Detailed Description

The cover plate 3, the rotating platform 2 and the base 1 are matched with each other to form a whole, so that the television cabinet is convenient to assemble.
As shown in fig. 3, an outer slot 22 is formed in the peripheral wall of the rotating table 2 near one end of the cover plate 3, the outer slot 22 is annular, an inner slot 32 adapted to the outer slot 22 is formed in one side of the inner wall of the through hole 31 facing the base 1, and the inner slot 32 is annular. On the premise of not influencing the rotation of the worm 13, the position of the worm 13 is limited by the fixing ring 15, the shaking of the worm 13 in a meshing working state is reduced, and the adjusting stability is improved.
As shown in fig. 2 and 4, a lifting channel 21 is provided at the center of one side of the rotating table 2 away from the base 1, the cross section of the lifting channel 21 is rectangular, a frame 4 for placing a television is slidably provided in the lifting channel 21 along the axial direction of the rotating table 2, and the frame 4 is a rectangular frame. An elevator 5 for providing the elevating power of the machine frame 4 is arranged between the machine frame 4 and the bottom wall of the elevating channel 21, and the elevator 5 is pushed by a cylinder inside. Frame 4 length direction's both ends are followed its width direction and are all vertically fixed with arc pole 43, and the arc wall 211 with the adaptation that slides of arc pole 43 is seted up to lift channel 21's lateral wall. The machine frame 4 can move in the lifting channel 21 and move more stably by the matching of the arc-shaped rod 43 and the arc-shaped groove 211, and the shaking is reduced.
As shown in fig. 3, a plurality of nozzles 41 for ejecting gas to the inside of the machine frame 4 are embedded in the machine frame 4 along the longitudinal direction on the side facing the base 1, and preferably four nozzles 41 are positioned on one side of the longitudinal center line of the machine frame 4. An air compressor 6 is fixed on the inner wall of the rotating table 2, the air inlet end of the air compressor 6 is opposite to the inside of the base 1, air pipelines 42 are connected between the air outlet end of the air compressor 6 and the plurality of spray heads 41, and the air pipelines 42 are all plastic pipelines. Inside air compressor 6 extracted the inside air admission shower nozzle 41 of base 1, shower nozzle 41 can rotate the inside air of platform 2 and change when rotating in the platform 2, and shower nozzle 41 can dispel the heat to the TV set when rotating platform 2 outsidely, and then the security of guarantee TV set use has also prolonged the life of TV set.
As shown in fig. 2 and 5, an air inlet 11 for communicating the inside and the outside of the base 1 is formed in the side wall of the base 1, an air filter 7 for filtering air is arranged in the air inlet 11, the air filter 7 includes a rotating frame 71 hinged to the side wall of the air inlet 11, the shape and the size of the rotating frame 71 are the same as those of the air inlet 11, a filter screen 72 is fixed in the rotating frame 71, a plurality of filter bags 73 are fixed on one side of the rotating frame 71 facing the base 1, and the number of the filter bags 73 is preferably three. After the rotating frame 71 is opened, a user can replace the filter bag 73 on one side of the cover plate 3, the filter bag 73 can be replaced quickly and conveniently, and the filtering effect of the air filtering device 7 is guaranteed, so that the air provided by the air compressor 6 is enabled to be cleaner, and meanwhile, indoor air can be purified.
As shown in fig. 1 and 5, a controller 16 controllably connected with a driving motor 14 and a lifter 5 is embedded and fixed on a side wall of a base 1 in a length direction, a remote controller 8 in signal connection with the controller 16 is arranged outside the base 1, the remote controller 8 transmits a control signal to the controller 16, and the controller 16 receives the control signal and then sends a starting signal to the driving motor 14 and the lifter 5. The rotation of the driving motor 14 and the lifting of the lifter 5 can be remotely controlled through the remote controller 8, and the operation and the control are more convenient.
The working principle and the beneficial effects of the invention are as follows:
a user controls the rotating table 2 to rotate in the base 1 in advance by operating the remote controller 8, when the frame 4 rotates to a proper angle quickly, the lifter 5 is started, and the frame 4 of the lifter 5 with the television extends out of the rotating table 2. The air outside the base 1 enters the base 1 through the filter bag 73, the air compressor 6 extracts the air in the base 1 and sprays out from the spray head 41 through the air pipeline 42, and the air sprayed by the spray head 41 is opposite to the back part of the television in the machine frame 4.
In the rotation process of the rotating table 2, the angle adjustment of the machine frame 4 with the television is quicker and the adjustment process is very stable, the shaking in the rotation process is reduced, the operation is safer, and the unstable factor generated by the rotation of the television outside the base 1 is avoided. The invention can completely contain the television in the rotating table 2 under the non-use state, plays a role in protecting the television, and the lifter 5 pushes the television out of the rotating table 2 to the outside of the base 1 under the use state, thereby having simple operation. In the process that the machine frame 4 extends out of the sliding channel, the spray head 41 sprays gas from the inside of the rotating table 2 to the outside of the base 1, so that dust is prevented from entering the inside of the rotating table 2, the cleaning of air in the rotating table 2 is ensured, the dust on the surface of the television is less attached in the accommodating process, and the cleaning frequency is further reduced; in the using process of the television, due to the problem of poor heat dissipation capability of the liquid crystal television, the spray head 41 can spray gas around the television, so that the auxiliary heat dissipation effect is achieved on the television, and the service life of the television is prolonged.
