The invention belongs to the technical field of bone fracture plate manufacturing, and particularly relates to a bone fracture plate bending device, which comprises a handle, an outer sleeve and a clamping sleeve, wherein the handle is connected with the outer sleeve, the clamping sleeve is accommodated in the outer sleeve, the inner part of the outer sleeve is provided with a rotating area and a fixing area, teeth are arranged on the inner wall of the fixing area and the outer wall of the clamping sleeve so as to enable the clamping sleeve to be meshed and fixed with the fixing area, the clamping sleeve can reciprocate in the rotating area and the fixing area, and openings which are convenient for the bone fracture plate to extend into the clamping sleeve are formed in the outer sleeve and the clamping sleeve. The bone plate bending device can accurately bend the bone plate, and is convenient and quick to operate.

Background
Minimally invasive bone fracture plate is a modern fracture internal fixation technology, which adopts a closed fracture reduction technology and uses non-pressurized bone fracture plate for fixation to maintain fracture alignment, so that the surgical exposure and soft tissue stripping degree are minimized, the damage to the blood supply of tissues such as skin, periosteum, fracture blocks and the like is reduced, the fracture healing rate can be improved, and the occurrence rate of complications such as infection or fracture nonunion and the like is reduced. When the existing bone fracture plate is manufactured or used, a bending machine is required to bend the existing bone fracture plate at a certain angle so as to adapt to bones in different forms. The existing bending device has complex structure or inconvenient operation, and reduces the bending efficiency of the bone fracture plate.

Preferably, the bone plate bender further comprises a compression device which extends from the inner wall of the rotation zone and abuts the jacket.
Preferably, the compressing device comprises a positioning piece, an elastic piece and a compressing piece, wherein the positioning piece is fixedly arranged on the jacket, one end of the elastic piece is propped against the positioning piece, the other end of the elastic piece is connected with the compressing piece, the compressing piece penetrates through the jacket and stretches out of the inner wall of the jacket, and the compressing piece is propped against the groove parts of two adjacent teeth on the jacket.
Preferably, the positioning piece is a screw, the elastic piece is a pressure spring, and the pressing piece is a steel ball.
Preferably, the end of the fixing area is provided with a cover to prevent the jacket from being removed from the fixing area.

