banknote cassette system 1 further comprises a remote system 20, the remote system 20 comprising: a second communication unit 22 for communicating with the first communication unit 18; an alarm unit 24; and the processor 26 is electrically connected with the alarm unit 24 and the second communication unit 22, and is configured to read the detection result after the first communication unit 18 establishes a communication connection with the second communication unit 22, and instruct the alarm unit 24 to send an alarm signal based on the detection result.
In particular, the locking unit 12 may comprise an electronic lock which remains locked and cannot be opened at all times when the first communication unit 18 in the cassette 10 and the second communication unit 22 in the remote system 20 do not establish a communication connection. In one embodiment, the first communication unit 18 and the second communication unit 22 are connected in a wired or short-range wireless manner, in which case, when the cash cassette 10 is escorted, the electronic lock cannot be opened because the cash cassette 10 is far away from the remote system 20 and cannot communicate with each other.
The remote system 20 is mainly used for reading and writing the banknote box 10, controlling unlocking and unlocking of the banknote box 10, and monitoring the banknote box 10 in real time or non-real time. Specifically, when the first communication unit 18 and the second communication unit 22 are always in communication connection, the remote system 20 can monitor the banknote cassette 10 in real time; when the first communication unit 18 and the second communication unit 22 can only establish communication connection under a short-distance environment (such as wired connection or short-distance wireless communication conditions such as bluetooth and WIFI), the remote system 20 reads the history data of the cash box 10 after the first communication unit 18 and the second communication unit 22 are in communication connection, wherein the history data includes the detection result stored in the memory.
The present embodiment has the advantage that the processor 26 sends out an alarm signal by reading the detection result in the memory 14, so as to timely and effectively record the security data such as whether the banknote cassette 10 is violently disassembled.
As shown in fig. 2, in one embodiment, the force disassembly detection unit 16 includes a force sensor 162 and a processing unit 164 electrically connected to each other. The force sensor 162 is configured to detect a force applied to a set portion of the banknote cassette 10 and send a detected value to the processing unit 164; the processing unit 164 is configured to determine that the banknote cassette 10 is violently disassembled when the force applied to the set portion of the banknote cassette exceeds the threshold. Further, the force sensor 162 also sends information to the processing unit 164 of the location of the cassette 10 undergoing violent disassembly.
In one embodiment, the memory 14 is located within the lock unit 12, and in particular, the memory 14 and the lock unit 12 may be separate two components; alternatively, the memory 14 may be located inside the locking unit 12 as part of the locking unit 12.
The beneficial effects of this embodiment include: the construction of the cassette system can be simplified by having the memory 14 and the locking unit 12 as an integral component.
In one embodiment, the alert signal comprises a visual signal or a voice signal. Specifically, the alarm unit 24 may include at least one of a display, a buzzer, and a signal lamp. When the detection result stored in the memory 14 is abnormal, the alarm signal sent by the alarm unit 24 includes at least one of an interface display, a sound or a light.
In one embodiment, the processor 26 is further configured to control the locking unit 12 to lock or unlock after the first communication unit 18 establishes a communication connection with the second communication unit 22.
Since the second communication unit 22 is connected to the processor 26 and both the second communication unit 22 and the processor 26 belong to a remote system, which may be a dispensing center or a financial control center, only the remote system has the ability to write to the cassette and unlock the lock unit 12. In summary, the advantage of this embodiment includes that the processor 26 controls the locking unit to lock or unlock, and the locking and unlocking authority is handed to the processor 26 of the remote system 20, so as to ensure the financial security of the cash box 10. When the first communication unit 18 is not in communication connection with the second communication unit 22, that is, when the banknote box 10 is not in communication connection with the remote system 20, such as a banknote adding and dispensing center, the banknote box 10 is in an unmonitored state, so that the locking unit is always kept in a locked state, which is beneficial to improving the security of the banknote box and avoiding potential financial safety hazards.
As shown in fig. 2, in one embodiment, the force dismantling detection unit 16 further comprises a dismantling detector 166 electrically connected to the processing unit 164; the dismantling detector 166 is used to detect whether the banknote cassette 10 is dismantled successfully. In one embodiment, the tamper detector 166 is an airflow sensor that is opened or violently penetrated when the cassette 10 is successfully tampered with, and an airflow sensor disposed within the cassette detects a significant airflow, indicating that the cassette 10 has been successfully tampered with.
Here, the term "violent disassembly" herein means that a designated part of the banknote cassette 10 is subjected to a heavy impact, but does not mean that the degree of the heavy impact on the banknote cassette is such that the banknotes in the banknote cassette can be taken out. And "successful disassembly" indicates that the cassette has been opened or penetrated so that the banknotes within the cassette have an objective condition to be removed, or can be removed. In addition, it is within the scope of the present disclosure that the force sensor 162 and the un-disassembly detector 166 may be separate components or may be integrated into a single component.
In one embodiment, the banknote cassette 10 further includes a recognition device (not shown) storing identification information for uniquely identifying the banknote cassette; the identification information stored by the identification means cannot be modified until the memory is connected to the processor.
The purpose of arranging the identification device is to identify the identity of the money box. Different from the prior art, the identification information stored in the identification device cannot be modified, so that each identification information can uniquely correspond to the cash box and has unique directivity.
In one embodiment, the identification device is an rfid (radio Frequency identity) chip card.
Returning to FIG. 1, in one embodiment, the remote system 20 further includes a remote memory 28 electrically connected to the processor 26, the remote memory 28 storing the identification information.
In one embodiment, the processor 26 is further configured to control the alarm unit 24 to issue an alarm signal indicating that the information of the identification device is modified when the identification information of the identification device is determined to be inconsistent with the identification information stored in the remote storage 28 after the first communication unit 18 establishes the communication connection with the second communication unit 22.
The advantage of this embodiment includes that the processor 26 can identify whether the banknote cassette 10 and the banknote cassette processed last belong to the same banknote cassette by storing the identification information of the identification device, and send out alarm information when the identification information stored in the banknote cassette identification device is tampered, thereby further improving financial security.
It should be noted that the above modules are not necessarily independent modules, and a plurality of modules may be integrated into one module; or each module may be subdivided into a plurality of modules according to functions, which fall within the scope of protection of the present application.
While the present invention has been described with reference to the embodiments shown in the drawings, the present invention is not limited to the embodiments, which are illustrative and not restrictive, and it will be apparent to those skilled in the art that various changes and modifications can be made therein without departing from the spirit and scope of the invention as defined in the appended claims. Furthermore, although specific terms are employed herein, they are used in a generic and descriptive sense only and not for purposes of limitation.
