Detailed Description
In order to make the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the present invention more apparent, the present invention will be described in further detail with reference to the following embodiments and accompanying drawings. The exemplary embodiments and descriptions of the present invention are provided to explain the present invention, but not to limit the present invention.
Fig. 1 to 3 show an embodiment of an air conditioner of the present invention, which includes an air conditioner main body 10, an air deflector 20, and a movable support assembly 30. The air guide plate 20 is rotatably mounted on the air conditioner main body 10 through two ends thereof, and the movable support assembly 30 is movably disposed between the air conditioner main body 10 and two ends of the air guide plate 20. The movable support assembly 30 is used for providing a supporting force to a portion between two ends of the air deflector 20, and the movable support assembly 30 can move along with the air deflector 20.
By applying the technical scheme of the invention, the movable support assembly 30 can be utilized to provide a supporting force for the part between the two ends of the air deflector 20, so that the deformation of the air deflector 20 caused by the fact that the part between the two ends of the air deflector 20 cannot be effectively supported is avoided, and the service life of the air deflector 20 is further prolonged. On the other hand, by adopting the technical scheme, the phenomena of shaft abrasion and blocking caused by the deformation of the air deflector 20 can be avoided, so that the subsequent motor torque is reduced by phase change, the service life of the motor is prolonged, and the reliability of the air conditioner is improved.
As shown in fig. 3, in the solution of the present embodiment, a first end of the movable supporting member 30 is rotatably hinged to the air conditioner main body 10, and a second end of the movable supporting member 30 is movably supported on the air deflector 20. The first end of the movable support member 30 may provide a support point for the movable support member 30 due to the hinged connection. The second end of the movable supporting component 30 is movably supported on the air guiding plate 20, which can provide a supporting force for the air guiding plate 20 and does not affect the operation of the air guiding plate 20.
Alternatively, as shown in fig. 2 and 3, in the solution of the present embodiment, the movable support assembly 30 includes a hinge shaft member 31 and a stay member 32, the hinge shaft member 31 is fixedly disposed on the air conditioner main body 10, a first end of the stay member 32 is rotatably hinged on the hinge shaft member 31, and a second end of the stay member 32 is slidably supported on the air deflector 20. Alternatively, as shown in fig. 5, the hinge member 31 is disposed on the air-out frame 11 of the air conditioner main body 10, and since the air-out frame 11 is close to the air deflector 20, a supporting point can be provided more conveniently. As shown in fig. 3, a tuyere member 12 is provided at a position corresponding to the air-out frame 11.
To reduce the friction between the strut member 32 and the air deflection panel 20, the resistance of the strut member 32 to the rotation of the air deflection panel 20 is reduced. As shown in fig. 3, the movable support assembly 30 further includes a pulley member 33, the pulley member 33 being rotatably mounted at a second end of the stay member 32. When in use, the stay member 32 is abutted against the air deflector 20 through the pulley member 33, so that the air deflector 20 can be effectively supported, and the stay member 32 can be prevented from influencing the rotation of the air deflector 20. More preferably, in the technical solution of the present embodiment, the movable support assembly 30 further includes a guide rail part 34, the guide rail part 34 is installed on the air deflector 20, and the guide rail part 34 is adapted to the pulley part 33. The guide rail part 34 is arranged to enable the pulley part 33 to move along a predetermined route, so that the second end of the support rod part 32 is prevented from being deviated on the air deflector 20, and the running stability of the mechanism is enhanced. Optionally, in the technical solution of the present embodiment, as shown in fig. 4, the air guide plate 20 includes an air guide inner plate 21 and an air guide outer plate 22 connected thereto, and the guide rail component 34 is connected between the air guide inner plate 21 and the air guide outer plate 22.
As shown in fig. 7, as a preferred embodiment, in the solution of this embodiment, the pulley member 33 includes two wheel bodies 331 and a shaft body 332, the two wheel bodies 331 are concentrically connected through the shaft body 332, and the shaft body 332 is connected to the second end of the strut member 32. The arrangement of the two wheels 331 can provide a larger supporting surface, so that the wind deflector 20 can be supported more stably. On the other hand, the shaft body 332 having this structure is also more convenient to use.
Optionally, as shown in fig. 6, in the technical solution of this embodiment, a first end of the strut member 32 is formed with a circular hole structure 321 adapted to the hinge shaft member 31, and a second end of the strut member 32 is formed with a hook structure 322 adapted to the shaft body 332. When in use, the first end of the strut member 32 is hinged to the hinge member 31 through the circular hole structure 321, and the second end of the strut member 32 is clamped with the shaft body 332 of the pulley member 33 through the clamping hook structure 322. Alternatively, the shaft 332 may be rotatably connected with respect to the two wheel bodies 331, or may be fixedly connected with respect to the two wheel bodies 331. When the shaft 332 is rotatably connected to the two wheel bodies 331, the hook structure 322 can directly block the shaft 332. When the shaft 332 is fixedly connected to the two wheel bodies 331, the shaft 332 is not completely locked by the hook structure 322, and the shaft 332 can rotate in the hook structure 322.
In general, the air deflector 20 is forced at both ends, and the middle part of the air deflector is most easily bent. Therefore, as a preferred embodiment, the movable supporting member 30 is movably disposed between the air conditioner main body 10 and the middle portion of the air guide plate 20. In this way, a more effective support for the air deflection plate 20 is provided, avoiding deformation of the air deflection plate 20.
In a preferred embodiment not shown in the drawings, the number of the movable supporting members 30 is plural, and the plural movable supporting members 30 are disposed between the air conditioner main body 10 and both ends of the air guide plate 20 at intervals. The movable support assemblies 30 can support the portion between the two ends of the air deflector 20 at multiple points, thereby further ensuring that the overall shape of the air deflector 20 is not changed.
The above description is only a preferred embodiment of the present invention, and is not intended to limit the present invention, and various modifications and changes may be made to the embodiment of the present invention by those skilled in the art. Any modification, equivalent replacement, or improvement made within the spirit and principle of the present invention should be included in the protection scope of the present invention.
