Abstract

Claims (7)
1. A method of controlling a motorized window treatment, comprising:
the electric curtain carries out control operation according to the control instruction;
when the control operation is executed, if the electric curtain detects that a preset abnormal condition occurs;
starting an emergency shutdown mechanism, and forcibly shutting down the control operation of the electric curtain by the motor control device;
the electric curtain end stores an instruction for controlling operation of a shutdown motor, and the shutdown of the curtain motor is controlled under the condition of communication failure or failure of the motor;
when the control operation is executed, if the motor control device detects that a preset abnormal condition occurs, the method further comprises the following steps:
after receiving the control instruction, the motor control device continuously or intermittently receives normal working information associated with the control instruction before finishing control operation;
if the normal working information is not received within a preset time before the control operation is finished, judging that a preset abnormal condition occurs and informing the motor control device;
the step of starting the emergency shutdown mechanism, and the step of sending an emergency shutdown instruction to the curtain motor by the motor control device to forcibly shut down the control operation of the electric curtain further comprises the following steps:
if the preset abnormal condition is relieved and the control operation is not finished, the motor control device automatically controls the curtain motor to continuously finish the control operation.
2. The method of claim 1, wherein a bluetooth device for bluetooth communication is provided within the motorized window treatment;
the control method further comprises the following steps:
the electric curtain carries out control operation according to the control instruction received by the Bluetooth device;
when the control operation is executed, if the motor control device detects that a preset abnormal condition occurs;
an emergency shutdown mechanism is activated and the motor control device sends an emergency shutdown command to the curtain motor to force the control operation of shutting down the motorized curtain.
3. The method of claim 1, wherein the step of detecting the occurrence of the predetermined abnormal condition while performing the control operation further comprises:
and if the curtain motor is still operated after finishing the operation of the control command, judging that a preset abnormal condition occurs and informing the motor control device.
4. The method of claim 3, wherein the step of determining that a predetermined abnormal condition has occurred and informing the motor control device if it is detected that the window covering motor is still running after the operation of the control command is completed comprises:
if the curtain motor is detected to still perform the limiting movement operation after the operation of the control command is completed, the occurrence of a preset abnormal condition is judged and the motor control device is informed.
5. The method of claim 3, wherein the step of determining that a predetermined abnormal condition has occurred and informing the motor control device if it is detected that the window covering motor is still running after the operation of the control command is completed comprises:
and if the dimming turning operation is still carried out after the curtain motor completes the operation of the control command, judging that a preset abnormal condition occurs and informing the motor control device.
6. The method of claim 1, wherein the motorized window treatment includes an upper limit position and a lower limit position;
the step of detecting the occurrence of the predetermined abnormal condition by the motorized window treatment when the control operation is executed further comprises:
if the electric curtain is detected to still carry out the limiting movement operation in the direction exceeding the upper limit position or the lower limit position after reaching the upper limit position or the lower limit position, the occurrence of a preset abnormal condition is judged, and the motor control device is informed.
7. The method of claim 1, wherein the dimming range of the motorized window treatment has a first limit angle and a second limit angle;
the step of detecting the occurrence of the predetermined abnormal condition by the motorized window treatment when the control operation is executed further comprises:
if the electric curtain is detected to be still subjected to dimming overturning operation in the direction exceeding the first limit angle or the second limit angle after reaching the first limit angle or the second limit angle, a preset abnormal condition is determined to occur, and the motor control device is informed.
