The working principle of the invention is as follows:
when the automobile engine is too high in temperature and needs to be cooled by a cooling unit, a coil in a switch water pump based on an electromagnetic torsion spring clutch is not electrified, a belt pulley in a driving wheel assembly transmits motion to a support in the driving wheel assembly, a friction sleeve is arranged at the outer circle of an inner ring of the support, the end face of the support is contacted with an actuation disc with friction materials pressed in an operating device, the actuation disc is pressed on the support by axial force generated by deformation of a spring piece and can transmit motion, an active pin of the torsion spring extends in a torsion spring operating block synchronously moving with the actuation disc, the active pin of the torsion spring drives the torsion spring to rotate, the diameter of the torsion spring is reduced after rotation, at the moment, a spiral part of the torsion spring is tightly held with the friction sleeve on the support to start transmitting power from a driving wheel assembly, a driven pin of the torsion spring is connected with a driven shaft in the driven wheel assembly, the driven shaft is arranged at one end of the shaft, and the other end of the shaft is provided with an impeller, and finally the power of the belt pulley sequentially passes through the support, the torsion spring and a driven shaft to realize rotation of the impeller.
According to the operating device of the clutch component, the torsion spring operating block is riveted with the attraction disc after being in interference fit, or is riveted, welded and the spring piece is riveted with the attraction disc, wherein the pulling-out force of the torsion spring operating block and the attraction disc after being fixed is required to be larger than the force transmitted when the torsion spring is twisted, and the pulling-out force of the spring piece and the attraction disc after being fixed is higher than the elastic force of the spring piece after being subjected to maximum deformation.
The electromagnetic torsion spring clutch transmits power to the driven shaft through torsion spring tightening, and the friction sleeve with small friction coefficient and wear resistance is arranged between the torsion spring and the support, so that the torsion spring can slip due to the small friction coefficient at the moment when the support starts to work just after being tightened, the damage of instant impact force to the driving pin of the torsion spring is reduced, and meanwhile, the material with good wear resistance can be selected to reduce the excessively rapid wear caused by the moment when the torsion spring is tightened and the intense friction generated by the support.
When the switch water pump based on the electromagnetic torsion spring clutch works, the attraction disc is pressed on the support through the axial force generated by the deformation of the spring piece, when the temperature of the automobile engine is normal and the cooling unit is not required to cool the automobile engine, the coil is electrified, the coil in the iron core generates magnetic force to enable the attraction disc arranged at the corresponding position of the iron core to be attracted by the electromagnetic field, the elastic force of the spring piece is overcome to generate axial displacement, the attraction disc is separated from the support at the moment, the power transmission is interrupted, the support starts to idle, and the impeller stops rotating, so that the switch water pump based on the electromagnetic torsion spring clutch stops working.
The invention relates to an iron core component in a switch water pump based on an electromagnetic torsion spring clutch, wherein the iron core is controlled by PWM (pulse-width modulation), the iron core has two different working voltages, high-voltage actuation is adopted at the moment of starting working so as to overcome the state of insufficient actuation force, and the actuation state is kept by adopting low voltage after actuation.
When the temperature of the automobile engine is too high and the cooling unit is needed to cool the automobile engine, the coil is powered off, the attraction disc is compressed with the support again under the action of the elastic force of the spring piece, power is transmitted to the impeller, and the switch water pump based on the electromagnetic torsion spring type clutch starts to work to cool the automobile transmitter. The coil is electrified and powered off to control the water pump to work, so that the engine can work at proper temperature all the time.
The switch water pump based on the electromagnetic torsion spring clutch controls the work of the water pump in a mode of electrifying and de-electrifying the coil, can select proper starting time and proper working time according to different temperature conditions when the engine works, avoids the condition that the engine temperature rise time is influenced like a common vehicle-mounted water pump which is started to enter a working state, and further influences the output of engine power, thereby further causing an unnecessary fuel waste working mode, and further achieves the effects of reducing the fuel waste of the vehicle, saving energy and protecting environment.
