Description

Water quality control filter element
Technical Field
The invention relates to a filter element, in particular to a water quality control filter element which can add additives into passing drinking water to improve the taste.
Background
More than seventy percent of water exists in human bodies, water lost by the human bodies can be supplemented when the human bodies drink water, and trace elements contained in the drinking water are necessary products for maintaining the health of the human bodies, so that the human bodies are beneficial to the health of the human bodies by drinking a proper amount of high-quality water sources.
In order to improve the convenience of drinking water, various drinking water supply devices are developed, such as: ice, warm and hot boiled water dispensers and the like, which are used as soon as a user wants to drink water; in addition, products such as a water drinking device capable of filtering water or a distilled water drinking device and the like capable of filtering impurities or harmful substances in water are further developed, and the requirements of users on the quality of drinking water are met.
After the existing water fountain filters or distills raw water, most impurities in the water are filtered, so that the drinking water is poor in taste and low in nutritive value. Therefore, some manufacturers use a water quality regulator to treat the drinking water so as to improve the taste or the nutritional value of the drinking water. For example, the water quality regulator may be medical stone, and drinking water after being filtered or distilled is made to pass through the medical stone to add proper amount of mineral matter to the drinking water, so as to improve the taste of the drinking water.
However, there are various water quality regulators capable of treating drinking water, and if an operator desires to simultaneously enhance the taste and nutritive value of drinking water, provide multi-level taste or add various nutritive components, a water quality regulation module having a plurality of water quality regulators at the same time must be provided, and the water quality regulators are connected to each other by means of pipes, valves, pumps, etc., which not only increases the overall volume of the product and reduces the water treatment efficiency, but also greatly increases the production cost.
Moreover, even if the water quality adjusting module is arranged to process the drinking water, the drinking water inevitably passes through each water quality adjuster in the water quality adjusting module, so that a user cannot allow the drinking water to pass through a specific water quality adjuster or adjusters according to the self requirements (such as the requirements of nutrient components and taste which the user wants to add), and the conventional water quality adjusting module cannot control the additives in the drinking water, so that the use convenience is extremely poor, and the improvement is necessary.

referring to fig. 1, which is a first embodiment of the water quality control filter element of the present invention, the water quality control filter element generally includes a first cover 1, a second cover 2 and at least one water quality control unit 3, and the water quality control unit 3 is rotatably coupled between the first cover 1 and the second cover 2.
Referring to fig. 1 and 2, the first cover 1 has a first connecting pipe 11 and a first combining portion 12, the first connecting pipe 11 can be combined with a water conduit (not shown), the first combining portion 12 can be rotatably combined with the water quality control unit 3, and provides two rotation-stopping points for the water quality control unit 3, so that when the water quality control unit 3 stops at a first position, filtered water can flow into the water quality control unit 3, and when the water quality control unit stops at a second position, the filtered water directly passes through the water quality control unit 3 without flowing into the water quality control unit 3. In this embodiment, the first pipe connecting portion 11 and the first combining portion 12 can be respectively disposed on two opposite sides of the first cover 1 to improve the assembly convenience; the first coupling portion 12 can be, for example, two opposite guide rails disposed at the outer edge of the first cover 1.
An accommodating space 13 can be formed inside the first cover body 1, a first opening 14 is disposed at a side end of the first cover body 1 opposite to the first pipe connecting portion 11, and the first pipe connecting portion 11 and the first opening 14 are both communicated with the accommodating space 13, so that the first opening 14 can be communicated with the first pipe connecting portion 11. Additionally, the first cover 1 may further have a first pivot portion 15 at a central position thereof, and the first pivot portion 15 is pivotally connected to the water quality control unit 3, so as to improve stability and operation convenience of the water quality control unit 3 when rotating relative to the first cover 1. In addition, a filter 16 may be disposed between the first pipe connecting portion 11 and the first opening 14 of the first cover 1, and the filter 16 is used for filtering out foreign matters, so as to prevent the foreign matters from flowing into the water quality control unit 3. In addition, in order to further improve the stability of the water quality control unit 3 when rotating relative to the first cover body 1, the first cover body 1 may be provided with an arc-shaped guide groove 17 at a side where the first combining portion 12 is provided, and preferably, the first opening 14 is provided in the guide groove 17.