The compressing device comprises a positioning piece 4, an elastic piece 5 and a compressing piece 6, a connecting block is arranged at the root part of the handle 1 connected with the jacket 2, the compressing device is fixedly installed in the connecting block, one end of the elastic piece 5 is connected with the positioning piece 4, the other end of the elastic piece is connected with the compressing piece 6, a through hole 23 is formed in the jacket 2, the compressing piece 6 penetrates through the through hole 23 and stretches out of the inner wall of the rotating area 21 on the jacket 2, and the compressing piece 6 is always propped against the groove parts of two adjacent teeth on the jacket 3. The positioning piece 4 is a screw, the screw is fixedly arranged in the connecting block, the elastic piece 5 is a pressure spring, and the compressing piece 6 is a steel ball.
The end of the fixed area 22 is provided with a cover 7, and the cover 7 blocks the jacket 3 from the side of the fixed area 22, so that the jacket 3 can be prevented from falling out from the side of the fixed area 22.
The end of the rotation area 21 is provided with a limiting piece 8, and the limiting piece 8 protrudes from the inner wall of the rotation area 21, so that the jacket 3 can be prevented from falling out from the side of the rotation area 21. The rotating shaft 81 is arranged at the contact part between the limiting piece 8 and the jacket 3, the groove 31 is arranged at the contact part between the end surface of the jacket 3 and the rotating shaft 81, the rotating shaft 81 is clamped in the groove 31, and the rotating shaft 81 relatively slides in the groove 31 when the jacket 3 rotates, so that the jacket 3 can be ensured to rotate more smoothly in the rotating area 21. As shown in fig. 7, an initial state diagram of the bone plate bending device according to the present invention when bending a bone plate is shown, and the operation conditions are as follows: when in use, the two bone plate bending devices are matched for use, one is used for clamping the bone plate, and the other is used for bending. The initial part of the jacket 3 on the bending device is positioned at the rotating area 21, the part of the bone fracture plate to be bent is placed into the jacket 3 through the opening of the jacket 3, then the jacket 3 is rotated to stagger the opening of the jacket 3 and the opening of the jacket 2, then the jacket 3 is pulled to move towards the fixed area 22 by pulling the bone fracture plate, the jacket 3 is locked and fixed at the fixed area 22 and is not rotated, and at the moment, the handle 1 is pulled to bend the bone fracture plate towards the direction to be bent. After bending, the bone plate is pushed, the jacket 3 is driven to move towards the rotating area 21, the jacket 3 rotates in the rotating area 21, the opening on the jacket 3 corresponds to the opening on the jacket 2, and then the bone plate is taken out from the jacket 3.
When the bending device is applied with force, the acting force applied to the handle 1 always extends along the extension direction of the handle 1, and the central axis of the bone plate in the initial state is always perpendicular to the cross section of the jacket 3 when the bone plate is clamped by the jacket 3 because the extension direction of the handle 1 is parallel to the cross section of the jacket 3, so the acting force applied to the bending device is always perpendicular to the central axis of the bone plate. Because the bone fracture plate is flat, the clamp sleeve 3 clamps the bone fracture plate from two sides of the bone fracture plate when the bone fracture plate is placed in the clamp sleeve 3, the clamp sleeve 3 rotates in the rotating area 21 at different angles, so that the plane of the bone fracture plate faces any direction, and the plane of the bone fracture plate is always perpendicular to the cross section of the clamp sleeve 3 during the process, and the plane of the bone fracture plate faces controllably, so that the part of the bone fracture plate, which needs to be bent, can be bent in any direction. As shown in fig. 8, the bending effect of the bone plate is shown, the bent bone plate is positioned on a plane, and when the bone plate is bent, the bone plate is only required to be bent in the same plane. As shown in FIG. 9, another plate bending effect is shown, the bent plate is in different planes, and when the plate is bent, the bending device is twisted to make the plate different in surface. Fig. 7-8 are merely illustrative of the effect of the bone plate after bending, and may be in other states.

A bone plate bender which is characterized in that: comprises a handle (1), an outer sleeve (2) and a clamping sleeve (3), wherein the handle (1) is connected with the outer sleeve (2), the clamping sleeve (3) is accommodated in the outer sleeve (2), the inner part of the outer sleeve (2) is divided into a rotating area (21) and a fixed area (22), teeth are arranged on the inner wall of the fixed area (22) and the outer wall of the clamping sleeve (3) so that the clamping sleeve (3) is meshed and fixed with the fixed area (22), the clamping sleeve (3) can reciprocate between the rotating area (21) and the fixed area (22), a limiting piece (8) is arranged at the end part of the rotating area (21), the limiting piece (8) protrudes from the inner wall of the rotating area (21) so as to prevent the clamping sleeve (3) from falling out from the rotating area (21), a rotating shaft (81) is arranged at the contact part between the limiting piece (8) and the clamping sleeve (3), a groove (31) is arranged at the contact part between the end surface of the clamping sleeve (3) and the rotating shaft (81), the rotating shaft (81) is clamped in the groove (31), the rotating shaft (81) slides relatively in the groove (31), the clamping sleeve (2) and a bone setting plate (3) are arranged on the inner part of the clamping sleeve (3) so as to be convenient to extend into the clamping sleeve (3),
the bone fracture plate bending machine further comprises a pressing device, the pressing device stretches out of the inner wall of the rotating area (21) and abuts against the jacket (3), the pressing device comprises a positioning piece (4), an elastic piece (5) and a pressing piece (6), the positioning piece (4) is fixedly mounted on the jacket (2), one end of the elastic piece (5) abuts against the positioning piece (4), the other end of the elastic piece is connected with the pressing piece (6), the pressing piece (6) penetrates through the jacket (2) and stretches out of the inner wall of the jacket (2), and the pressing piece (6) abuts against the groove parts of two adjacent teeth on the jacket (3).