Compared with the prior art, the invention has the beneficial effects that:
1. the electromagnetic torsion spring clutch transmits power to the driven shaft through torsion spring torsion, and the friction sleeve with small friction coefficient and wear resistance is arranged between the torsion spring and the support, so that the torsion spring can slip due to the small friction coefficient at the moment when the support just torsion starts to work, the damage of instant impact force to the driving pin of the torsion spring is reduced, and meanwhile, the material with good wear resistance is selected, so that the excessively rapid wear caused by the moment of torsion spring torsion and the severe friction generated by the support can be relieved.
2. The switch water pump based on the electromagnetic torsion spring clutch controls the work of the water pump in a mode of electrifying and de-electrifying the coil, can select proper starting time and proper working time according to different temperature conditions when the engine works, avoids the condition that the engine temperature rise time is influenced like a common vehicle-mounted water pump which is started to enter a working state, and further influences the output of engine power, thereby further causing an unnecessary fuel waste working mode, and further achieves the effects of reducing the fuel waste of the vehicle, saving energy and protecting environment.

Example 1:
as described in the background art, the abrasion problem in the torsion spring type electromagnetic clutch in the prior art is solved, and in order to solve the technical problem as described above, the application provides an electromagnetic torsion spring type clutch.
In an exemplary embodiment of the present application, as shown in fig. 1, an electromagnetic torsion spring clutch is provided, where the electromagnetic torsion spring clutch includes a driving wheel assembly, a driven wheel assembly, and an operating device, where the driving wheel assembly and the driven wheel assembly are connected through bearings and can rotate relatively to each other;
The driving wheel assembly comprises a belt pulley 2 and a bracket 3, the belt pulley 2 is connected with the bracket 3, and a bearing 9 is arranged in the bracket 3; a friction sleeve 8 is arranged outside the bracket 3;
the driven wheel assembly comprises a driven shaft 7, a torsion spring 5 and a torsion spring sheath 6, the bearing 9 is connected with the driven shaft 7, and the driven shaft 7 is respectively connected with the torsion spring 5 and the torsion spring sheath 6; the torsion spring 5 comprises a driving pin, a driven pin and a spiral part, wherein the spiral part is respectively connected with the driving pin and the driven pin, the driving pin is connected with the operating device, a boss is arranged inside one end of the torsion spring sheath 6, which is close to the driving pin of the torsion spring 5, the driven pin is fixed on the driven shaft 7, in the embodiment, the driven pin of the torsion spring 5 is fixed between the driven shaft 7 and the torsion spring sheath 6, the fixing modes of the driven shaft 7 and the torsion spring sheath 6 are interference fit, and in the invention, the fixing modes such as threaded connection, welding or riveting can be selected between the driven shaft 7 and the torsion spring sheath 6. The other end of the friction sleeve 8 is arranged inside the spiral part; when the torsion spring 5 is in a free state, the spiral part is in contact with the torsion spring sheath 6 and the driven shaft 7, and when the torsion spring 5 is in a working state, the spiral part is screwed up and is tightly held with the friction sleeve 8 arranged outside the bracket 3.
In this embodiment, the spiral portion of the torsion spring 5 adopts an equal diameter spiral with 6 turns, but the present invention is not limited to adopting an equal diameter spiral for the spiral portion of the torsion spring 5, and the spiral portion of the torsion spring 5 may also adopt a variable diameter spiral, where in the present invention, the spiral portion of the torsion spring 5 is an equal diameter spiral or a variable diameter spiral, which does not affect the effect achieved by the present invention. In this embodiment, the equal diameter spiral with 6 turns for the spiral part of the torsion spring 5 is only a preferred example, and the technical effect of the present invention can be achieved by using 4-7 turns for the spiral part of the torsion spring 5 in the present invention. In this embodiment, the driving pin of the torsion spring 5 adopts a straight-edge structure, but the invention is not limited to the straight-edge structure of the driving pin of the torsion spring 5, and the driving pin of the torsion spring 5 can also adopt a curved structure, and in the invention, the straight-edge structure or the curved structure of the driving pin of the torsion spring 5 does not affect the effect achieved by the invention. In this embodiment, the driven pin of the torsion spring 5 adopts a hook structure, but the invention is not limited to the driven pin of the torsion spring 5 adopting a hook structure, and the driven pin of the torsion spring 5 can also adopt a curved structure, in which the driven pin of the torsion spring 5 adopts a hook structure or a curved structure, which does not affect the effect achieved by the invention.
