Abstract
The invention provides a double-color ice cream primary and secondary pipe, which comprises an inner pipe, an outer pipe and a pipe cover, wherein the inner pipe is arranged in the outer pipe, and a first liquid outlet head of the inner pipe is connected with a second liquid outlet head of the outer pipe through a first buckle; the outer wall of the second liquid outlet head is provided with a first thread, and the pipe cover is connected with the second liquid outlet head through the thread. The invention can simultaneously contain and isolate two products with different colors, or different fragrances or two groups of products with different effects, such as hand cream, facial cleanser and the like, and the two extruded products are uniformly mixed and attractive to form an ice cream shape; and solves the problem that the color developing agent and the dyeing cream are required to be extruded, mixed and stirred respectively in the prior art.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of packaging bottles, in particular to a double-color ice cream primary-secondary tube which can simultaneously contain and isolate hand cream, facial cleanser or hair dye cream and the like with two different colors, different fragrances or two groups of different effects.
Background
As is well known, the hair dye paste is divided into a color developing agent and a hair dye cream, and when the hair is required to be dyed, the color developing agent and the hair dye cream are respectively extruded into a container on site and are uniformly mixed and stirred for use; they need to be separated separately when not in use, otherwise they react readily upon contact to cause deterioration. For this situation, there is no good solution in the prior art.
In addition, the existing packaging bottle is of a single-tube structure, and can only contain products with one color, one fragrance or one effect, such as hand cream, facial cleanser, hair dye cream and the like, and the structure is single. Especially for common products such as hand cream, emulsion and the like, the appearance feeling during use directly influences the buying desire of wide consumers.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention provides a double-color ice cream mother-son tube which is used for respectively storing a color developing agent and a dyeing cream in an inner tube and an outer tube when containing a dyeing cream, and solves the problem that the color developing agent and the dyeing cream are required to be respectively extruded, mixed and stirred in the prior art; in addition, the invention can simultaneously contain and isolate two products with different colors, or different fragrances or two groups of products with different effects, such as hand cream, facial cleanser and the like, and the two extruded products are uniformly mixed, attractive and rich in life colors.
The technical scheme of the invention is realized as follows: the double-color ice cream primary-secondary pipe comprises an inner pipe, an outer pipe and a pipe cover, wherein the inner pipe is arranged in the outer pipe, and a first liquid outlet head of the inner pipe is connected with a second liquid outlet head of the outer pipe through a first buckle; the outer wall of the second liquid outlet head is provided with a first thread, and the pipe cover is connected with the second liquid outlet head through the thread.

Detailed Description
The following description of the embodiments of the present invention will be made clearly and completely with reference to the accompanying drawings, in which it is apparent that the embodiments described are only some embodiments of the present invention, but not all embodiments. All other embodiments, which can be made by those skilled in the art based on the embodiments of the invention without making any inventive effort, are intended to be within the scope of the invention.
Referring to fig. 1 and 3, the dual-color ice cream mother-son tube of the present invention can be used for containing materials a and B. The double-color ice cream primary and secondary pipe mainly comprises an inner pipe 3, an outer pipe 2 and a pipe cover 1, wherein the inner pipe 3 is arranged in the outer pipe 2, the inner pipe 3 comprises an inner pipe body and a first liquid outlet head, the outer pipe 2 comprises an outer pipe body and a second liquid outlet head, and the first liquid outlet head is connected with the second liquid outlet head through a first buckle; the outer wall of the second liquid outlet head is provided with a first thread 201, and the pipe cover 1 is connected with the second liquid outlet head through threads. The end face of the first liquid outlet head is provided with a plurality of first liquid outlets 3104, and the end face of the second liquid outlet head is provided with a plurality of second liquid outlets which are respectively communicated with some of the first liquid outlets 3104. When the novel material mixing device is used, the material A in the inner tube 3 can be extruded through the first liquid outlet 3104 communicated with the second liquid outlet, and the material B can be extruded from the outer tube 2 through the other first liquid outlets 3104, so that the problem that the material A and the material B with two functions in the prior art are required to be taken out respectively for mixing is solved.
