Abstract
The invention discloses a simplified version of a primary-secondary blade lock. The lock shell is provided with a cylinder cavity and a lock bolt groove; the lock cylinder is inserted into the cylinder cavity in a rotatable mode, and a row sheet mounting groove, a lock bolt hole and a main key hole are formed in the lock cylinder; the master row sheet is inserted into the row sheet mounting groove, a sub row sheet groove, a first key hole and a first lock bolt groove are formed in the master row sheet, a first lock tooth is formed in the first key hole, the sub row sheet is inserted into the sub row sheet groove, a second key hole and a second lock bolt groove are formed in the sub row sheet, a second lock tooth is formed in the second key hole, and a row sheet spring is arranged between the master row sheet, the sub row sheet and the lock cylinder; the lock bolt is inserted into the lock bolt hole, and a lock bolt reset spring is arranged between the lock bolt and the lock cylinder; the key has a double row internal tooth formed by a plunger rod which cooperates with the first teeth of the master row of plates and the second teeth of the slave row of plates to drive the slave row of plates and the master row of plates to align the first and second keyways with the keyholes. The invention has simpler structure and higher safety performance.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to a blade lock, in particular to a simplified version of a primary-secondary blade lock.
Background
The working principle of the blade lock is that the blades with different height changes in the lock cylinder are aligned by utilizing the teeth with different tooth depths on the key, so that the lock with the rotary opening of the lock cylinder is realized.
At present, the primary and secondary blade lock cylinders are lock cylinders with high safety, and the anti-theft performance of the primary and secondary blade lock cylinders is higher than that of the common blade lock cylinders, because the primary and secondary blade lock cylinders are additionally provided with a layer of passwords on the basis of the common blade lock, and the primary and secondary blade lock cylinders adopt a side column locking structure, namely, the lock is made to be propped against the side face. This can greatly extend the time for which the technique is on. However, the master-slave blade lock cylinder in the prior art has a complex structure, and the safety can be further improved.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide a simplified primary-secondary blade lock, which has simpler structure and higher safety performance.
In order to achieve the above object, the solution of the present invention is:
the simplified version of the primary-secondary blade lock comprises a lock shell, a lock cylinder, a primary row of sheets, a secondary row of sheets, a lock bolt and a key; the lock shell is provided with a cylinder cavity and a lock bolt groove; the lock cylinder is inserted into the cylinder cavity in a rotatable mode, and a row sheet mounting groove, a lock bolt hole and a main key hole are formed in the lock cylinder; the master row sheet is inserted into the row sheet mounting groove, a sub row sheet groove, a first key hole and a first lock bolt groove are formed in the master row sheet, a first lock tooth is formed in the first key hole, the sub row sheet is inserted into the sub row sheet groove, a second key hole and a second lock bolt groove are formed in the sub row sheet, a second lock tooth is formed in the second key hole, and a row sheet spring is arranged between the master row sheet, the sub row sheet and the lock cylinder; the lock bolt is inserted into the lock bolt hole, and a lock bolt reset spring is arranged between the lock bolt and the lock cylinder; the key is provided with a plunger rod which can be inserted into the main key hole, the first key hole and the second key hole, and double rows of internal teeth which can be matched with the first lock teeth of the busbar sheet and the second lock teeth of the subrow sheet to drive the subrow sheet and the busbar sheet to align the first lock bolt groove and the second lock bolt groove with the lock bolt holes are formed on the plunger rod.
The lock core is provided with a row sheet spring hole formed in the side edge of the row sheet mounting groove, a first spring column and a second spring column are formed in the side edges of the mother row sheet and the child row sheet, and the row sheet spring is arranged in the row sheet spring hole and abuts against the first spring column or the second spring column.
Anti-poking grooves are correspondingly formed on the busbar sheets and the child row sheets.
The lock cylinder forms an anti-drilling slot behind the main key hole, the anti-drilling sheet is inserted into the anti-drilling slot, and a third key hole is formed in the anti-drilling sheet.
After the structure is adopted, the invention has fewer components and simpler structure, one busbar sheet and one subrow sheet form a group of row sheets, the positions of the subrow sheets and the busbar sheets in each group of row sheets can be mutually exchanged without fixing, the assembly is easier, and the technical opening can be prevented because the front of the lock head can not distinguish which subrow sheets are mother row sheets. The master row of sheets and the slave row of sheets form a group of row sheets, if n groups of row sheets exist, the slave row of sheets and the master row of sheets have m angle changes, and the n groups of row sheets are 2n row sheets in total, so that the number of teeth is 2n times of m, and the lock can greatly improve the safety.

Detailed Description
Referring to fig. 1 to 5, the present invention discloses a simplified version of a master-slave blade lock comprising a lock housing 1, a lock cylinder 2, a master blade 3, a slave blade 4, a lock bolt 5 and a key 6.
The lock housing 1 has a cylindrical cavity 11 and a lock bolt recess 12.
The lock cylinder 2 is rotatably inserted in the cylinder chamber 11. The key cylinder 2 is formed with a blade mounting groove 21, a plug hole 22, and a main key hole 23.