As shown in fig. 2, the operating device comprises an engaging plate 11, a torsion spring operating block 4, a spring piece 10 and a spring piece positioning sleeve 12, wherein a driving pin of the torsion spring 5 extends into the torsion spring operating block 4, the torsion spring operating block 4 is connected with the engaging plate 11, the engaging plate 11 enables a friction material part of the engaging plate 11 to be attached to the bracket 3 through the spring piece 10, the spring piece 10 is fixedly connected with the spring piece positioning sleeve 12 through a check ring 16, the outer circle of the spring piece 10 is connected with the engaging plate 11, and an inner hole of the spring piece 10 is connected with the spring piece positioning sleeve 12. The construction of the actuation disc 11 is shown in fig. 3. The actuation disc 11 includes big ring and little ring, and the inner ring of big ring is connected with the outer loop of little ring, and little ring thickness is greater than big ring, evenly set up 6 through-holes on the big ring, little ring is being close to big ring department and is setting up an arc wall, evenly set up 3 bosss on the little ring.
The suction disc 11 is provided with a friction material, and the friction material is positioned on one side of the suction disc 11, which is attached to the support 3 of the driving wheel assembly; when the electromagnetic torsion spring clutch works, the end face of the bracket 3 is contacted with an attracting disc 11 with friction materials pressed in an operating device. The spring plate 10 and the engaging plate 11 are fixed by interference fit, and in the invention, the spring plate 10 and the engaging plate 11 can be fixed by welding or riveting.
The electromagnetic torsion spring type clutch has the effect of effectively slowing down the abrasion of the torsion spring. In the electromagnetic torsion spring clutch, the power transmission in the driving wheel assembly and the driven wheel assembly are realized through the torsion of the torsion spring 5, and the friction sleeve 8 with small friction coefficient and wear resistance is arranged between the torsion spring 5 and the bracket 3, the friction sleeve 8 can enable the torsion spring to generate slipping due to the small friction coefficient at the moment when the torsion spring just turns to the bracket 3 to start working, and under high rotating speed, huge impact force is effectively reduced between the driving pin of the torsion spring and the torsion spring operating block, the damage of the instant impact force to the driving pin of the torsion spring 3 is reduced, and meanwhile, the friction sleeve 8 is made of a material with good wear resistance, so that the excessive rapid wear of the torsion spring 5 caused by the instant torsion of the torsion spring 5 and the severe friction generated by the bracket can be reduced.
Example 2:
as described in the background art, the problem that the on-board water pump of the automobile engine cannot well select proper opening time according to the working temperature condition of the engine exists in the prior art, and in order to solve the technical problem, the application provides a switch water pump based on an electromagnetic torsion spring clutch, as shown in fig. 1, the switch water pump comprises the electromagnetic torsion spring clutch, an iron core component and a pump body component; the pump body component is connected with the electromagnetic torsion spring type clutch and the iron core component respectively;
The pump body assembly comprises a shell 14, an impeller 1, a shaft 13, a limiting block 15, a water seal 17 and a cushion block 18, wherein the impeller 1, the shaft 13, the limiting block 15, the water seal 17 and the cushion block 18 are arranged in the shell 14, the shaft 13 is arranged in the shell 14, in the embodiment, the shaft 13 is a shaft connecting bearing, an inner hole of a driven shaft 7 of an electromagnetic torsion spring type clutch is arranged on the shaft 13, the limiting block 15 is arranged on the shaft 13, the shaft 13 is sequentially connected with the water seal 17 and the impeller 1, the impeller 1 and the shell 14 perform relative motion, the pump body assembly is connected with the electromagnetic torsion spring type clutch through the limiting block 15, and a spring piece positioning sleeve 12 in the electromagnetic torsion spring type clutch is connected with the limiting block 15; the pump body assembly is connected with the iron core assembly through a cushion block 18;
the iron core assembly comprises an iron core 20 and a coil 19, the iron core 20 is fixedly connected with the outside of the shell 14, the attraction disc 11 is arranged at the position corresponding to the iron core 20 in the electromagnetic torsion spring type clutch, the coil 19 is arranged inside the iron core 20, the cushion block 18 is arranged on the end face of one side of the iron core 20, which is close to the attraction disc 11, and the cushion block 18 is arranged at the inner ring of the iron core.
