Abstract
本发明涉及电力传输技术领域,尤其是一种稳定型防火电缆,由内到外依次为电缆导体、屏蔽层、防火层、绝缘层、防腐层和保护层电缆导体为铜丝螺旋绞合组成。此设计结构简单,具有优良的抗干扰性能、防火性能、柔软性能,提高了电缆的整体结构紧凑性,延长了线缆使用寿命。

本发明涉及电力传输技术领域,尤其是一种稳定型防火电缆。
背景技术
目前,随着清洁能源的发展,电力资源高速发展,随着核电站、水电站以及风能发电的建设,电缆在生活中成为常用的工具。电缆一般都应用于一些恶劣的工作环境中,有些地方存在着火灾的风险,万一发生火灾对于电缆的损害是相当的严重,目前很多电缆在防火方面只是单纯的加个防火的绝缘套,在耐火性能方面存在着易燃烧,阻燃能力弱,耐腐蚀能力不强,燃烧的时候容易释放大量的有毒气体,对于环境造成了污染。
发明内容
为了克服现有的电缆防火性能的不足,本发明提供了一种稳定型防火电缆。
本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:一种稳定型防火电缆,由内到外依次为电缆导体、屏蔽层、防火层、绝缘层、防腐层和保护层,电缆导体为铜丝螺旋绞合组成,提高了电缆整体的柔韧性。
根据本发明的另一个实施例,进一步包括防火层内部由支撑架和玻璃纤维组成,支撑架为防火层提供了支撑作用,保护了防火层的防火材料玻璃纤维的整体稳定性。
根据本发明的另一个实施例,进一步包括防腐层为加强筋和陶瓷纤维组成,加强筋增强了结构的稳定性。
本发明的有益效果是,此设计结构简单,具有优良的抗干扰性能、防火性能、柔软性能,提高了电缆的整体结构紧凑性,延长了线缆使用寿命。

具体实施方式
如图1是本发明的结构示意图,一种稳定型防火电缆,由内到外依次为电缆导体1、屏蔽层2、防火层3、绝缘层4、防腐层5和保护层6,电缆导体1为铜丝螺旋绞合组成,提高了电缆整体的柔韧性。屏蔽层2采用聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯塑料制成。防火层3内部由支撑架31和玻璃纤维组成,支撑架31为防火层3提供了支撑作用,保护了防火层3的防火材料玻璃纤维的整体稳定性。绝缘层4为合成云母带重叠绕包制成。防腐层5为加强筋51和陶瓷纤维组成,加强筋51增强了结构的稳定性。保护层6采用低烟无卤阻燃聚烯烃材料,在燃烧时不会释放有毒气体,无毒环保,同时具有较好的耐酸碱、耐候性能,对电缆起到较好的保护作用。

1.一种稳定型防火电缆,由内到外依次为电缆导体(1)、屏蔽层(2)、防火层(3)、绝缘层(4)、防腐层(5)和保护层(6),其特征是,电缆导体(1)为铜丝螺旋绞合组成。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种稳定型防火电缆,其特征是,防火层(3)内部由支撑架(31)和玻璃纤维组成。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种稳定型防火电缆,其特征是,防腐层(5)为加强筋(51)和陶瓷纤维组成。
