Abstract
The invention belongs to the technical field of casting equipment, and relates to a crystallizer for casting, which comprises a crystallizer body which is fastened on a mould disc water bed and provided with an inner cavity when in use, wherein a water inlet hole which is communicated with the inner cavity is formed in the crystallizer body, a cooling water ring is arranged on the inner wall of the lower part of the crystallizer body in a fitting way, a water channel is formed between the upper part of the cooling water ring and the crystallizer body, one end of the water channel is communicated with the water inlet hole, the other end of the water channel is communicated with the inner cavity, and a boss is arranged on the vertical part of the water channel. The product of the invention has ingenious structural design, effectively solves the problem of uneven water outlet of the crystallizer in the use process, simultaneously filters impurities in cooling water, and is simple and convenient to maintain for the assembly machine.

Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of casting equipment, and relates to a crystallizer for casting.
Background
In the smelting and casting process of aluminum and aluminum alloy, the phenomenon of bending or cracking of a casting rod is caused by poor water outlet of a crystallizer. In this case, production must be stopped for maintenance of the mold, or a spare mold must be purchased to ensure production.
At present, casting enterprises in the industry all have the conditions of difficult maintenance of the mould and longer maintenance period, and the main work of daily maintenance is concentrated on cleaning the water outlet holes, so that the cleaning of the traditional crystallizer needs to be integrally maintained, a great deal of manpower is spent, and precious production time is wasted.
The traditional crystallizer is shown in fig. 1, and mainly comprises an upper ring 8 and a lower ring 9, wherein the lower ring 9 is fastened with a mould water bed, the lower ring 9 is provided with a row of water inlet holes 3, cooling water is injected into the crystallizer through the water inlet holes 3, flows out of a water outlet ring 5 and cools a casting rod, impurities in the cooling water can be deposited at the water outlet hole 5 after entering the water inlet holes, and the water outlet holes are blocked, so that water outlet non-uniformity is caused. In terms of maintenance and cleaning, production must be stopped, and maintenance of the upper ring and the lower ring can be completed.

The invention aims at the problems and provides a crystallizer for casting, which solves the problem of uneven water outlet of the crystallizer, filters impurities in cooling water, and is simple and convenient to maintain.
According to the technical scheme of the invention: a casting crystallizer, characterized in that: the crystallizer comprises a crystallizer body which is fastened on a mould disc water bed and provided with an inner cavity when in use, wherein a water inlet hole which is communicated with the inner cavity is formed in the crystallizer body, a cooling water ring is arranged on the inner wall of the lower part of the crystallizer body in a fitting manner, a water channel is formed between the upper part of the cooling water ring and the crystallizer body, one end of the water channel is communicated with the water inlet hole, the other end of the water channel is communicated with the inner cavity, and a boss is arranged on the vertical part of the water channel.
As a further improvement of the invention, the upper part of the cooling water ring is integrally connected with a water ring part, the inner wall of the crystallizer body is provided with an integrally connected convex structure, and the water channel comprises a part formed between the outer surface of the water ring part and the inner wall of the crystallizer body and a part formed between the upper end of the water ring part and the inner wall of the bottom of the convex structure.
As a further improvement of the invention, the boss is provided on the outer surface of the water ring.
As a further improvement of the invention, the upper end of the water ring part is inclined towards one side of the inner wall of the crystallizer body, a water outlet hole is formed between the inner wall of the upper end of the water ring part and the inner wall of the bottom of the convex structure, and an acute angle is formed between the water outlet hole and the inner wall of the crystallizer body.
As a further improvement of the invention, the lower end of the outer surface of the cooling water ring is provided with a cooling water ring connecting plate which is integrally connected, and the cooling water ring connecting plate is fixedly connected with the crystallizer body through bolts.
As a further improvement of the invention, the lower end of the outer surface of the crystallizer body is provided with a crystallizer body connecting plate which is integrally connected, and when in use, the crystallizer body connecting plate is fixedly connected with a mould water bed.
As a further improvement of the invention, the lower end of the outer surface of the cooling water ring is provided with a groove, and a rubber sealing ring is arranged in the groove.