The switch water pump based on the electromagnetic torsion spring clutch controls the electromagnetic torsion spring clutch to control the pump body assembly to work through the way of electrifying and cutting off the coil 19 in the iron core assembly, and can select proper opening time and proper working time according to different temperature conditions when the engine works, so that the condition that the engine temperature rise time is influenced when the engine enters the working state at the beginning like a common vehicle-mounted water pump is avoided, the output of engine power is influenced, and further, the unnecessary fuel waste working mode is caused, and the effects of reducing the vehicle fuel waste, saving energy and protecting environment are achieved.
The iron core assembly is controlled by PWM, the iron core assembly has two different working voltages, the coil 19 is powered by high voltage at the moment when the switch water pump based on the electromagnetic torsion spring clutch starts working, so as to overcome the state that the attraction force between the iron core assembly and the attraction disc 11 is insufficient, and after the iron core assembly and the attraction disc 11 are attracted, the coil 19 is powered by low voltage, so that the attraction state between the iron core assembly and the attraction disc 11 is maintained.
The spring piece 10 in the operating device is connected with the limiting block 15 through the spring piece positioning sleeve 12, and the spring piece positioning sleeve 12 performs circumferential rotation relative to the limiting block 15.
The spring piece positioning sleeve 12 and the limiting block 15 are made of powder metallurgy friction materials, also called sintering friction materials, and are composed of three parts, namely base metal (copper, iron or other alloys), lubricating components (lead, graphite, molybdenum disulfide and the like) and friction components (silicon dioxide, asbestos and the like), wherein the powder metallurgy friction materials are high in friction coefficient, can quickly absorb kinetic energy, and are high in braking and driving speed and small in abrasion; the strength is high, high temperature resistance and good thermal conductivity are achieved; has good seizure resistance, corrosion resistance and little influence of grease and humidity. Although the spring piece positioning sleeve 12 and the stopper 15 are made of powder metallurgy friction materials in the present embodiment, the materials used for the spring piece positioning sleeve 12 and the stopper 15 in the present invention are not limited to powder metallurgy friction materials, and steel materials or rubber materials may be used.
In this embodiment, the pad 18 is square, but the shape of the pad 18 in the present invention is not limited, and may be circular, oval or triangular, etc., so that when the coil is energized, a magnetic field is generated, the iron core assembly attracts the attraction disc, and the pad disposed on the end surface of the iron core near one side of the attraction disc effectively reduces friction between the iron core and the attraction disc. In addition, the anti-friction arrangement between the engaging plate and the iron core in the present invention is not limited to the arrangement of the spacer 18, and the engaging plate or the iron core may be provided with a coating instead of the spacer, or the engaging plate or the iron core may be subjected to heat treatment to achieve an antifriction effect instead of the spacer. The coating outside the attraction disc or the iron core or the effect of the heat-treated attraction disc or the heat-treated iron core is the same as that of the cushion block arranged on the iron core replaced by the attraction disc or the heat-treated iron core, so that friction between the iron core and the attraction disc is effectively reduced.
The connection fixing mode between the cushion block 18 and the iron core 20 is interference fit. In the present invention, the connection and fixation between the pad 18 and the core 20 are not limited to interference fit, and the connection, welding or riveting, etc. between the pad 18 and the core 20 may be selected.
