本发明公开了一种快搭组合墙板，包括墙板和卡件，所述墙板为一体成型的镂空板，所述墙板的正面与背面之间设置有规则的镂空空间；所述墙板的一侧为公接头、另一侧为母接头，所述母接头处设置有卡槽，所述背面的母接头处向内折形成L形的卡口；所述公接头处设置有与所述卡槽匹配的卡钉，所述背面的公接头处向前延伸形成与所述卡口匹配的卡片；所述墙板通过公接头和母接头公母连接加长；所述墙板的两侧连接处设置有横截面为工字形的卡件，相邻墙板卡在所述卡件左右两侧进行加宽。本发明具有结构独特、装拆方便、外观平滑顺畅、连接牢固等优点，能实现快速组装，省时省力，可重复利用，杜绝浪费，降低成本。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种墙板，尤其涉及一种快搭组合墙板。
背景技术
随着社会发展，生活呈现多样化，快节奏的生活使得方方面面都发生着重大改变，快速、便捷、高效的工作与休闲、舒适、放松的生活相结合的模式逐渐成为主流，各种快搭、组装式建筑，如组合快装木屋、板房、山野休闲客栈、酒店、移动式卫生间、快搭休息亭子等迅速发展，这就需要大量的方便组装的墙板，目前常见的组合式墙板，很多为金属板，用螺钉连接，装配式的木板型墙板较少，也多为螺钉连接，且组装方式较单一，密封效果欠佳，灵活性差，安装和拆卸不方便。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是，克服以上所述缺陷，提供一种结构独特、拆装方便、实现快速安装、物美价廉的快搭组合墙板。
为了解决以上所述技术问题，本发明所述快搭组合墙板，包括墙板和卡件，所述墙板为一体成型的镂空板，所述墙板的正面与背面之间设置有规则的镂空空间；所述墙板的一侧为公接头、另一侧为母接头，所述母接头处设置有卡槽，所述背面的母接头处向内折形成L形的卡口；所述公接头处设置有与所述卡槽匹配的卡钉，所述背面的公接头处向前延伸形成与所述卡口匹配的卡片；所述墙板通过公接头和母接头公母连接加长；所述墙板的两侧连接处设置有横截面为工字形的卡件，相邻墙板卡在所述卡件左右两侧进行加宽。
进一步，本发明所述卡件的上面和下面为弧形面，所述上面比下面宽。
进一步，本发明所述快搭组合墙板还包括扣件，所述扣件的中部等间距设置有挂钩，所述墙板的背面间隔设置有挂槽，所述墙板通过挂槽卡在所述挂钩上与所述扣件连接固定；所述扣件的两侧设置有固定孔。
进一步，本发明所述卡片上设计有凹槽。
作为优选，本发明所述固定孔包括间隔设置的圆形孔和腰形孔。
本发明的有益效果：本发明所述快搭组合墙板，墙板的加长通过特殊结构的公接头和母接头公母连接加长，连接紧密、牢固，相邻两块墙板的连接处加设卡件，使拼接起来的整块墙板无缝隙，贴合流畅，平滑美观；一般情况下，本发明所述墙板拼接好直接固定在墙体框架上即可，公接头卡片上的凹槽用于打螺钉将墙板进行固定，从墙板正面看不到固定螺钉，外观整洁美观。如果建筑物对墙体墙板有更高要求，可以用扣件，在墙体框架上固定扣件，再将墙板通过墙板背面的挂槽卡在扣件的挂钩上进行连接固定；如此连接固定，墙板平稳、平滑、牢固，极其方便地实现墙板的快速搭建组装，连接牢固，安装和拆卸都很方便，省时省力，墙板可反复多次使用，减少资源浪费，大幅降低成本。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图对本发明作进一步详细说明。
