the limb fumigation sleeve (5) comprises a sleeve barrel body (51), an air inlet pipe (52) and a liquid discharge pipe (53), wherein annular air bags are arranged at the opening ends of two ends of the sleeve barrel body (51), air inlets are formed in the annular air bags and are connected with an air pump, the annular air bags are adhered to the sleeve barrel body (51), one end of the air inlet pipe (52) is connected with the sleeve barrel body (51), the other end of the air inlet pipe (52) is connected with a connecting port on a connecting head (43), a liquid collecting tank is arranged at the bottom of the sleeve barrel body (51), one end of the liquid discharge pipe (53) is connected with the liquid collecting tank, the other end of the liquid discharge pipe (53) penetrates into an outer pipe (42), a liquid discharge port is formed in the bottom;
