As shown in figure 9, the rotary cup spray gun comprises a front gun body 15, a trigger 1, a handle 2 and a rotary cup head 22, wherein the front end of the front gun body 15 is provided with the rotary cup head 22, the rotary cup head 22 is in a horn mouth, an opening is arranged on the rotary cup head, the rear end of the front gun body 15 is provided with the trigger 1 and the handle 2, the tail end of the handle 2 is connected with an electric wire 3 and an air pipe 5, the air pipe 5 is provided with an air opening valve 4, the upper end of the handle 2 is provided with an air valve rod 8, the air valve rod 8 is provided with an air valve hole 9, the trigger 1 can drive a top air rod 10 and the air valve rod 8 to move, an air passage 11 is arranged between the top air rod 10 and the air valve rod 8, the rear of the air valve rod 8 is provided with a spring 7 and a knob 6, the rotary cup head 22 is in threaded connection with the front gun body 15 through a rotary cup shell 19, a bearing 21 and a turbine 20 are arranged in the rotary cup shell 19, the turbine 20 is positioned in a turbine air chamber, the air passage 11 penetrates through the front gun body 15 to reach the turbine air chamber of the rotary cup head 22, a central shaft is arranged in the front gun body 15, a power transmission component is arranged below the central shaft, the front end of the front gun body 15 of the spray gun is fixedly provided with a fixed disc 24, an outer electric needle 23 is arranged on the fixed disc, an oil pipe 70 is arranged at the lower end of the joint of the fixed disc 24 and the front gun body 15, and the oil pipe 70 extends forwards to be connected with the rotary cup head 22; the outer pins 23 are provided in plural on the fixed disk 24, and the outer pins 23 are formed in a needle shape along the axial direction of the gun body or in a ring shape centering around the axial direction of the gun body.
The power transmission assembly comprises a conductive needle 26, a resistor 27, a high-voltage pack 28 and a conductive spring 25, wherein the high-voltage pack 28, the resistor 27 and the conductive needle 26 are sequentially connected in series, the conductive needle 26 is in contact with the oil valve seat 18, the conductive spring 25 is in contact with the resistor 27 and the oil valve seat 18, the rotary cup head 22 is electrified, and the conductive needle 26 and the outer needle 23 are connected with an electric wire.
The oil filling pipe 70 is connected with an external seal oil supply device through an oil pipe joint 71; the external seal oil supply device comprises a flow regulating valve 71, an air opening valve 79 and a generator 73, wherein the flow regulating valve 71 and the air opening valve 79 are positioned on an oil conveying pipe 78, the generator 73 comprises a flow switch 74, a circuit board 75, an electromagnetic valve 77 and a manual valve 76, the flow switch 74 is connected with a control air pipe 81, the flow switch 74 is connected with the electromagnetic valve 77 through the circuit board 75, the circuit board 75 controls the electromagnetic valve 77 to be electrified, and the electromagnetic valve 77 and the manual valve 76 control the air opening valve 79 on the oil conveying pipe 78.
As shown in fig. 8, an air bearing 62 is arranged outside the center shaft 42, a tiny gap is reserved between the air bearing 62 and the center shaft 42, the air bearing 62 is fixed by a bearing front cover 61 and a bearing rear cover 66, two ends of the bearing front cover 61 and the bearing rear cover 66 are sealed by a sealing ring C60 and a sealing ring D64, an air inlet 63 and an air outlet 65 are arranged on the air bearing 62, and small holes are reserved between the bearing front cover 61 and the bearing rear cover 66.
As shown in fig. 10, an air inlet pipe 31 and an air outlet pipe 32 are arranged on a switch housing 30 of a flow switch 22, a moving part 38 is arranged above the air inlet pipe 31 of the switch housing 30, a magnetic ring 37 is arranged in a moving part hole, a static part 35 is positioned above the moving part 38, the static part 35 is fixed on the switch housing 30, a dry spring 36 is arranged in the static part 35, the dry spring 36 is connected with an outer lead 34, a switch spring 33 is arranged at the top end of the moving part 38 in the switch housing 30, and the air outlet 32 is positioned at the other side of the air inlet pipe 31.
The flow switch has the working principle that: compressed air enters to push the moving part to rise, the magnetic ring is arranged in the moving part and rises to a certain height, the reed switch is conducted under the action of the magnetic ring, and the outer lead is transmitted to the circuit board.
As shown in fig. 9, a hook 14 is arranged above the connection of the front gun body 15 of the spray gun and the handle 2 of the trigger 1, and the hook 14 is connected with the hanging point 12 of the spray gun through a spring rope 13. The spray gun can be hung on a spray table or a wall through the hook on the spray gun and the spring rope, and the operation strength of workers can be lightened due to the fact that the spray gun is heavy and the spring rope is added for hanging.
The working principle of the rotary cup spray gun is as follows: description of operation: the main air valve is opened first, the air valve rod is provided with an air valve hole, a small amount of air is introduced to enable the rotary cup to run at a low speed, an operator pulls the trigger to drive the top air rod to push the air valve rod open, the air quantity is large, and the rotary cup runs at a high speed. The large-capacity flow switch acts, a power transmission signal is sent to the circuit board, the circuit board works to send high-voltage power to the rotary cup head, the circuit board controls the electromagnetic valve to be opened, the air pipe is controlled to send air to the air-opening valve, the air-opening valve is opened, oil delivery pipe paint is sent to the rotary cup head, the flow control valve is used for controlling the manual knob of an operator to adjust the oil quantity.
When the gun is washed, the manual valve is manually opened when the paint pipe of the gun is washed, the air pipe is controlled to feed air, the oil way is opened through the air opening valve, the switching valve on the air pipe is not opened, and the spray gun is convenient to wash.
