Background
In the smelting and casting process of aluminum and aluminum alloy, the phenomenon of bending or cracking of a casting rod is caused by poor water outlet of a crystallizer. In this case, production must be stopped for maintenance of the mold, or a spare mold must be purchased to ensure production.
At present, casting enterprises in the industry all have the conditions of difficult maintenance of the mould and longer maintenance period, and the main work of daily maintenance is concentrated on cleaning the water outlet holes, so that the cleaning of the traditional crystallizer needs to be integrally maintained, a great deal of manpower is spent, and precious production time is wasted.
