The invention adopts the panel occluding piece arranged on the fixed support to carry out occluding treatment on the small ribs of the roof panel, and after the fixed support is occluded with the roof panel, the roof panel is tightly connected with the fixed support without relative sliding; meanwhile, the panel engaging pieces are in relative rotary connection with the fixed support, the roof board is digested in each span by slight rotation deformation of the roof board and the panel engaging pieces together due to temperature change and other factors, the problem of stress concentration is avoided, and the roof board has excellent wind resistance, water tightness and air tightness.

Technical Field

In the existing large-scale large-span public building maintenance system, a metal roof system is mostly adopted. The connection between the fixing seat and the roof board in the metal roof system is generally divided into the following forms:

The invention adopts the following technical scheme:
the fixing device comprises a fixing support panel engaging piece, a connecting hole fixedly connected with the purline is formed in the fixing support, the panel engaging piece is connected with the fixing support in a relative rotation mode through a fastening connecting piece, a panel engaging portion is formed in the upper portion of the panel engaging piece, and the panel engaging portion extends out of the upper end of the fixing support.
The panel engaging piece and the fixed support can form relative rotation of 0-20 degrees.
The fixing support comprises a first supporting plate and a second supporting plate, wherein the upper end of the first supporting plate and the upper end of the second supporting plate form a horizontal integral structure, the lower parts of the first supporting plate and the second supporting plate form a fixing part fixedly connected with the purline after being bent, the upper part of the second supporting plate forms a fixing plane for vertically fixing the panel occluding piece, and fixing holes are formed in the fixing plane.
The second support plate positioned below the fixing plane is sequentially provided with a first bending part and a second bending part, and the second bending part is connected with the fixing part.
The first bending part and the second bending part form a right-angle structure, and reinforcing ribs are arranged on the inner side surfaces of the first bending part and the second bending part.
The upper portion of the first support plate forms a support slope for supporting the roof panel.
The inner side surface of the supporting inclined surface and the inner side surface of the first supporting plate below the supporting inclined surface are provided with reinforcing ribs.
The panel engaging part is in a circular arc structure, and the end part of the panel engaging part forms an anti-wind pressing sheet for engaging the small rib of the roof panel.

The following description of the embodiments of the present invention will be made apparent and fully in view of the accompanying drawings, in which some, but not all embodiments of the invention are shown. All other embodiments, which can be made by those skilled in the art based on the embodiments of the invention without making any inventive effort, are intended to be within the scope of the invention.
As shown in fig. 1 and 2, the invention provides a metal roof board wind-resistant fixing device, which is fixed on purlines through connecting bolts, wherein the fixing device comprises a fixing support 1 and a panel engaging piece 2, and the fixing support 1 is provided with a connecting hole 3 fixedly connected with the purlines, as shown in fig. 3; the panel engaging piece 2 is connected with the fixed support 1 in a relatively rotating way through the fastening connecting piece 4, a panel engaging part 21 is formed on the upper part of the panel engaging piece 2, and the panel engaging part 21 extends out of the upper end of the fixed support 1. The panel engaging portion is used to engage the minor ribs of the roof panel, as shown in fig. 5 and 6, and after the engagement of the fixing support 1 with the roof panel 10 is completed, the roof panel 10 is tightly connected with the fixing support 1 without relative sliding. The panel engaging piece 2 is connected with the fixing part 5 of the fixing support 1 below the panel engaging piece 2 through bolts, the expansion and contraction amount of the roof panel 10 caused by temperature change and other factors is digested in each span through slight rotation deformation of the roof panel 10 and the panel engaging piece 2, the problem of stress concentration is avoided, the length of the panel is not limited, and fatigue damage caused by long-term friction between the roof panel and the fixing support is avoided.
The panel engaging piece 2 can slightly rotate, so that the roof panel rib is in an arc shape after being engaged, the arc can be bent forward and backward, a plurality of different radiuses can be fitted on the same roof panel, smooth coverage of complex curved surface modeling is realized, and the roof panel has excellent wind resistance, water tightness and air tightness.
The invention can form 0-20 degrees relative rotation between the panel occluding sheet and the fixed support, which is convenient for digesting the stress generated.
As shown in fig. 2 and 3, the fixing support 1 includes a first supporting plate 11 and a second supporting plate 12, where the upper end of the first supporting plate 11 and the upper end of the second supporting plate 12 form a horizontal integral structure, in the present invention, the first supporting plate 11 and the second supporting plate 12 are preferably bent by the same steel plate, the lower parts of the first supporting plate 11 and the second supporting plate 12 form a fixing part 5 fixedly connected with the purline after bending, the upper part of the second supporting plate 12 forms a fixing plane 6 for vertically fixing the panel engaging piece 2, the fixing plane 6 is provided with a fixing hole 7, and fastening pieces such as bolts can penetrate through the fixing hole 7 on the fixing plane 6 and the through hole on the panel engaging piece 2 to realize the matched connection of the two.
In order to make the whole fixing support have better supporting performance, a first bending part 121 and a second bending part 122 are sequentially formed on the second supporting plate 12 positioned below the fixing plane 6, and the second bending part 122 is connected with the fixing part 5. Preferably, the first bending part 121 and the second bending part 122 form a right-angle structure, and the inner side surfaces of the first bending part 121 and the second bending part 122 are provided with the reinforcing ribs 8.
