Therefore, the high level signal or the low level signal outputted from the reception signal output terminal RX corresponds to the closing and conduction of the switch K1 in the switch circuit unit. Therefore, the communication content corresponding to the on-off state of the switch circuit unit can be sent by the indoor unit terminal through controlling the switch circuit unit, so that the communication content corresponding to the on-off state of the switch circuit unit can be identified through the level signal output by the receiving signal output end RX at the outdoor unit terminal, and further the communication between the indoor unit and the outdoor unit is realized. By combining the delay time of the on-off action of the switch circuit unit and the delay power-down time of the outdoor unit after power-down signal receiving circuit unit and the outdoor unit main control unit, the time length of the communication starting identifier and the set bit interval time of each bit in the communication content byte stream are reasonably selected, and the normal and accurate communication between the indoor unit and the outdoor unit can be ensured.

The air conditioner communication device in the embodiment is applied to an air conditioner, and the communication method in the embodiment is operated to realize the communication between the indoor unit and the outdoor unit of the air conditioner under the condition of no communication line.

Claims (9)

1. An air conditioner communication device comprises an indoor unit communication circuit and an outdoor unit communication circuit, and is characterized in that the indoor unit communication circuit comprises an indoor power supply end, a switch circuit unit connected to a power supply connecting line between the indoor power supply end and the outdoor power supply end, and a signal transmission control circuit unit connected with the switch circuit unit, wherein the switch circuit unit is controlled by the signal transmission control circuit unit to connect/disconnect the power supply connecting line; the outdoor unit communication circuit comprises the outdoor power supply end and a signal receiving circuit unit connected with the outdoor power supply end; the signal sending control circuit unit controls the on-off state of the switch circuit unit according to the pre-sent communication content, the communication content is transmitted to the signal receiving circuit unit based on the on-off state of the switch circuit unit, and the signal receiving circuit unit receives and identifies the communication content;
the switch circuit unit comprises a relay unit, a switch of the relay unit is formed on the power supply connecting line, and the relay unit is controlled by the signal sending control circuit unit to be switched on or switched off.
2. The air conditioner communication device as claimed in claim 1, wherein the signal receiving circuit unit includes a photo coupler, a light emitting end of the photo coupler is connected to the outdoor power supply end, and a light receiving end of the photo coupler outputs a high/low level signal corresponding to an on/off state of the switching circuit unit.
3. An air conditioner comprising an indoor unit and an outdoor unit, wherein the air conditioner further comprises the communication device of claim 1 or 2.
4. An air conditioner communication method, the air conditioner comprising a communication device having an indoor unit communication circuit and an outdoor unit communication circuit, the communication method comprising:
a signal transmission control circuit unit in the indoor unit communication circuit acquires pre-transmitted communication contents, controls the on-off state of a switch circuit unit in the indoor unit communication circuit according to the pre-transmitted communication contents, and transmits the pre-transmitted communication contents based on the on-off state of the switch circuit unit;
a signal receiving circuit unit in the outdoor unit communication circuit receives and identifies the communication content;
the indoor unit communication circuit comprises an indoor power supply end, the switch circuit unit connected to a power supply connecting line between the indoor power supply end and the outdoor power supply end, and the signal transmission control circuit unit connected with the switch circuit unit, wherein the switch circuit unit is connected/disconnected with the power supply connecting line under the control of the signal transmission control circuit unit; the outdoor unit communication circuit comprises the outdoor power supply end and the signal receiving circuit unit connected with the outdoor power supply end;
the switch circuit unit comprises a relay unit, a switch of the relay unit is formed on the power supply connecting line, and the relay unit is controlled by the signal sending control circuit unit to be switched on or switched off.

The air conditioner communication method as claimed in claim 4, wherein the signal transmission control circuit unit performs the following process before controlling the on/off state of a switch circuit unit in the indoor unit communication circuit according to the pre-transmitted communication content: the signal sending control circuit unit controls the on-off state of the switch circuit unit according to the known communication starting identifier, and transmits the communication starting identifier based on the on-off state of the switch circuit unit;
and after receiving and identifying the communication start identifier, the signal receiving circuit unit transfers to a communication processing process and executes a process of receiving and identifying the communication content.
6. The communication method according to claim 5, wherein the signal receiving circuit unit is further configured to switch to the communication processing process after the air conditioner operation condition satisfies a predetermined condition and the communication start identifier is recognized.
7. The air conditioner communication method according to any one of claims 4 to 6, wherein the communication contents are characterized by a byte stream; and the signal receiving circuit unit identifies the communication content represented by the byte stream according to the received high and low level signals.
8. The air conditioner communication method according to claim 7, wherein the signal transmission control circuit unit sequentially controls the on-off state of the switch circuit units according to the set bit interval time and according to the on-off of the switch circuit units represented by the bits in the byte stream; and the signal receiving circuit unit sequentially acquires high and low level signals according to the set bit interval time, identifies bits in the byte stream based on the known corresponding relation between the high and low level signals and the bits of the byte stream, and further identifies the communication content represented by the byte stream.
9. The air conditioner communication method according to claim 8, wherein the signal receiving circuit unit sequentially obtains high and low level signals according to the set bit interval time, and specifically comprises:
in the set bit interval time, if the signal receiving circuit unit receives more than a set number of high-level pulse signals, determining the signals received in the set bit interval time as high-level signals; otherwise, determining that the signal received in the set bit interval time is a low level signal.