Referring to fig. 2 and 4, similarly, the second cover 2 has a second connecting pipe portion 21 and a second combining portion 22, the second connecting pipe portion 21 can be combined with another water conduit, the second combining portion 22 can be rotatably combined with the water quality control unit 3, and provides two rotation-stopping positioning points for the water quality control unit 3, so that when the water quality control unit 3 stops at the first position, filtered water can flow into the water quality control unit 3 and then flow into the second cover 2, and when the water quality control unit 3 stops at the second position, the filtered water does not flow into the water quality control unit 3 and directly flows into the second cover 2. The second combining portion 22 of the second cover 2 is preferably matched with the first combining portion 12 of the first cover 1, so the second combining portion 22 of the present embodiment can be, for example, two opposite protrusions disposed on the outer edge of the second cover 2, so that the second combining portion 22 penetrates into the first combining portion 12 (guide rail) and slides and displaces in the first combining portion 12.
Additionally, in this embodiment, the second connecting pipe portion 21 and the second combining portion 22 may be respectively disposed at two opposite sides of the second cover 2, an accommodating space 23 may be formed inside the second cover 2, a second opening 24 and a second pivot portion 25 are disposed at a side end of the second cover 2 opposite to the second connecting pipe portion 21, and both the second connecting pipe portion 21 and the second opening 24 are communicated with the accommodating space 23, so that the second opening 24 can be communicated with the second connecting pipe portion 21; the second pivot portion 25 is for the water quality control unit 3 to pivot, and the second pivot portion 25 of the second cover 2 is preferably matched with the first pivot portion 15 of the first cover 1. In addition, a filter screen 26 may be disposed between the second pipe connecting portion 21 and the second opening 24 of the second cover 2, and the filter screen 26 is used for filtering out foreign matters, so as to prevent the foreign matters from flowing into the water quality control unit 3.
The inside of this quality of water regulation and control unit 3 has a room 31, and this room 31 supplies a quenching and tempering material 32 of holding, and this quenching and tempering material 32 contains as: calcium, potassium, magnesium, zinc, iodine, water-soluble vitamins or other trace elements beneficial to human body functions, nutrients or components beneficial to improving the taste of the drinking water, and the like, but not limited thereto. The water quality control unit 3 is provided with a first through hole 33, a second through hole 34 and a communication pipe 35, the first through hole 33 and the second through hole 34 are respectively communicated with the accommodating chamber 31, and the communication pipe 35 penetrates through the accommodating chamber 31 and is not communicated with the accommodating chamber 31; in the embodiment of the first cover 1 with the guide groove 17, one end of the communication pipe 35 facing the first cover 1 preferably protrudes from the end surface of the water quality control unit 3, so that the end of the communication pipe 35 can penetrate into the guide groove 17 of the first cover 1 to assist in improving the stability of the water quality control unit 3 when rotating relative to the first cover 1.
The water quality control unit 3 is rotatably combined between the first cover body 1 and the second cover body 2; in this embodiment, the water quality control unit 3 can optionally have a third combining portion 36 and a fourth combining portion 37 on two opposite sides, the third combining portion 36 is preferably the same as the second combining portion 22 of the second cover 2, and the fourth combining portion 37 is preferably the same as the first combining portion 12 of the first cover 1. Therefore, the water quality control unit 3 can be rotatably coupled to the first coupling portion 12 of the first cover 1 or the fourth coupling portion 37 of the adjacent water quality control unit 3 by the third coupling portion 36, and can be rotatably coupled to the third coupling portion 36 of the adjacent water quality control unit 3 or the second coupling portion 22 of the second cover 2 by the fourth coupling portion 37.
In other words, when the number of the water quality control units 3 is a single one, the third combining portion 36 of the water quality control unit 3 is rotatably combined with the first combining portion 12 of the first cover 1, and the fourth combining portion 37 of the water quality control unit 3 is rotatably combined with the second combining portion 22 of the second cover 2, so that the water quality control unit 3 can rotate relative to the first cover 1 and the second cover 2 to adjust the communication state between the chamber 31 of the water quality control unit 3 and the first pipe connecting portion 11 and the second pipe connecting portion 21. Additionally, when the number of the water quality control units 3 is plural, the plural water quality control units 3 are connected in series, and each water quality control unit 3 can rotate independently, so as to adjust the communication state between the accommodating chamber 31 of each water quality control unit 3 and the first pipe connecting part 11 and the second pipe connecting part 21 according to the requirement. In this embodiment, a water quality control filter element provided with three water quality control units 3 is taken as an example for explanation, and a water quality control filter element provided with a single water quality control unit 3 will be described in detail later.