Further, the first buckle includes a protrusion 3201 provided on an outer wall of the first liquid outlet head and a groove 202 provided on an inner wall of the second liquid outlet head, and the first liquid outlet head and the second liquid outlet head are fixed by the mutual buckling of the groove 202 and the protrusion 3201, so that the inner tube 3 is fixed on the outer tube 2, and refer to fig. 2 and fig. 5. Referring to fig. 2 and 4, in the above embodiment, the inner tube 3 includes an inner tube body and a first liquid outlet head, the first liquid outlet head includes a liquid outlet end 31 and a buffer portion 32, the first liquid outlet 3104 is disposed on an end surface of the buffer portion 32, and a cross section of the buffer portion 32 is in an isosceles trapezoid shape, so that a material B in the outer tube 2 enters between the first liquid outlet head and the second liquid outlet head. The end face of the buffer part 32 is divided into a plurality of fan-shaped first subareas 3102 and second subareas 3103 by a plurality of partition plates 3101, the first subareas 3102 and the second subareas 3103 are distributed in a staggered manner, the end face of the buffer part 32 is divided into a plurality of subareas, and materials A and B are conveniently extruded in a subarea mode and are directly mixed without being in the outer tube 2. The ends of the plurality of separators 3101 meet at the center of the end face of the first liquid outlet, and a first liquid outlet 3104 is arranged in the first partition 3102 and is used for extruding part of the material B outside through the first liquid outlet 3104. The first end face of the first liquid outlet head penetrates out of the second end face of the second liquid outlet head through a second liquid outlet arranged on the second liquid outlet head, the penetrating-out height is 0.1mm, and materials A and B can be conveniently and rapidly mixed uniformly on the second end face of the second liquid outlet head.
The bottom side wall of the buffer portion 32 extends outwards to form a convex ring, so as to play a role in sealing. The structure setting of the terminal surface of buffer portion 32, firstly can be convenient for material A and material B go out the terminal surface of liquid head on the second and mix evenly fast, secondly can form the ice cream shape when material A and material B extrude, enriches the color of life, also be convenient for amazing masses consumer and consume, amazing consumer's purchase desire.
Further, the left and right sides of the buffer portion 32 are respectively provided with an L-shaped groove 3202, and during extrusion, the material B can rapidly enter the buffer portion 32 through the L-shaped groove 3202, and is extruded out together with the material a in the inner tube 3, so that the material B is more uniformly mixed and more attractive in shape.
Further, the left and right sides of the first liquid outlet 3104 are tilted upward to form waves, so that the materials a and B are uniformly mixed on the end surface during extrusion, and the formed shape is more attractive.
In the above embodiment, the tube cover 1 includes the inner tube cover 102 and the outer tube cover 101 fixed by the second buckle 103, where the structure of the second buckle 103 may be the same as that of the first buckle, for example, a bump 3201 is provided on an outer wall of the inner tube cover 102, a groove is provided on an inner wall of the outer tube cover 101, or other buckle structures are adopted. In the field of dyeing, a developer is stored in the inner tube 3 as a material A; the dye cream is used as a material B and is stored between the gaps of the inner tube 3 and the outer tube 2. When the double-color ice cream is needed to be used, the double-color ice cream primary and secondary pipe is directly extruded, the extruded color developing agent and the dyeing cream can be quickly and uniformly mixed on the end face and then can be directly smeared on hair to be dyed, so that the method is convenient and quick, and the trouble that the color developing agent and the dyeing agent are mixed after being extruded in the prior art is avoided; and the material A and the material B are mixed to form the ice cream shape during extrusion, so that the life color is enriched, the interest is increased, the literature is also increased, and the purchasing desire of consumers can be greatly stimulated. As for the material ratio between the material a and the material B, the volume sizes of the inner tube 3 and the outer tube 2 can be set according to the own needs.
The double-color ice cream composite tube has the functions of simultaneously containing two colors, or two groups of fragrance types, or two groups of effects, or products with the two effects of color and fragrance types combined according to the requirements, such as hand cream, facial cleanser, emulsion or hair conditioner, and the like, and the two extruded products are uniformly mixed, attractive and rich in life colors.