In fig. 1 and 2, the crystallizer comprises a crystallizer body 1, a protruding structure 1-1, a cooling water ring 2, a water ring part 2-1, a water inlet hole 3, a boss 4, a water outlet hole 5, a groove 6, a water channel 7, an upper ring 8, a lower ring 9 and the like.
As shown in fig. 2, the invention relates to a crystallizer for casting, which comprises a crystallizer body 1 fastened on a mould water bed and provided with an inner cavity in use, wherein a water inlet 3 communicated with the inner cavity is arranged on the crystallizer body 1, a cooling water ring 2 is arranged on the inner wall of the lower part of the crystallizer body 1 in a fitting way, a water channel 7 is formed between the upper part of the cooling water ring 2 and the crystallizer body 1, one end of the water channel 7 is communicated with the water inlet 3, the other end is communicated with the inner cavity, and a boss 4 is arranged on the vertical part of the water channel 7.
The upper part of the cooling water ring 2 is integrally connected with a water ring part 2-1, the inner wall of the crystallizer body 1 is provided with an integrally connected protruding structure 1-1, and the water channel 7 comprises a part formed between the outer surface of the water ring part 2-1 and the inner wall of the crystallizer body 1 and a part formed between the upper end of the water ring part 2-1 and the inner wall of the bottom of the protruding structure 1-1.
The boss 4 is provided on the outer surface of the water ring 2-1.
The upper end of the water ring part 2-1 inclines towards one side of the inner wall of the crystallizer body 1, a water outlet hole 5 is formed between the inner wall of the upper end of the water ring part 2-1 and the inner wall of the bottom of the protruding structure 1-1, and an acute angle is formed between the water outlet hole 5 and the inner wall of the crystallizer body 1.
The lower end of the outer surface of the cooling water ring 2 is provided with an integrally connected cooling water ring connecting plate which is fixedly connected with the crystallizer body 1 through bolts.
The lower end of the outer surface of the crystallizer body 1 is provided with a crystallizer body connecting plate which is integrally connected, and when in use, the crystallizer body connecting plate is fixedly connected with a mould water bed.
The lower end of the outer surface of the cooling water ring 2 is provided with a groove 6, and a rubber sealing ring is arranged in the groove 6.
When the mold is used, the crystallizer body 1 is directly fastened with the mold cooling water bed, cooling water is directly injected into the inner cavity through the water inlet holes 3, the bosses 4 filter impurities in the cooling water, the cleanliness of water injected from the water outlet holes 5 is ensured, and the cooling uniformity is ensured. The cooling water ring 2 is fastened with the crystallizer body 1, and the rubber sealing ring in the groove 6 plays a sealing role, so that the water quantity is ensured not to leak, and the normal water quantity is ensured to be supplied. In addition, the structure is mainly used for centralized treatment of the crystallizer in daily maintenance, the maintenance and cleaning of the structure are simpler, the inside of the crystallizer can be maintained only by simply maintaining the cooling water ring, the working intensity is greatly reduced, the maintenance period is shortened, and the production efficiency is improved. The novel crystallizer for casting not only can provide uniform cooling water and avoid bending bar stock and casting cracks caused by uneven cooling, but also is simple and direct in maintenance of the crystallizer, and improves production efficiency.
Claims (4)

A casting crystallizer, characterized in that: the crystallizer comprises a crystallizer body (1) which is fastened on a mould water bed and provided with an inner cavity when in use, wherein a water inlet hole (3) communicated with the inner cavity is formed in the crystallizer body (1), a cooling water ring (2) is arranged on the inner wall of the lower part of the crystallizer body (1) in a fitting way, a water channel (7) is formed between the upper part of the cooling water ring (2) and the crystallizer body (1), one end of the water channel (7) is communicated with the water inlet hole (3), the other end of the water channel is communicated with the inner cavity, and a boss (4) is arranged on the vertical part of the water channel (7);
the upper part of the cooling water ring (2) is integrally connected with a water ring part (2-1), the inner wall of the crystallizer body (1) is provided with an integrally connected convex structure (1-1), and the water channel (7) comprises a part formed between the outer surface of the water ring part (2-1) and the inner wall of the crystallizer body (1) and a part formed between the upper end of the water ring part (2-1) and the inner wall of the bottom of the convex structure (1-1);
the boss (4) is arranged on the outer surface of the water ring part (2-1);
the upper end of the water ring part (2-1) inclines towards one side of the inner wall of the crystallizer body (1), a water outlet hole (5) is formed between the inner wall of the upper end of the water ring part (2-1) and the inner wall of the bottom of the protruding structure (1-1), and an acute angle is formed between the water outlet hole (5) and the inner wall of the crystallizer body (1).
