本发明公开了一种医用空气净化设备,其包括:底座上方安装有净化器外壳,净化器外壳内安装有净化腔,净化腔底部安装有入风口,入风口上方安装有抽风机,抽风机通过固定装置与净化腔右侧的伺服电机连接,抽风机上方安装有空气净化单元,空气净化单元内安装有活性炭滤网,活性炭滤网上方安装有HEPA滤芯,空气净化单元内的右侧安装有紫外线灭菌灯,紫外线灭菌灯通过电线连接净化腔右侧的电源,空气净化单元上方安装有出风口,本发明所要解决的技术问题是提供一种医用空气净化设备,其能够通过吸风机将空气吸入负离子空气净化设备,通过其内部的过滤腔中的活性炭滤网、HEPA过滤器以及紫外线照射器对空气中的有害病毒和细菌进行彻底消除。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种空气净化装置,特别是涉及一种医用空气净化设备。
背景技术
医疗设备做当今社会中体现科学技术的主要手段,也是衡量一所医院的重要标准,在医院的各种病房内,空气中充斥这各种各样的病毒细菌,这些病毒细菌不仅对医院工作的医护人员造成安全隐患,同时对患者以及患者家属带来了再度患症和被传染的风险,传统的医院净化空气的方式通常为对病房进行定期消毒灭菌和利用通风管进行换气通风,这些办法通常无法彻底消灭病毒细菌,甚至会造成病毒随空气传播的风险。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是提供一种医用空气净化设备,其能够通过吸风机将空气吸入负离子空气净化设备,通过其内部的过滤腔中的活性炭滤网、HEPA过滤器以及紫外线照射器对空气中的有害病毒和细菌进行彻底消除,使周围空气达到无危害的指标。
本发明是通过下述技术方案来解决上述技术问题的:
一种医用空气净化设备,其包括:底座、净化器外壳,净化腔、入风口、抽风机、固定装置、伺服电机、空气净化单元、活性炭滤网、HEPA滤芯、紫外线灭菌灯、电线、电源、出风口和空气质量检测器,所述底座上方安装有净化器外壳,所述净化器外壳内安装有净化腔,所述净化腔底部安装有入风口,所述入风口上方安装有抽风机,用于将病房内的污染空气吸入净化设备中,所述抽风机通过固定装置与净化腔右侧的伺服电机连接,所述抽风机上方安装有空气净化单元,所述空气净化单元内安装有活性炭滤网,所述活性炭滤网上方安装有HEPA滤芯,所述空气净化单元内的右侧安装有紫外线灭菌灯,用于杀灭空气中的病毒细菌,所述紫外线灭菌灯通过电线连接净化腔右侧的电源,所述空气净化单元上方安装有出风口。
优选地,所述伺服电机安装在电源的下方。
优选地,所述出风口内安装有空气质量检测器,用于检测净化后的空气质量,防止空气净化单元老化导致净化质量变差。
优选地,所述净化器外壳材质为抗菌塑料,用于防止病菌附着在净化器外壳上。
本发明的积极进步效果在于:本发明一种医用空气净化设备在保证对空气进行杀菌净化的前提下,通过抽风机将污染的空气由入风口抽入净化腔内,通过净化腔内的活性炭滤网和HEPA滤芯进行过滤,同时安装在侧边的紫外线灭菌灯会杀灭空气中的病毒细菌,安装在出风口的空气质量检测器会对净化后的空气进行质量检测,防止出现净化单元老化导致的净化不完全的情况。

下面结合附图给出本发明较佳实施例,以详细说明本发明的技术方案。
如图1所示,一种医用空气净化设备,其包括:底座1上方安装有净化器外壳2,净化器外壳2内安装有净化腔3,净化腔3底部安装有入风口4,入风口4上方安装有抽风机5,用于将病房内的污染空气吸入净化设备中,抽风机5通过固定装置6与净化腔3右侧的伺服电机7连接,抽风机5上方安装有空气净化单元8,空气净化单元8内安装有活性炭滤网9,活性炭滤网9上方安装有HEPA滤芯10,空气净化单8元内的右侧安装有紫外线灭菌灯11,用于杀灭空气中的病毒细菌,紫外线灭菌灯11通过电线12连接净化腔3右侧的电源13,空气净化单元8上方安装有出风口14。
伺服电机7安装在电源13的下方。
出风口14内安装有空气质量检测器15,用于检测净化后的空气质量,防止空气净化单元8老化导致净化质量变差。
净化器外壳2材质为抗菌塑料,用于防止病菌附着在净化器外壳2上。

1.一种医用空气净化设备,其特征在于,其包括:底座、净化器外壳,净化腔、入风口、抽风机、固定装置、伺服电机、空气净化单元、活性炭滤网、HEPA滤芯、紫外线灭菌灯、电线、电源、出风口和空气质量检测器,所述底座上方安装有净化器外壳,所述净化器外壳内安装有净化腔,所述净化腔底部安装有入风口,所述入风口上方安装有抽风机,所述抽风机通过固定装置与净化腔右侧的伺服电机连接,所述抽风机上方安装有空气净化单元,所述空气净化单元内安装有活性炭滤网,所述活性炭滤网上方安装有HEPA滤芯,所述空气净化单元内的右侧安装有紫外线灭菌灯,所述紫外线灭菌灯通过电线连接净化腔右侧的电源,所述空气净化单元上方安装有出风口。
2.如权利要求1所述一种医用空气净化设备,其特征在于,所述伺服电机安装在电源的下方。
3.如权利要求1所述一种医用空气净化设备,其特征在于,所述出风口内安装有空气质量检测器。