Alternatively, the water quality control unit 3 may be provided with an arc-shaped guide groove 38 at a side where the fourth combining portion 37 is provided, one end of the communication pipe 35 communicates with the guide groove 38, and the second through hole 34 is also provided in the guide groove 38. The water quality control unit 3 can be further provided with a third pivot part 39a at the central position facing the side end of the first cover body 1 and a fourth pivot part 39b at the central position facing the side end of the second cover body 2; the third pivot portion 39a is preferably identical to the second pivot portion 25 of the second cover 2, and the fourth pivot portion 39b is preferably identical to the first pivot portion 15 of the first cover 1.
For example, the third pivot portion 39a and the second pivot portion 25 can be respectively an outward protruding pivot, and the fourth pivot portion 39b and the first pivot portion 15 can be respectively a shaft hole; therefore, the third pivot part 39a (pivot) of the water quality control unit 3 can extend into the first pivot part 15 of the first cover body 1 or the fourth pivot part 39b (shaft hole) of the adjacent water quality control unit 3, so that the water quality control unit 3 can be rotatably combined with the first cover body 1 or the adjacent water quality control unit 3; similarly, the second pivot portion 25 (pivot) of the second cover 2 can extend into the fourth pivot portion 39b (axle hole) of the water quality control unit 3, so that the water quality control unit 3 can be rotatably coupled to the second cover 2. However, the first cover 1, the second cover 2 and the water quality control unit 3 may also adopt other pivot structures (such as a ring structure or an arc structure) besides the corresponding pivot and shaft hole, and the invention is not limited thereto.
In addition, in order to improve the space utilization rate of the water quality control filter element of the present invention, in this embodiment, a hardening and tempering material 4 may be additionally disposed in the accommodating space 13 of the first cover body 1 and the accommodating space 23 of the second cover body 2, respectively, and the hardening and tempering material 4 may contain an additive in water, similar to the hardening and tempering material 32 of the water quality control unit 3. The tempering material 4 and the tempering material 32 of each water quality regulation unit 3 can be the same or different; for example, when an additive in water is more frequently added to the filtered water than other additives in water, the multiple water quality adjusting materials 32 and 4 can be selected as the more frequently selected additives in water, and after one water quality adjusting material 32 is exhausted, the water quality adjusting unit 3 is rotated, and filtered water is guided to jump over the water quality adjusting unit 3 of the exhausted water quality adjusting material 32 and directly flow into another water quality adjusting unit 3, so that the frequency of replacing the water quality adjusting filter element assembly is reduced, and the use convenience is improved.
Referring to fig. 3 to 6, according to the above structure, when the water quality control filter element according to the first embodiment of the present invention is used, the first pipe connecting portion 11 of the first cover 1 and the second pipe connecting portion 21 of the second cover 2 are respectively combined with a water conduit (not shown); for example, the first pipe connecting part 11 may be combined with an inlet pipe for introducing filtered water, the inlet pipe may be connected with a filtered water pipe or a water tank for introducing the filtered water to be treated, and the second pipe connecting part 21 may be combined with an outlet pipe for discharging the treated filtered water (drinking water).
Since each water quality control unit 3 can rotate independently, a user can control the communication state between the water quality control unit 3 and the adjacent first cover 1, second cover 2 or the water quality control unit 3 by rotating each water quality control unit 3.
In detail, referring to fig. 1 and 3, during assembly, one water quality control unit 3 can axially penetrate through the fourth combining portion 37 of the adjacent water quality control unit 3 from the third combining portion 36, and then rotate in a first direction relative to the adjacent water quality control unit 3, so that the third combining portion 36 of the water quality control unit 3 slides and displaces in the fourth combining portion 37 of the adjacent water quality control unit 3. When the third joint 36 of the water quality control unit 3 is shifted to one end of the fourth joint 37 of the adjacent water quality control unit 3, the water quality control unit 3 cannot rotate relative to the adjacent water quality control unit 3 in the first direction, and at this time, the water quality control unit 3 stops at the "first position", so that the first through hole 33 of the water quality control unit 3 is opposite to the second through hole 34 of the adjacent water quality control unit 3, or the first through hole 33 of the water quality control unit 3 is opposite to the communication pipe 35 of the adjacent water quality control unit 3, and one end of the communication pipe 35 of the water quality control unit 3 is shielded by the end face of the adjacent water quality control unit 3. Therefore, filtered water can flow into the chamber 31 of the water quality controlling unit 3 from the first through hole 33 of the water quality controlling unit 3.