In the working process of the switch water pump based on the electromagnetic torsion spring clutch, the belt pulley 2 transmits motion to the bracket 3, a bearing 9 is arranged on the wall of the inner ring of the bracket 3, a friction sleeve 8 is arranged at the outer circle of the inner ring of the bracket 3, an inner hole of the bearing 9 is arranged on the driven shaft 7, a driven pin of the torsion spring 5 is arranged at the outer circle of the driven shaft 7, a torsion spring sheath 6, a spiral part of the torsion spring 5 abuts against the torsion spring sheath 6 and the driven shaft 7, a driving pin of the torsion spring 5 extends into a torsion spring operating block 4 in an operating device, the torsion spring operating block 4 is in interference fit with the engaging disc 11, a spring piece 10 is riveted with the engaging disc 11, the inner hole of the spring piece 10 is connected with a spring piece positioning sleeve 12 through a retainer ring, the spring piece positioning sleeve 12 is sleeved on a limiting block 15, the limiting block 15 is arranged on the shaft 13 in an interference manner, the suction disc 11 is pressed with friction materials, the friction parts of the suction disc 11 are tightly attached to the support 3 through elastic force generated by deformation of the spring piece 10, power from the support 3 can be transmitted, the iron core component is arranged on the shell 14, the shell 14 is in interference connection with the shaft 13, the water seal 17 and the impeller 1 are arranged at the other end of the shaft 13, the impeller 1 and the shell 14 can rotate relatively, a magnetic field is generated when the coil 19 in the iron core component is electrified to attract the suction disc 11, the suction disc 11 enables the spring piece 10 to continuously deform, the friction force between the friction materials and the support 3 is reduced, the torsion spring 5 and the friction sleeve 8 are separated, the impeller 1 loses power, and the switch water pump based on the electromagnetic torsion spring type clutch stops working.
Example 3:
as described in the background art, the problem that the on-board water pump of the automobile engine cannot well select proper opening time according to the working temperature condition of the engine exists in the prior art, and in order to solve the technical problem, a transportation means is provided.
A vehicle having an engine and a cooling unit for dissipating heat from the engine, the cooling unit comprising a water pump; the water pump adopts the switch water pump based on the electromagnetic torsion spring type clutch shown in fig. 1.
Example 4:
in this embodiment, after the engaging plate 11 and the bracket 3 are treated by a coating or heat treatment, the friction material disposed on the engaging plate in embodiment 1 is replaced. The outer surface of the stent is provided with a coating instead of the friction sleeve mounted outside the stent in example 1, and in the present invention, the stent is heat-treated instead of the friction sleeve mounted outside the stent in example 1. The engaging plate and the iron core are provided with a coating instead of the cushion block in the embodiment 1, and the engaging plate or the iron core can adopt a heat treatment to achieve antifriction effect instead of the cushion block. The other points are the same as those in examples 1 to 3.
In the embodiment, an electromagnetic torsion spring clutch is provided, and an abrasion-resistant layer is coated on the outer ring of a torsion spring so as to reduce abrasion with a driven shaft and a torsion spring sheath.
Example 5:
as shown in fig. 4 and 5, in the present embodiment, another electromagnetic torsion spring type clutch is provided, and an operating device in the electromagnetic torsion spring type clutch is shown in fig. 4, in this solution, the torsion spring operating block 4 in embodiment 1 is removed, and the torsion spring operating block structure in embodiment 1 is directly processed into an integral structure with the engaging disc, so that the new engaging disc structure can overcome the force transmitted when the torsion spring 5 is twisted, and in a switch water pump based on the electromagnetic torsion spring type clutch, the spring piece and the engaging disc are compressed by a retainer ring to realize the movement as in embodiment 1.
As shown in fig. 4, the operating device comprises an engaging plate 11, a spring piece 10 and a spring piece positioning sleeve 12, wherein the engaging plate 11 enables a friction material part of the engaging plate 11 to be attached to the bracket through the spring piece 10, the spring piece 10 is fixedly connected with the spring piece positioning sleeve 12 through a retainer ring 16, the outer circle of the spring piece 10 is connected with the engaging plate 11, and an inner hole of the spring piece 10 is connected with the spring piece positioning sleeve 12. The structure of the engaging plate 11 is shown in fig. 5, and the torsion spring operating block structure in embodiment 1 is directly processed into an integral structure with the engaging plate.
Example 6:
in this embodiment, as shown in fig. 7, unlike the embodiments 1 to 5 in which the friction bushing is installed in the bracket, the bracket is not connected to the friction bushing, and the bracket 3 is directly connected to the spiral portion of the torsion spring in operation. Fig. 6 is a schematic diagram showing the assembly of the bracket and the friction sleeve in embodiments 1-5 of the present invention, and in order to distinguish the bracket from embodiments 1-5, the friction sleeve is removed from the outer circle of the inner ring of the bracket, and the spiral part of the torsion spring is directly contacted with the bracket during operation, as shown in fig. 7.