The busbar sheet 3 is inserted in the busbar sheet mounting groove 21. The master batch 3 is formed with a master batch slot 31, a first key hole 32 and a first key slot 33. The first key hole 32 has first lock teeth 34 formed therein. The sub-row sheet 4 is inserted in the sub-row sheet groove 31. A second keyhole 41 and a second key slot 42 are formed in the sub-row plate 4. The second key hole 41 has second lock teeth 43 formed therein. A row spring 7 is arranged between the master row sheet 3 and the lock cylinder 2 and between the sub row sheet 4 and the lock cylinder 2. For convenient installation and positioning, the lock cylinder 2 is provided with a row spring hole 24 at the side edge of the row sheet mounting groove 21, a first spring column 36 is formed at the side edge of the busbar sheet 3, a second spring column 44 is formed at the side edge of the sub-row sheet 4, and the row sheet spring 7 is arranged in the row spring hole 24 and is abutted against the first spring column 36 or the second spring column 44.
The lock bolt 5 is inserted into the lock bolt hole 22, and a lock bolt return spring 51 is provided between the lock bolt 5 and the lock cylinder 2.
The key 6 has a plunger 61 that can be inserted into the main key hole 23, the first key hole 32 and the second key hole 41, and double rows of internal teeth 62 are formed on the plunger 61, and the double rows of internal teeth 62 can cooperate with the first lock teeth 34 of the busbar sheet 3 and the second lock teeth 43 of the child row sheet 4 to drive the child row sheet 4 and the parent row sheet 3, so that the first lock bolt slot 33 and the second lock bolt slot 42 are aligned with the lock bolt hole 22, and unlocking is achieved.
When the locking state or the key is incorrect, the first bolt grooves 33 of the busbar sheet 3 and the second bolt grooves 42 of the subrow sheet 4 are not aligned with the bolt holes 22 in the center, and the bolts 5 cannot fall into the first bolt grooves 33 and the second bolt grooves 42 and are blocked in the bolt grooves 12 of the lock shell 1, so that the lock cylinder 2 cannot rotate. When the correct key 6 is inserted, the double-row internal tooth flower 62 drives the child row plate 4 and the mother row plate 3 to compress the row plate spring 7 to displace, so that the first latch groove 33 and the second latch groove 42 are aligned with the latch hole 22 in the center, and when the key 6 is turned again, the lock cylinder 2 can be driven to rotate, the latch 5 is pushed to compress the latch reset spring 51 to withdraw from the latch groove 12 and fall into the first latch groove 33 and the second latch groove 42, and thus the latch reset spring leaves the latch groove 12 of the lock case 1, so that the key 6 can drive the lock cylinder 2 to rotate for unlocking.
In order to further improve the safety performance, anti-poking grooves 35 and 45 are correspondingly formed on the main row sheet 3 and the sub row sheet 4, an anti-drilling sheet groove 25 is formed on the rear side of the main key hole 23 by the lock cylinder 2, the anti-drilling sheet 8 is inserted into the anti-drilling sheet groove 25, a third key hole 81 is formed in the anti-drilling sheet 8 for allowing a plug rod 61 of a key 6 to pass through, and the anti-drilling sheet 8 can play a role in anti-drilling and anti-sawing.
The busbar sheet 3 and the child row sheet 4 form a double-layer password, are extremely difficult to be opened by technology, have high safety performance, can be made of stainless steel, have high strength, are wear-resistant and corrosion-resistant, and are not easy to copy due to the fact that the busbar sheet 3 and the child row sheet 4 are made of the stainless steel, and the key 6 with the double-row internal teeth 62 is provided. The number of the row sheets of the invention determines the number of the dental floss, taking 7 groups of row sheets as an example, if the angle of the mother row sheets 3 and the child row sheets 4 is changed by 4, and 14 row sheets are arranged in total in the 7 groups of row sheets, the dental floss number is 14 times of 4, namely: 2.6 hundred million. The lock can greatly improve the safety.
Compared with the traditional primary and secondary blade locks, the invention has the advantages that: (1) The master row sheet 3 and the sub row sheet 4 of the invention form a whole group of row sheets, the structure is simpler, while the master row sheet and the sub row sheet of the traditional master-slave blade lock only form a small group of row sheets, and then the two small groups of row sheets can form a whole group of row sheets, so the structure is more complex; (2) The busbar sheet 3 and the busbar sheet 4 of the invention are not in directions, can be assembled up and down, and cannot distinguish the busbar sheet 4 and the busbar sheet 3 from the appearance of the finished product lock, so that the technical opening can be prevented, while the positions of the busbar sheet and the busbar sheet of the traditional master-slave blade lock are fixed, and the busbar sheet can be distinguished from the appearance of the finished product lock, so that the technical opening is easy; (4) The key 6 of the invention adopts double rows of internal teeth 62, which is extremely difficult to copy, while the key of the traditional primary-secondary blade lock adopts four rows of two layers of external teeth, which is difficult to copy; (4) The busbar sheet 3 and the child row sheet 4 can be formed by stamping, so that the cost is low, and the busbar sheet of the traditional child-mother blade lock adopts powder injection, so that the cost is high.