In contrast, referring to fig. 1 and 5, when the water quality controlling unit 3 is rotated in a second direction opposite to the first direction, so that the third joint 36 of the water quality controlling unit 3 is displaced to the other end of the fourth joint 37 of the adjacent water quality controlling unit 3, the water quality controlling unit 3 cannot rotate relative to the adjacent water quality controlling unit 3 in the second direction, and at this time, the water quality controlling unit 3 stops at the "second position", so that the first through hole 33 of the water quality controlling unit 3 is shielded by the end surface of the adjacent water quality controlling unit 3, but the communication pipe 35 of the water quality controlling unit 3 is opposite to the second through hole 34 of the adjacent water quality controlling unit 3, or the communication pipe 35 of the water quality controlling unit 3 is opposite to the communication pipe 35 of the adjacent water quality controlling unit 3. Therefore, filtered water can directly pass through the water quality controlling unit 3 without flowing into the chamber 31 of the water quality controlling unit 3.
For example, the water quality control filter element of the present embodiment is connected in series with three water quality control units 3, 3 ', 3 "between the first cover body 1 and the second cover body 2, wherein the water quality control unit 3 is adjacent to the first cover body 1, the water quality control unit 3" is adjacent to the second cover body 2, and the water quality control unit 3' is disposed in the middle. Therefore, in the state shown in fig. 4, after the filtered water is introduced into the accommodating space 13 of the first cover 1, the filtered water can flow through the conditioning material 4 in the accommodating space 13 and directly flow into the accommodating chamber 31 'of the next water quality control unit 3' from the communicating pipe 35 of the water quality control unit 3 adjacent to the first cover 1; after flowing through the hardening and tempering material 32 'arranged in the accommodating chamber 31', the water flows into the accommodating chamber 31 'of the next water quality regulating and controlling unit 3'; after flowing through the conditioning material 32 "disposed in the accommodating chamber 31", flowing into the accommodating space 13 of the second cover body 2, flowing through the conditioning material 4 disposed in the accommodating space 13, and finally being guided out from the second pipe connecting portion 21 of the second cover body 2, the obtained drinking water will contain additives such as the conditioning material 4 of the first cover body 1, the conditioning material 32 of the water quality control unit 3', the conditioning material 32 "of the water quality control unit 3", and the conditioning material 4 of the second cover body 2.
Referring to fig. 6, when the drinking water does not contain the additive 32 of the modifying material of the water quality controlling unit 3 ', the water quality controlling unit 3 ' can be rotated to change the water quality controlling unit 3 ' from the first position to the second position relative to the water quality controlling unit 3; that is, the first through hole 33 'of the water quality control unit 3' is shielded by the end surface of the water quality control unit 3, and is opposed to the communication pipe 35 of the water quality control unit 3 by the communication pipe 35 'of the water quality control unit 3'. Therefore, after the filtered water is introduced into the accommodating space 13 of the first cover body 1, the filtered water can directly flow into the accommodating chamber 31 of the water quality control unit 3 "through the two water quality control units 3 and 3', and then flow into the accommodating space 13 of the second cover body 2 and be led out of the water quality control filter element, so that the obtained drinking water only contains additives such as the modified material 4 of the first cover body 1, the modified material 32" of the water quality control unit 3 ", and the modified material 4 of the second cover body 2.
Therefore, the water quality control filter element can control the filtered water to pass through the hardening and tempering materials 32 to add proper additives in the water according to different use requirements, but not to be added comprehensively, so that different use requirements can be met, the hardening and tempering materials 32 are consumed when needed, and the service life of the hardening and tempering materials 32 can be prolonged.
Referring to fig. 7 and 8, a second embodiment of the water quality control filter element of the present invention is substantially the same as the first embodiment, and the main differences are as follows: in the second embodiment of the present invention, a single water quality control unit 3 is disposed only between the first cover 1 and the second cover 2.