本发明所述快搭组合墙板，包括墙板1和卡件2，所述墙板1为一体成型的镂空板，所述墙板1的正面3与背面4之间设置有规则的镂空空间5；所述墙板1的一侧为公接头6、另一侧为母接头7，所述母接头7处设置有卡槽8，所述背面4的母接头7处向内折形成L形的卡口11；所述公接头6处设置有与所述卡槽8匹配的卡钉9，所述背面4的公接头6处向前延伸形成与所述卡口11匹配的卡片10；所述墙板1通过公接头6和母接头7公母连接加长；所述墙板1的两侧连接处设置有横截面为工字形的卡件2，相邻墙板1卡在所述卡件2左右两侧进行加宽。
进一步，本发明所述卡件2的上面12和下面13为弧形面，所述上面12比下面13宽。
进一步，本发明所述快搭组合墙板还包括扣件14，所述扣件14的中部等间距设置有挂钩15，所述墙板1的背面4间隔设置有挂槽16，所述墙板1通过挂槽16卡在所述挂钩15上与所述扣件14连接固定；所述扣件14的两侧设置有固定孔17。
进一步，本发明所述卡片10上设计有凹槽18。
作为优选，本发明所述固定孔17包括间隔设置的圆形孔和腰形孔。
实施例一：本发明所述快搭组合墙板，可以直接安装于建筑物墙体上。所述墙板1和卡件2采用木塑材料制作，具有优异的防腐、防水、防虫蛀性能，在室外环境下经久耐用。墙板1用模具制作，一体成型。墙板的正面3与背面4之间为规则的镂空空间5，既省材料又能保证足够的强度，墙板的加长通过特殊结构的公接头和母接头公母嵌合连接加长，卡槽8与卡钉9匹配，L形卡口11与卡片10匹配，连接紧密、牢固，公接头卡片10上的凹槽18用于打螺钉将墙板固定于墙体框架上，该连接方式从墙板正面看不到固定螺钉，外观整洁美观；相邻两块墙板的连接处可用横截面为工字形的卡件2进行修饰，左右墙板卡在卡件2两侧，加宽拼接起来的整块墙板无缝隙，贴合流畅，平滑美观。使用过的墙板可以很方便地拆卸，进行更换、搬运、重新安装使用，充分利用，杜绝浪费，降低成本。
实施例二：如果建筑物对墙体墙板有比较高的要求，希望更加稳固，经久耐用，可使用本实施例的方式。增加扣件14的使用，具体为：在墙体框架上固定扣件14（通过扣件上的固定孔17用螺钉将扣件连接固定到墙体上），再将墙板1通过墙板背面的挂槽16卡在扣件的挂钩15上进行连接固定，其余同实施例一；如此连接固定，墙板平稳、平滑、连接更加牢固。

1.一种快搭组合墙板，包括墙板（1）和卡件（2），其特征在于，所述墙板（1）为一体成型的镂空板，所述墙板（1）的正面（3）与背面（4）之间设置有规则的镂空空间（5）；所述墙板（1）的一侧为公接头（6）、另一侧为母接头（7），所述母接头（7）处设置有卡槽（8），所述母接头（7）处的背面（4）向内折形成L形的卡口（11）；所述公接头（6）处设置有与所述卡槽（8）匹配的卡钉（9），所述公接头（6）处的背面（4）向前延伸形成与所述卡口（11）匹配的卡片（10）；所述墙板（1）通过公接头（6）和母接头（7）公母连接加长；所述墙板（1）的两侧连接处设置有横截面为工字形的卡件（2），相邻墙板（1）卡在所述卡件（2）左右两侧进行加宽。
2.根据权利要求1所述快搭组合墙板，其特征在于，所述卡件（2）的上面（12）和下面（13）为弧形面，所述上面（12）比下面（13）宽。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述快搭组合墙板，其特征在于，所述快搭组合墙板还包括扣件（14），所述扣件（14）的中部等间距设置有挂钩（15），所述墙板（1）的背面（4）间隔设置有挂槽（16），所述墙板（1）通过挂槽（16）卡在所述挂钩（15）上与所述扣件（14）连接固定；所述扣件（14）的两侧设置有固定孔（17）。
4.根据权利要求1或2所述快搭组合墙板，其特征在于，所述卡片（10）上设计有凹槽（18）。
5.根据权利要求3所述快搭组合墙板，其特征在于，所述固定孔（17）包括间隔设置的圆形孔和腰形孔。