Example 7:
as shown in fig. 8, in the present embodiment, there is provided an iron core assembly in a switching water pump based on an electromagnetic torsion spring clutch, in which the spacer 18 is changed from the inner ring of the iron core 20 to the end face of the iron core 20 in embodiment 2, and the size of the spacer is larger than the size of the coil inside the iron core 20. The spacer 18 has an effect of effectively reducing friction between the core and the attraction disc.
Example 8:
as shown in fig. 9, in the present embodiment, there is provided an iron core assembly in a switching water pump based on an electromagnetic torsion spring clutch, wherein the inner ring of the iron core 20 in embodiment 2 is changed into the outer ring of the iron core 20, and the size of the spacer 18 is smaller than the outer ring of the iron core 20. Or the removal of antifriction material is instead directly replaced by an iron core. The spacer 18 has an effect of effectively reducing friction between the core and the attraction disc.
Example 9:
in the present embodiment, a switching water pump based on an electromagnetic torsion spring clutch is provided, and the shaft-connected bearing adopted by the shaft 13 in embodiment 2 is replaced by a shaft-connected bearing.
In this embodiment, an electromagnetic torsion spring type clutch-based switch water pump is provided, in which a spring piece is directly fixed to a stopper, so as to replace the middle spring piece positioning sleeve portion in embodiment 2.
Compared with the prior art, the invention has the beneficial effects that:

The switch water pump based on the electromagnetic torsion spring clutch controls the work of the water pump in a mode of electrifying and de-electrifying the coil, can select proper starting time and proper working time according to different temperature conditions when the engine works, avoids the condition that the engine temperature rise time is influenced like a common vehicle-mounted water pump which is started to enter a working state, and further influences the output of engine power, thereby further causing an unnecessary fuel waste working mode, and further achieves the effects of reducing the fuel waste of the vehicle, saving energy and protecting environment.

Claims (19)

1. An electromagnetic torsion spring clutch comprises a driving wheel assembly, a driven wheel assembly and an operating device, and is characterized in that: the driving wheel assembly is connected with the driven wheel assembly through a bearing, and relative rotation can be realized between the driving wheel assembly and the driven wheel assembly;
the driving wheel assembly comprises a belt pulley and a bracket, the belt pulley is connected with the bracket, and a bearing is arranged in the bracket; a friction sleeve is arranged outside the bracket;
the driven wheel assembly comprises a driven shaft, a torsion spring and a torsion spring sheath, the bearing is connected with the driven shaft, and the driven shaft is respectively connected with the torsion spring and the torsion spring sheath; the torsion spring comprises a driving pin, a driven pin and a spiral part, the spiral part is respectively connected with the driving pin and the driven pin, the driving pin is connected with the operating device, the driven pin is fixed on the driven shaft, and the other end of the friction sleeve is arranged in the spiral part; when the torsion spring is in a free state, the spiral part is in contact with the torsion spring sheath and the driven shaft, and when the torsion spring is in a working state, the spiral part is screwed up and is tightly held with a friction sleeve arranged outside the bracket;
The operating device comprises a suction disc, a torsion spring operating block, a spring piece and a spring piece locating sleeve, wherein a driving pin of the torsion spring extends into the torsion spring operating block, the torsion spring operating block is connected with the suction disc, the suction disc is attached to the bracket through the spring piece, the spring piece is fixedly connected with the spring piece locating sleeve through a check ring, the outer circle of the spring piece is connected with the suction disc, and an inner hole is connected with the spring piece locating sleeve;
the friction material is arranged on the suction disc and is positioned on one attaching side of the suction disc and the support of the driving wheel assembly; when the electromagnetic torsion spring type clutch works, the end face of the bracket is contacted with an attraction disc with friction materials pressed in the operating device;
the suction disc and the bracket can be treated by adopting a coating or heat treatment mode.
2. An electromagnetic torsion spring clutch in accordance with claim 1, wherein: the cross section of the spiral part of the torsion spring is in an equal-diameter shape or a variable-diameter shape.
3. An electromagnetic torsion spring clutch in accordance with claim 1, wherein: the number of turns of the spiral part of the torsion spring is 4-7.
