when the handle 040301 of the adjusting swivel 0403 rotates to a mark 1 gear pointing to the air valve panel 0405, the middle end of the helical tooth 040302 of the adjusting swivel 0403 is matched with the adjusting piece 0306, and the third spring 0302 of the air valve acts on the air locking steel ball 0303 to have smaller pressure, so that the pressure in the pot is smaller;
when the handle 040301 of the adjusting swivel 0403 rotates to the mark 0 gear pointing to the air valve panel 0405, the lower end of the helical tooth 040302 of the adjusting swivel 0403 is matched with the adjusting piece 0306, and the third spring 0302 of the air valve has no pressure on the air locking steel ball 0303, so that the exhaust in the pot is realized.

The timer component 0101 is placed and installed in the timer groove 010502 of the panel, the tail end of the timer is pressed forcefully, the timer component 0101 can be extruded out of the groove, a user can conveniently take the timer component 0101 away from the pressure cooker to time, the user does not need to wait for the next time of the pressure cooker, and the user can conveniently replace a battery of the timer.

When the pressure in the cooker is greater than 4kpa, the safety valve component 0208 automatically rises and passes through the first round hole 021001 on the sliding block, the red valve cap rises out of the decoration panel 0102 to express the existing pressure in the cooker, the warning effect is achieved, the pressure ring assembly cannot move transversely to open, and the pressure steel cover 0209 cannot be opened when the air pressure in the cooker is achieved;
when the pressure in the cooker continuously rises and reaches the specified pressure, the air is discharged out of the cooker through the air outlet hole on the air regulating valve 03, and the pressure in the cooker is stabilized within the pressure, so that the pressure cooker can work normally;
when the regulating air valve 03 is blocked, the safety valve steel ball 02083 automatically rises to exhaust when the pressure in the cooker reaches more than 140kpa and sounds to warn the pressure in the cooker to be ultrahigh, thereby informing a user to turn off the heat source;
when the safety valve assembly 0208 is in error, the port sealing ring 0408 can automatically translate out of the long hole 020907 on the side surface of the pressure steel cover 0209 when the pressure in the cooker rises to 220 to 280kpa, so that the pressure in the cooker falls below 20kpa within 60 seconds and cannot rise again under the condition of manual recovery.