4. An electromagnetic torsion spring clutch in accordance with claim 1, wherein: the driving pin of the torsion spring adopts a straight-edge structure or a bent-edge structure.
5. An electromagnetic torsion spring clutch in accordance with claim 1, wherein: the driven pin of the torsion spring is fixed between the driven shaft and the torsion spring sheath, and the driven shaft and the torsion spring sheath are fixed in an interference fit, threaded connection, welding or riveting mode.
6. An electromagnetic torsion spring clutch in accordance with claim 1, wherein: the driven pin of the torsion spring adopts a hook-shaped structure or a bent structure.
7. An electromagnetic torsion spring clutch in accordance with claim 1, wherein: the outer surface of the bracket can be provided with a coating, or the bracket adopts heat treatment.
8. An electromagnetic torsion spring clutch in accordance with claim 1, wherein: a boss is arranged in one end of the torsion spring sheath, which is close to the driving pin of the torsion spring.
9. An electromagnetic torsion spring clutch in accordance with claim 1, wherein: the spring piece and the suction disc are fixed in an interference fit, welding or riveting mode.
10. An electromagnetic torsion spring clutch in accordance with claim 1, wherein: the torsion spring operating block and the suction disc are fixed in an interference fit, welding or riveting mode.
11. An electromagnetic torsion spring clutch in accordance with claim 1, wherein: the spring piece and the spring piece locating sleeve are fixed in an interference fit, welding or riveting mode.
12. A switch water pump based on electromagnetic torsion spring clutch, characterized by: comprising the electromagnetic torsion spring clutch of any one of claims 1-11, a core assembly and a pump body assembly; the pump body component is connected with the electromagnetic torsion spring type clutch and the iron core component respectively;
the pump body component comprises a shell, an impeller, a shaft, a limiting block, a water seal and a cushion block, wherein the impeller, the shaft, the limiting block, the water seal and the cushion block are arranged in the shell, the limiting block is arranged on the shaft, the shaft is sequentially connected with the water seal and the impeller, the impeller and the shell perform relative motion, the pump body component is connected with the electromagnetic torsion spring type clutch through the limiting block, and a spring piece locating sleeve in the electromagnetic torsion spring type clutch is connected with the limiting block; the pump body component is connected with the iron core component through a cushion block;
the iron core assembly comprises an iron core and a coil, the iron core is fixedly connected with the outside of the shell, the attraction disc is arranged at the position corresponding to the iron core in the electromagnetic torsion spring type clutch, the coil is arranged inside the iron core, and the iron core is close to the end face of one side of the attraction disc and is provided with the cushion block.

The switch water pump based on the electromagnetic torsion spring clutch as set forth in claim 12, wherein: the spring piece locating sleeve in the electromagnetic torsion spring type clutch is connected with the limiting block through the spring piece, and the spring piece locating sleeve circumferentially rotates relative to the limiting block.
14. The switch water pump based on the electromagnetic torsion spring clutch as set forth in claim 12, wherein: the spring piece locating sleeve and the limiting block are made of steel materials, rubber materials or powder metallurgy materials.
15. The switch water pump based on the electromagnetic torsion spring clutch as set forth in claim 12, wherein: the cushion block is square, round, oval or triangular.
16. The switch water pump based on the electromagnetic torsion spring clutch as set forth in claim 12, wherein: the outer surface of the attraction disc or the iron core adopts a coating, or the attraction disc or the iron core adopts a heat-treated material.
17. The switch water pump based on the electromagnetic torsion spring clutch as set forth in claim 12, wherein: the cushion block is arranged on the outer ring, the inner ring or the end face of the iron core, or the cushion block is arranged on the suction disc.

The switch water pump based on the electromagnetic torsion spring clutch as set forth in claim 12, wherein: the connection and fixation modes between the cushion block and the iron core or between the cushion block and the suction disc are interference fit, threaded connection, welding or riveting.
19. A vehicle having an engine and a cooling unit for dissipating heat from the engine, the cooling unit comprising a water pump; the method is characterized in that:
the water pump adopts the switch water pump based on the electromagnetic torsion spring type clutch as claimed in any one of claims 12 to 18.
